Great location of D&B, compared to other locations I've visited! This location seems especially spacious and has tons of different rooms that can be rented out for private parties. There also seem to be more arcade games and they even have quite a few VR experiences! I heard they have some pretty good deals on certain days, but sadly wasn't able to catch any of them since I came on a weekend. Like all D&Bs, it sure is easy to expend all the funds on your cards and the prizes aren't the best, but it's all about the fun experience and memories! read more

Came here last night 5/12/22 to spend my last night in OC w/friends, I am visiting from SF. I saw on their www.DaveAndBusters.com page that on Wednesdays they have all day 1/2 off games and Happy Hour M-F 4-7pm and Late Night HH on Wednesday 10-close. That was not the case. I wish I had found that out sooner but I didn't find out till 10:15pm that there was no late night HH, because last call is at 10:15pm, and they had closed at 11pm, not at midnight. Don't be fooled on their own business website because they are not even updated on it. It will state the new hours if you select the location, but if you scroll down to their HH hours & days, it is still the same as probably before COVID and new changes like their drink menu too. *I get the feeling that D&B don't pay attention or manage their website on a weekly basis if their drink menu is even wrong too. Service: We sat at their main bar, which is by their billiards and served by Coleen. She was super sweet and on it. She took very good care of us, and my friends later that night when we wanted shots for late night HH but we didn't know it was no longer HH. Thanks Coleen for being patient, kind, helpful and making such great drinks for me and my friends! Food & Drinks: We enjoyed the HH drinks. We had chicken tenders with fries, wings (chipotle bbq) w/fries. Unfortunately, my expectations of getting hot wings was not hot, it was instead very sweet. I guess it was more bbq sauce than chipotle taste. Coleen was great, she brought out 2 different sides of spicy sauce for my wings. It was one Korean bbq, and the other was I forgot the name but I'll just say it's Carolina Hot Sauce, which is the one I liked because it was like a Smokey and spicy taste to it. Korean bbq sauce was spicy but still sweet. Fries was cold, but I didn't want to ask for new ones. When they were cold, it was almost stale. Not servers fault, but maybe who ever forgot to deliver the fries right away, should have requested to remake us fresh fries and let our bartender/server know they were forgotten but it will be out later because they wanted to remake us fresh fries. I would have appreciated the persons thoughtfulness that they wanted to serve quality food & drinks to us and not pass off cold stale fries. Who ever is charge of sending out food, please monitor this so your effort of making food good for customers like me can say it came out all great & cooked perfect. This was not perfect. As I recall, our fries came out 3 mins after our food was already served. Games: We had issue with our Digital Game Card, that had us miss out on doing group games because it WAS NOT working and no one on the game floor to find to help us. Avoided the Front Desk, because we didn't wait when I was limited on time, so we just had to go buy a physician card on the kiosk. It seems as though the games digital/mobile card reader just was not working so we have unused credits on there, I'm hoping someone can transfer those unused game credits onto our actual game card we had to buy and get a refund of $3 for activation on a mobile card that didn't work. Overall, I gave this visit that many stars based on the food and the lack of quality temperature check on the fries, game card issues and schedule online was wrong for hours of operation and happy hour. My friends and I enjoyed the 1/2 off games. That was a very fun experience and loved all the carnival games the most because those gave us the most tickets. My girlfriend took me here to celebrate us on a Friday night. And I will tell you what a great place to celebrate. Here is my experience: we went to eat first. And I had these delicious chicken nachos. The sauce that they put on the chicken nachos were so delicious. And it had a little spicy kick to it. The chicken nachos has chicken, avocado, sour cream, jalapeños, cheese, chips and What a great combination! We also had a great service, our server was very attentive and was very fast. I also tried the lemon pepper wings and they were also very good. I was really impressed and I did not expect that. After eating, we went to play some games and we bought $100 worth of tokens so we can play a bunch of games together. to my surprise, but then again I have not been here in a long time, none of the games were broken so we were able to play every single game and every single game was a lot of fun. Especially the two player games because then we can compete against each other or help each other in the games. After we spent $100 worth of tokens, we received a bunch of tickets from the games. We did end up hitting a few jackpot so that actually helped us out a lot. We had so many tickets that when we went to claim some prizes at the store, there was just so many options to pick from. And they have so much variety from make up, electronics, home devices, AirPods, small knickknacks, and cool little creative things to put on your desk at work. And of course huge stuffed animals. There was just so many choices that we ended up getting this magic eight ball sort of thing, where you can spin this ball and it will land on about nine different choices. So we ended up getting that. So we still have a lot of tickets to claim but we do plan to go back so we will be there again to celebrate on Friday. read more

