Met family for a reservation for 715pm. When I entered the building, there was nobody at the counter to help me. I had to go to the bar to get help. When I got to the bar, there was nobody at the counter to help. The employees were standing against the wall talking to security. They didn't ask if I needed help. I had to ask if someone can help me. I mentioned the reservation and was told another 15 minutes. It seemed like an hr wait for a table. When we finally got a table, there was one server for the whole section of tables. She had no help.she did good with trying to serve us. It took some time to recieve our drinks and our food. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were good. The burger was ok. To have flavor, it needed the sauce that come on the burger. I got the sauce on the side because I didn't want a lot on my sandwich. It was very busy. I think if I were to go back to this location, i would go at a different time of the day and maybe it wouldn't be so crazy. read more

My favorite of all the Dave and Busters I have visited so far, it's focused on bringing a classic arcade style action and features a few games I really enjoy. This location has several games which I don't see often, including one of my all time favorites H2Overdrive. They have recently moved a few classics I enjoyed off of the arcade floor but there is plenty of fun to be had. Daytona USA Championship is always fun and is one of a few 4 player racing options available. The bartenders have all been very nice and helpful from my experience. The drink selections for happy hour include a margarita, long island iced tea and lemonade which are all pretty decent for getting in the party mood. Food options have improved significantly over the years at D&B, but I stick to appetizers for the most part. Typically I won't eat at the arcade but I did enjoy a free Papi Chulo Queso appetizer from my D&B rewards on my most recent trip and while it was missing a few ingredients at 11 PM on a Wednesday, the cheese had a strong cilantro flavor and went very well with our drinks. I do see that a few games could use some TLC like adjusting the aim on Elevator Action (another great game) but the staff seemed very attentive keeping everything clean and claw machines stocked. Any malfunctions mentioned by customers were addressed quickly by staff. The ticket redemption section had options I haven't seen at other D&B's and I ended up getting a few stuffed toys. They were assembling a new human crane machine which replaced their VR roller coaster, so it appears they are renovating to add even more entertainment options. All in all, a fun way to wind down after hitting IKEA and getting a dinner in the area, will be back many times in the future! read more

In essence Dave and busters is a good time. Reminds me of the arcade nostalgia of the 90's but pricing just makes it all too unbearable to fully enjoy. A $50 game card might get you 45 minutes of play time for 1 person on an average night. This doesn't include food. Spare yourself and go on 1/2 price Wednesday, when pricing is more like it should be. GLOWS: -A good variety of Games -The service at this bar was quick and efficient GROWS: -All games don't provide some kind of ticket for achievement, so there is even less chance that you will be able to pick a quality prize after spending so much money. -They used to have a dessert prize option which was a nice touch, not sure if they still have that option -($3 for an apple juice box was not fun. After tip, it was $5+ for a 6oz juice drink.) -There should be more hand sanitizer stations around the space considering how much touching and germ spreading there is. -The bar seats could use some reupholstering TIP: Park at the D&B entrance if you plan to be around after the mall closes or you will not be able to get out and have to walk around the parking lot read more

My kids and I were looking for a fun way to beat the summer heat. Dave & Buster's did the trick. Right at the entrance we were met by an employee at a desk. She took care of all our gaming needs. She got us set up with a gaming card and took our payment. It was real easy. Once we got to the gaming area, I was impressed with the sheer amount and variety of games that Dave & Buster's offers. My kids are into racing. Cool. Do they like car racing, horse racing, motorcycle racing or ski racing? Are they into Mario Cart? Because Dave & Buster's had all of those options. And believe me, they did them all. Aside from racing games, Dave and Buster's have shooting style games, carnival type games, old school ones (like skee ball and basketball shooting), sports games, dancing games, various claws, challenge games, etc. My kids basically spent an hour and a half playing a lot of the different games. I was impressed with the game pricing at Dave & Buster's. I figured the amount I put on the card would last about 45 minutes. We doubled that. After trading our tickets in for prizes (I love that this is all done via your card and there is no need to worry about lost tickets or long counting sessions) we decided to get some food. The food was fine but a bit pricey. My kids liked the pretzels, mac and cheese and fries. They were not fans of the churros. There wasn't much vegan that I could order. Our waitress was very attentive, she refilled our water without needing to be asked and cleared our plates out quickly when we were done. My family and I will definitely return to Dave & Buster's for some gaming but we will probably eat elsewhere next time. read more

