I knew about their half price Wednesday games. I have been playing more arcade games and wanted to check out their current games. I learned that Sundays from 12 a.m. to Monday 12 a.m. they offer also half price games. I played the PacMan skee ball and watched a tournament, which I am not sure if it is against those players here vs. nationally. I like the itemized score on the right side and the entertaining PacMan eating of the left. It was fun, but I want to win tickets. I am learning how to play Spiderman. I max out my play for 75 coins at 30 coins cost. I gain about a thousand point each game. Yesterday, I won the super bonus of a thousand in itself. Great way to end the day. Downside: No stools to sit on so take a rest in a video car game but you don't have to play it. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would! This is the poorest run and managed D&B EVER!!!! This GM needs to be FIRED! Stopped in for some dinner and games while visiting from Texas. The main dining room was closed so there was only seating in the bar for people to sit and eat. The hostess disappeared after seating 15 in the "closed" dining room all the while about 35 more people came in behind us and were waiting to be seated. We waited about 25 minutes with no one paying any attention to the hostess stand whatsoever! No waitresses, no servers, NO ONE! We finally walked up to the bar to at least order a drink while we waited (because the teenager wanted to play games), but even the bartender just kept talking and socializing at the other end of the bar and didn't acknowledge us or anyone else wanting to order a drink. We finally walked out and ended up having a nice steak dinner and better drinks elsewhere! read more

I should of read some of these reviews before hand but I have always enjoyed coming to DB all over the US! Yesterday 5/5/26 we went out on a Tuesday random fun day. Seeing the parking lot I was excited as it was empty so I knew what that means no waiting lol for the games at least. As we entered the place not a worker in sight except the bartender. Then after finding the kiosk to get a card and load it we spent 55$ on unlimited play. This was a bad idea! unfortunately, every other game was broken or malfunction. Bummer we could only play like 6 of the games out of all the inventory sad story. I will not be coming back to this one sorry. No workers, machines completely not working, a lot of games out of order and no one in the place says a lot! Came here for to celebrate my child's birthday, and it was a fun, family-friendly experience. This is definitely one of those places where everyone (kids and adults) can find something to enjoy. All of my kids love games, so that was a big hit right away. They added some new games since the last time we came here. The games run on cards, which can add up pretty quickly, but they do offer some deals. We went with the $55 all-day play option (just note it excludes the purple games and has a 1500 ticket cap), and also purchased another card for $65 with 375 chips. It ended up being a good mix, and as a family, we had a really great time. Where things fell short was at the bar. My husband and I ordered drinks, and unfortunately the bartender wasn't very friendly. I felt rushed while ordering, and the overall interaction just didn't feel welcoming. I ordered the "Million Dollar Rita," and was honestly disappointed when I received it, it didn't look like the picture at all. When I asked about it, I was met with a bit of an attitude and asked if I had even tasted it yet, which felt dismissive. After trying it, I mentioned it tasted like a regular margarita, and that's when she told me several ingredients were out of stock. That definitely would've been helpful to know upfront, as I probably would have ordered something else. What made it more frustrating was that it still cost the same premium price. I ended up finishing the drink, but the service kind of killed the vibe for me, and I didn't feel like ordering anything else. We ate 2 orders of pretzel dogs as an appetizer for me and my two dining companions (10 & 11 year old boys) . Our server was great even though we had two major soft drink spills with ice everything. A few friends from church decided to come here to celebrate December birthdays (I was one of them ‍) and do our gift exchange on Friday evening. Surprisingly it wasn't packed at all and our server, Evan was really nice. You all know I LOVE good customer service but everything else went down hill from there. ‍ Food was horrible, orders were wrong and it totally made our celebration frustrating because we were really looking forward to some good laughs, food and fellowship. There needs to be some training with the kitchen because I've never wanted to have a place shut down just to start over on the most basic bar food items you shouldn't get wrong. The food actually came out quickly but I think they gave me fries that had been sitting there. Look at the fries on my plate and the ones I reordered. They look fresh, hot and delicious... the ones on my plate, along with my wings and burger were cold and old. The flavor on the wings were good but the chicken was cold... I wanted to share the comparison of the fries on my platter and the ones he brought out after I complained about how horrible they were. Do you see the difference between the two? SMH I ordered smash burger sliders