The best way to describe this entire place is "sticky". It's so gross. We went for a bday dinner and gaming after. The food was pretty bad but the service was even worse. Not only did our order come wrong but there was an entire plate missing that never ended up getting served. From sitting down to eat to getting up to go game took 2 hours because our waiter was pretty much non existent. Lot of the games were in bad shape and could use some much needed love. I think the managers of this location could care less about service or quality because people still come simply because it's at a busy mall. Arrived at 11:55AM to ensure I would be seated by gametime. I was very clear with the host that I had a party of 14 when I checked in. He said it would not be a problem to accommodate us and would be seated by gametime. After waiting patently for almost an hour I asked him what was the ETA and he told us that nothing was guaranteed and we had to keep waiting. His manager happened to be at the booth when i told the host what he had told me when we arrived. The manager suggested that we should try the other patio for availability because it would be nearly impossible to seat a party of 14. I told him what his host said, and he told me he would see what he could do. We were not seated until 1:30 and had to ask for menus because we weren't given any. They wander the place until I found them with Chase at the merchandise store. He was so attentive to my kids and made sure they had a great time. I've frequented this location since my son was little. We've always had a great time (though we miss the trivia and house of the dead games!). It's a great spot for fun, food and drinks for the whole family. Today though, I felt compelled to write a review based on the menu. It was always good for the brown foods (burgers, fries, chicken fingers, etc). But WOW have they upped their game and most of all, it tastes PHENOMENAL. I was surprised to see Burrata on the menu as an app.. Was frankly shocked when it came out served in the traditional burrata ball! It was delicious! We also ordered the Korean sticky ribs - fall apart tender and the flavor was on point; a perfect balance of sweet and salty, not too much of either, just right. Finally the chimichurri bowl. ORDER IT - so many vegetables in every color of the rainbow. Taste was on point! Had it with grilled shrimp which were also done perfectly. While not a terrible experience, Dave & Busters in the Outlets at Orange was quite disappointing. The place was not at cleanly as I would expect from are restaurant. In fact, the cloth napkins at our table were soiled with some sort of sauce. The service was mediocre at best. I tried asking if the buns had egg or dairy in them, but the waitress neither knew nor bothered to ask the kitchen staff. The food was pretty good, but the portions could have been slightly larger for the price. Overall, not an awful experience, but there are definitely better options in the outlets. read more

I come here a lot because I love videos games. I've been coming for YEARS. Just had the worst experience today at 5:30pm on Friday 9/6/24. The bartenders on the arcade floor totally ignored us for 20-25 mins. All 3 bartenders didn't even acknowledge we were there and served people who sat down at the bar after us. Finally one acknowledged us and he seemed bothered to be taking my drink order. I immediately got up and left with my fiancée and we went to the upper bar where they helped us in less than 2 mins. They were very busy up there as well. Michelle said hi and helped us right away. Management, hire people who actually want to work and who deliver great customer service. Allowing your bar to have customers waiting almost half an hour for a drink is outrageous. Good help isn't hard to find. read more

Service is great! Even under construction the waiters are awesome! The food? I recommend the smash burgers, fries, ppwings and the salads but I don't recommend the chicken parm. It tastes like a warmed up tv dinner but tv dinners actually taste better. This is a new menu for them but they have a little bit of work to do on it! The desserts to me are good for kids only and could be expanded on as we adults are the ones paying to eat! Be prepared for it being loud but that's ok! Kids love it! Sorry I have no pics.