The first waitress that I had, she was really professional, took quite a while because the establishment was extremely busy. The food came and the appetizers were absolutely delicious. Sorry, I did not take a picture of those, but I did take pictures of the rest of the food that we ordered at the table. The only issue that I did have was with the Cajun shrimp pasta. It was supposed to come with shrimp and sausage , and when the plate came, there was no sausage in it. I contacted the waiter that I saw and asked him what was the reason behind it not being any sausage in the dish.He went back in the kitchen, and informed them that there was no sausage in the dish. He was told that the establishment was out of sausage. My Granddaughter wanted to add bacon, and the young man that was next to the table bussing the table said that he would look for the waiter. He informed me that I would probably be charged oh she's gone. It's a new one she gone. It's a new waiter, and he didn't know what was going on. . They really messed up on this order. I said to him it should be no charge because we were allowed to order this and on the menu it says shrimp and sausage, but when the food arrived, it wasn't the same dish that I ordered. About 20 minutes into the meal , a young lady came out with a cocktail cup full of bacon to put on the food. I couldn't believe it! I'm dying to get the bill to see what they charge for this cocktail cup full of bacon on the receipt. The manager did come out. I informed her of what happened and she's like "oh what do you want, a new pasta"? I said absolutely not, I just want to know that the bacon will be put on the dish and she won't be charged for it. Somebody called over the walkie-talkie, and she left She did tell me that there was a new server. He's the one that's going to be handling everything, and she walked away. I felt that was very unprofessional I don't even know what else to say. Well, it gets better! The waiter that waited on us was gone for quite a while so we ended up sitting at the table for almost an hour total waiting on containers, and the check. The waiter was told cash payment, he took the money, dropped $22 off to me with no receipt. He didn't come back for 25 minutes, and I had to ask another young lady to find him with the containers and my receipt. He dropped off the containers and a bag, and was gone another 20 minutes. Had to ask the same lady for my receipt. The receipt only reflected the food, not the 20% gratuity I paid. Waiter stated that he couldn't get the receipt to reflect the gratuity. Went to the counter, explained about the receipt, waiter was called over, everyone was puzzled as to why he did the receipt like that, he offered to give the $28 back, I told him no. Just needed my receipt to reflect what I paid. The manager Tony J. Asked how could he make it right, and he apologized for the inconvenience. He filled out the receipt and attached his card. Service - the absolute WORST service I have ever received in my 36 years of life. Service so BAD that I'm going to end up calling maybe the central office in the morning of 2/26/2025. My 22 month old baby girl and I stepped in to have dinner at 7:05pm. For 32 minutes NO ONE came to ask for our order. I had to walk to the bar and place an order. As I am making this review the time is currently 8:34pm and my salad just came in, not even the main dish, that's a 1 HOUR & 30 MINS WAIT. It's RIDICULOUS. We had fun. Went with a family with three kids, 11, 7, and 5. We had a blast. The venue was busy and loud on a Saturday afternoon. All the game machines seemed to be working, giving us all the games to play. The race cars were popular. When redeeming the points for prizes, I was impressed with the selection and quality of items. These weren't junky little plastic things. Items were stuffed animals, essential oils, sleep masks, neck pillows, candy, magnetic night lights, poker cards, balls of all sizes...lots of neat things. The dining area is large with a bar. The menu was burgers and sandwiches. There were lots of specialty drinks. We stopped for water and iced tea. I don't know the cost, but Wednesdays are half price day, and Tuesday is trivia night. Clean bathrooms and a family bathroom. This was a nice activity. read more