and received 2 smashed one thick slider. I mentioned it to Evan and he apologized but I didn't want to send that back for fear of something being done to it. Everything needs to be improved! From the food to the rude staff and incompetent managers!! I bought my son here for his 15th birthday, yes I even bought the birthday package. The lady on the phone gave me all the info and made me believe he's going to have a good time!! That definitely was not the case!!! I was definitely met with what i consider discrimination!!! after I stood at desk for 20 mins waiting to check in , manager (tattooed face)"will" refused to help me. Just the couple of people you called up from behind me!! My server whole two hrs we had table booked came to check on us twice, unlimited drinks stayed empty for atleast 30 mins. One of my guest decided to go to bar to order food. After ordering and waiting 30 mins, he finally tell her, machine doesn't work nor did he even enter her food order. She complained to a different manager and he became rude to her and basically told her she (28 yr old) shouldn't even be at bar, doesn't matter if she can't find her server.. when I bring it to "will" he refuse to get a manger claim that he is one. Refused to help because he felt I was threating to him and actual manager and aggressive. I asked for bill so we can just leave. Server decided to add 80$ gratuity to bill as a line item. Which is very illegal!! So when I asked them to take it off they refused claiming it part of contract that neither one could show me!!!... First of all I really can't see why this place has gotten low reviews. I came for a birthday and when I walked in it was clean, rather empty and I was greeted almost immediately. We were led to the Showroom area and while we did share the big room with another party there was ample space. The arcade was awesome. Love the variety. I got my son and I a virgin piña colada and though it was on the rocks, it was pretty good. My son enjoyed the fries, sliders and pizza. We definitely want to come back again. read more

I do not recommend Dave & Buster's based on our recent experience celebrating my nephew's 14th birthday. Our party consisted of 4 kids and 5 adults, and the service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The food did not come out together at all. One of the kids didn't receive his meal until approximately 15-20 minutes after the rest of the children had already been served and started eating. To make matters worse, one of the adult meals was prepared incorrectly. When we brought these issues to our server's attention, she told us she had asked the manager to come speak with us. Unfortunately, the manager refused to come to our table. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when there are clear problems with the dining experience. A birthday celebration should be enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons. Instead, we were left frustrated by the poor service, lack of coordination from the kitchen, and management's unwillingness to address customer concerns. We will not be returning. read more

There was NO staf to be found in the entire Facility!!!! Went for a fun day on Spring Break. The games were okay - but there was NO staff to be found at ANY time we were there. If we hadn't ben there before - we wouldn't have had any idea we could check in from a machine on our own. because those machines are not at the entrance. No one eating in the entire place. After games were played the kids went to cash in their points and there was NO one to check them out - still no staff - there or anywhere else in the entire facility that we could locate!!! We stopped by shortly after opening and were one of maybe 3 small families there. We ordered food around 11. My wife waited an hour for a salad. Yes, a salad. Even another 30 minutes after they claimed the system kicked the salad out and it was on its way. No apology. The kids and I left to play games while she waited for her salad because they had already finished their food. 20 minutes later she found us in the game area after she ate half of her salad and was ignored by the manager who made eye contact multiple times to get a box. Again, no apologies. The games are ok other than half not working and half of them stealing credits without play, and no worker available to help. Overall, I'd recommend not going. Service was terrible from the very beginning, arriving around 5/5:30 there were signs to wait to be seated but there was no hostess on duty apparently. The server sat us and then left us for quite some time before returning to take our drink orders/ appetizer order (when we arrived there were only 2 tables with people and a couple people at the bar ) we waited for about 15 minutes or so before getting our drinks, surprisingly the appetizer came out before them as well ! Finally after drinks arrived we had to wait for the server to come back to our table in order to ask for straws for our drinks and then she had to leave again to retrieve her note pad in order to take our orders , we waited another 20 minutes or so for our food which was not the best and when it arrived we still had no silverware. Again we waited for the server to come back in order to ask for silverware . Overall this was quite possibly one of the WORST EXPERIENCES we've ever had . From service to food it was just awful . Horrible! Sooo expensive to play games! Then we waited 45 min for food when their was only 4 other tables in whole restaurant. They got my drink wrong. Then got my order wrong. I can totally understand when there's a full restaurant, but like I said there was only four tables in the whole restaurant and four servers were on. I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. It's clean, restaurant/bar service is always great, and the food is better than you think. It was also recently remodeled to add a lot more restaurant and bar seating. There are some huge TVs in the restaurant so this would be a good place to watch a game too. The games are generally kept in good working order and are updated frequently. I'm usually here on a weeknight with my daughter so weekends might be a little crazy, but my experience has always been great. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the location was - always a plus for arcades. They really need to have hand sanitizer stations throughout, it's just common sense. The kiosks were not working for new cards, so I had to ask a server at the restaurant how to get cards. The bartender was very nice and hooked us up with cards. However, they did have a keg leaking all over the bar floor, and I accidentally walked through it, which was gross. Now my shoes are super sticky. Overall, it was a nice visit and I will definitely be bringing my partner up for a date night in the future. read more

Visited Dave and Buster's today! I would start off by saying that I actually felt the place was clean and well kept! Which for an arcade I thought was decent! When I first arrived there was no one to greet us and explain how the games and cards work, but there was a sign that was actually easy to follow! So there was a wall that you could just buy the cards to play. We did not eat any food or drinks just enjoyed playing games. Majority of the games were working which was nice, and many different kinds! The prize area was decent as well! Overall I'd visit again! First time to an arcade restaurant! We took my grandson for a fun evening. I was impressed with how clean the arcade was. Lots of sanitizing stations. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food took awhile to get out and was just "bar" food. They had $5 specials that made spending $50 on video games more palatable. I took the family here this past Wednesday for a half-priced games and lots of fun! This location has a lot of fun, new games/attractions and we had a very good time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the food/service. When we arrived, we stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for several minutes while two managers stood within view, ignoring us. Eventually, I walked over and asked if they could help us, to which they responded that we'd have to sit in the other area because that one wasn't open. That was odd because there was a family sitting and eating in that area. As I went over to get my family, one manager approached us and apologized stating that the area WAS open and then sat us. I'd looked at the menu online, but the Spring Features that were shown online were not being advertised in-store. So, I looked over the menu and decided on the Creole Shrimp Dip and Henny's Strawberry Nirvana (a cocktail). Well, let me tell you how disappointed I was to find out that they were out of the dip and out of Hennessy, the main ingredient for my drink. I didn't make a big fuss about it and decided to order the Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries and Jamaican Mai Tai instead. The fries were good and the 7-spice aioli was tasty with a kick of spice and complimented the fries well. We didn't care much for the pesto aioli, it was very EARTHY in flavor. It tasted like leaves! LOL For our entrees, we ordered the Wings - Classic Buffalo, the Chicken Strips - Classic Buffalo and the All-American Cheeseburger with fries. The fries that came with the burger had a long, white hair in them. Since we had a whole tray of Truffle Fries, I just made our server aware and asked her to take the fries away. My daughter ate the burger along with our Truffle fries. I doubt that she even told the manager because no one even bothered to apologize for that disgusting mistake. The tenders I got were a bit dry (as in overcooked), so I only ate one. The cocktail was pretty good and reasonably priced ($4), so I'd definitely go back for drinks and fun. We did the VR experience ($6 per person) and it was cool! We chose Men in Black and look forward to trying a different one on our next visit! read more