The food here is absolutely disgusting. I ordered Sweet Heat wings and to my surprise they were dry, as in fried wings with some sort of season sprinkled on top. I thought maybe they gave me old bay by mistake so I asked the waitress and very snarky she said we don't sell old bay, you got what you ordered. So I attempted to eat the wings and they tasted as though they had been fried in shared oil. The Good: There were a wide variety of games to for our enjoyment--from basketball and air hockey to arcade shooters and racing and fighting games. Myself, my son, and my wife had a blast going from machine to machine swiping our cards and playing the selection in this arcade. I love video games! Who doesn't love playing Space Invaders and Pac Man on a giant, 10 ft screens?! Mario Kart, shooting aliens with a machine gun with your friends? Riding a motorcycle around a speedway? This girl loves it all! Came to Dave and Busters with some friends for a 3 year olds Birthday. The adults had just as much fun as the kids! Food was good, not typical bar food. One of my friends had Salmon which he absolutely loved! He's a chef for work so he knows his Salmon. Drinks and other food was tasty as well. Great large screen TVs, we came on Super Bowl Sunday. Social distancing was in place, Everyone was wearing masks unless eating. Service was meh. It took a very long time to get refills on water and our check as we watched our server sit down and chat with her friends. The manager who stopped by each table was very nice and a great touch. The service was horrible! We arrive around 10p for happy hour & there were 11 guests including us. Walking in we sat prior to other guest and still received out drinks and food AFTER the guest the arrived after us . Ikea was the bartender and he neglected to introduce himself as well as make our drinks properly! After sending them back he proceeded to not accommodate and ignore us for the rest of our stay . I must post a review that is much contrary to those that have posted before me.. it is so true that sometimes you must try things out for yourself. I read the reviews about this place and never wanted to give it a try. Today was game day and I wanted to go somewhere for good food and fun. We were going to go to Buffalo Wild Bills which I go to often but I decided to hop next door to Dave and Busters. First impression is lasting impression. The facility was nice and clean, the employees were quite friendly and welcoming, our waiter was excellent with giving suggestions on food to try, and he was all around accommodating. We ordered the chicken quesadilla's for appetizer and those were delish. I ordered the buffalo wings and sliders(picture below) for my entree and those were delish also. My sister ordered the ribs and wings and she was pleased. I can not speak for all Dave and Busters but this one does not serve typical "bar food" They had plenty of tv's and it was a all around good experience! read more

On a hot Sunday afternoon we took the grandkids to Dave & Buster's in White Marsh Mall since it was too hot to go to the park. Most of the games were for older kids or adults, but they still had a good time. The games are pricey, but we ended up with enough tickets to buy some decent toys afterwards. We ate lunch in the restaurant which was very clean including the restrooms. The food was very good, came out hot and we had no complaints. Our waitress Aliyah was excellent, courteous and attentive. Also, Kyle gave us outstanding customer service, making sure we were having a good experience at Dave & Buster's. I will definitely go back again and would recommend D&B to anyone that enjoys this type of eating place. read more