The arcade portion is okay, but for the price was several games that were not even operational......the food I would bypass all together just don't, the service time is horrible so by the time u get it the food is cold, and all the wait time makes u more angry because the food us super expensive and very basic and gross. The ribeye is 30 bucks and for that is comparable to Texas roadhouse but Texas is cheaper,quality and flavor way better. She was our bartender our server our game host all for over 40 people, and she kept her energy up, kept us engaged kept taking care of make sure we had everything we needed. This place is located in what looked like a dying shopping mall. Super sketchy location. Once inside, place was not kept well clean. Went to the bar to get a drink (I should have left, but wanted to play games with my son), and sat there for over 10 minutes and the two bartenders walking back and forth making drinks for table orders without once saying hello, will be with you shortly , or even making eye contact. Of course, they had their requisite one AirPod in one ear as today's service industry is wont to do now, listening to music while working instead of servicing the customer. I have never been in a Dave and Busters. This is just for the food. We came in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately they were understaffed. So it took awhile to get seated by the host person who also was tending bar, and taking orders. We finally got seated and waited for a bit to place our order. We had a a salad and the garlic parmesan fries. It took a bit to get our food. The salad was generous and had good chicken tenders. The chicken had a nice batter crunch. And the salad had an okay caesar dressing. The portion size of the fries were huge. OMG a pound of fries I estimate. Unfortunately it seemed like they must have pre-fried the fries then held them overnight before doing the second fry. There were people playing games, eating, drinking and laughing. People of all ages seemed to be whisked away into the pinball machine from their childhood. The games for the most part were all in working order so it wasn't the usual wasting money on broken games. Staff was available even though I never needed any assistance of any kind. We didn't eat this time around....but the food smelt great and looked even better. We spent $78 on our game card which lasted us two and a half hours. We can't rate this place high enough. As for the poor reviews, these people are picking at facts that are known before you walk in the door. Dave & Buster's isn't a Michelin Star rated restaurant... it is an entertainment venue to have a good time. Frustrating people have to be so negative about it having "ordinary food"... that is exactly as it is designed to be... ordinary food. This is a place to come, have a good time, enjoy some smiles, play some games, win some prizes. So let's give this place some love. Sussy, first of all, was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. It isn't easy arranging a dinner for 160 kiddos in a short time frame... but Sussy successfully did just that! On top of that, Melissa and her team were FABULOUS! I feed this group of kids 3x / day, 3-days in a row, multiple times per year. It isn't a simple task... reservation, times, eat times, dietary restrictions, allergies. It's a lot to handle... but Sussy and Melissa handled it like the CHAMPS they are 100%. I walked in 8 minutes before 160 kiddos arrived, Melissa met me at the door with a smile, showed us to the dining hall we had reserved, it was PERFECT! Tables were set neatly, the buffet was up and ready to serve (37 minutes early may I note). Sodas / water / tea was out to be served, every single dietary restriction and allergy was accounted for and clearly set up for ease of access. That isn't what is important here. What really nabbed my attention was the kindness and professionalism provided by EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered the entire time we were in their facility. They were responsive. They were extremely detail oriented. They were professional. They were friendly. They were above-and-beyond in every way. I'm admittedly a snob when it comes to these things... not in the way of being a snob to be a pest but providing for this many humans on a tight timeline, there is no room for error. Not only did they provide an experience that was error-free, they also made us a priority to the point that (for the first time ever), even the hosts, chaperones, and volunteers had a few moments of peace-and-quiet to sit and chat while catching our breath! Had dinner first. They have all these signs saying wait for a host to be seated but we just stood there and then finally went and found someone to see where we could sit. Asked for the bill and then never saw my server again so I ended up taking the bill to the bar. Went back to the bar awhile later to get a water for my son. The male bartender and female with a headband just kept glancing at me and quickly looking away. Finally after 5 minutes I said "excuse me can I get a water?" They both looked at me, rolled their eyes and continued their conversation. The female said "so anyways"... I said that I had been waiting there for awhile (they were not helping anyone else or making any drinks while I was waiting) and she said "we are having a conversation" I ended up having to go get a water from the host at the front. Visited this Dave and busters for the first time on a Sunday at noon. Lots of parking out front but gps will get you lost trying to find it tucked behind other businesses. We did the food orders that come with game cards and supercharged it all which was well worth it. The food was fast but mediocre. The drinks are good but very very sweet. I don't come here for the food but rather the games. A lot of the games were broken or down despite having two or three technicians out on the floor. This was disappointing. The games are limited it seems as the space is small while the dining areas are huge in comparison. Restrooms are filthy and not stocked too. I would come back as it is fun when you don't have to wait for a game and the card reader and games work. read more