Just went for a nice drink and a bite. Went in the middle of the week a lot of social distancing was going on some seating was blocked off to regulate how many people come in. Our server Tempest soo fabulous checked on us brought whatever we needed and had the greatest customer service we got some alcoholic beverages which were strong I loved it. While we normally come for just games, their food is actually quite good. While there are many unhealthy items, there are a few healthy ones too! My sons loved their chicken and waffles and burgers. My husband enjoyed his burger. We didn't care too much for the East fondue as the beer taste was overpowering. The staff is always nice and the place is kept clean. My only issue is price. I always get the same meal at Dave and Busters but a different location. I went to the White Marsh Dave and Busters on my bday December 31 and got take out for my bday. The salmon with rice pilaf and vegetables. It seemed like the kitchen decided to skimp me out of food there was barely any rice and vegetables. The salmon was good always is but they should not skimp on take out orders. When I have this meal in the restaurant it's always on point. Maybe it's the fact you can order online from the table. The waitress we had came by a total of three times. To let us know we can order online or from her, drop off drinks, and drop off food. The drinks took a solid 10 minutes to be dropped off. Long enough that I checked my email twice to make sure I had drinks on the receipt. We never received silverware, and the only napkins we had were the drink napkins. Even if my whole intention was ordering online. Maybe it is better to sit at the bar to at least have interaction with staff. There was a group of five just hanging out at the end of the bar. Maybe it is just the way it is with the order online from your table business but at least you can have more than three interactions with staff. read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had in Dave & Buster's Arcade. I arrived at 8200 Perry Hall Boulevard around 6:30pm. I walked through what I believed was the Macy's entrance and entered Dave & Busters on the side where the escalators are near some massage chairs. I waited with half a dozen customers for nearly five minutes at the front desk. NO EMPLOYEE was in sight. I needed to reload my powercard. So I started walking through the Dave & Buster. I saw plenty of Customers, but NO STAFF after walking around a few minutes. I was wondering what was going on.  I walked all the way back to the Prize Store (Gift Shop) and saw a young staff lady there texting on her cell phone. She was so busy on her personal phone that it took her half a minute to realize I was standing directly in front of her waiting to be served. She CLEARLY was not enthusiastic about providing stellar customer service. She was not necessarily rude to me per se, nevertheless, she was clearly distracted by her personal texting. She should be re-trained immediately on how to put her phone away and prioritize customer assistance.  I was able to reload my powercard for $25 plus $6 for the virtual reality attraction. I went to the Virtual Reality attraction and again no staff were anywhere in sight. I pushed the red service button several times and waited over five minutes and no one came to assist me. In frustration I began to walk around and saw several staff standing around talking about the Washington Redskins football team. I was appalled. When I told one of the young staff men that I was waiting at the virtual reality game for several minutes he replied, "I didn't hear it because I had my headphones on". THAT'S EXACTLY MY POINT! WHY are your headphones on in the first place?  I finally got to experience the virtual reality but the sound was FAR too loud in my headset. I took my headset off midway through and asked if he could turn the volume down in the headphones a little. He said he did not know how to do that. So I got frustrated and told him to let me off. When I asked for my $6 refund, I was told that he did not know how to process the $6 refund. I immediately requested a manager.  I waited in the giftshop for a manager and decided to get some candy while I waited. I noticed the candy I was going to get expired "August 2020". When I informed the young staff lady (texter) about this, she said "it's bad, but I just work here". I spoke with the Manager "Kevin" and explained to him everything that happened during my visit tonight. His response was definitely defensive and riddled with excuses. I was stunned that he also told me "Just because the candy says sell by August 2020 doesn't necessarily mean it's expired". At that point I was DONE. The staff at this place is grossly incompetent and lazy. It was my first and LAST time at this Dave & Busters. What a terrible customer experience. It's as if no one cared. I'm going to post my review on Yelp.com and report this to Dave & Buster corporate. Especially regarding the expired candy. No one cares here. It's a shame too, because the place has so much potential. I won't be back. read more

Much to my displeasure, my daughter and her friend wanted to come to this D&B again on 11/3/18. After our last experience here, I was hesitant. However, after complaining about that experience we did receive 2 preloaded play cards. So I obliged. Got there around 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, so I expected a wait. They said 45 mins for our party of 4, and much to my surprise our table was ready in about 15 mins. So that was a good start, and I thought maybe this time things would be different. The server was nice enough. I ordered the fire grilled salmon but very specifically asked for broccoli in place of the rice. He even wrote it down. But guess what? I got rice. So I asked him to please send a side of broccoli instead as I do not eat rice. Also, my partner ordered boneless buffalo wings with fries. Only the wings came. So we asked him to bring her fries also. And then we waited. And we waited. And we continued to wait. He came back at least 2 times and said "the broccoli is on its way." Before I could even ask "what about the fries?" he was gone again. When I finally got him to stay for longer than 5 seconds, I asked about the fries. He must have forgotten about them, because as soon as I asked he came back with fries within less than a minute. BUT, still no broccoli. I waited 20 minutes. For broccoli. And that is not an exaggeration. I'm giving them an extra star for quick seating and no incidents with the prize room associates this time, but they really need to do better regarding their food service. read more
