This place was a great find for Baltimore County Restaurant Week Lunch. I visited and I was pleased with most! The only downfall was I waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence even though I sat at the main bar in the very middle seat, but once someone came over to help they were very helpful and stayed near until my departure making sure I was taken care of. This place had great Restaurant Week menu options and I ordered C & R Wings (Always Grilled, Never Fried -Buffalo Lemon Pepper) and C & R Rotisserie Chicken 1/2 w Fresh Veggies. Everything was so so tasty! The environment was great as well! It was like a posh sports bar. Seating options everywhere and all types from high tops to table to bar seating. of well stocked bar and very spacious. As far as parking, metered street parking that wasn't too difficult to find. I will definitely visit this place again and support this quality business.

Great visit today with C&R Pub! First of all, this place is a surprisingly very large space. We walked in and I was shocked to see how large the bar is and how far it wraps around the corner! Our bartender was very nice and quick to welcome us and get our orders started. There were 3 of us & she also did a nice job of providing recommendations on menu items. There weren't any specials in the bar today, but the prices are fair and you get a ton of food for your money! I had a southern peach and by husband and his friend both had the Maryland mules! They were both highly satisfied, and I quote! Our food was delicious! I had the Billie burger which had Swiss, cheddar, bacon, and bbq sauce! It came with steak fries, a pickle spear and some coleslaw! Everything was delicious! Hubby had lemon pepper wings and our friend, locked and loaded tots with crabby shrimp dip! They definitely weren't shy about the portions! Food came out quickly and was nice and hot! This is a cool place to visit and nice to have some more variety in the Towson area! Music selection isn't amazing but that's just my opinion. Would've loved more of a variety of music. Despite that, our visit today was really great all together. I'm sure we will return in the future!

Food, subpar. Service, basically non-existent. The time it took to pay my check, too long! Will I come back? Never.

This was a nice and spacious event space with high top tables and chairs in addition to a long bar area. There were flat screen TVs mounted on the walls, so checking out the latest sporting events was not an issue. We got our bingo cards and dabblers and looked over the menu to order. There were two menus; the brunch menu and the traditional CVP menu. We got something from both: the CVP wings (mild), with tater tots from the traditional menu and paired it with the bottomless brunch drink package, which included your choice of house Bloody Mary, mimosa, screwdriver or Natural Light draft beer (you have to stick with one choice). The servers were pleasant and we placed our orders at the bar. The food arrived in about 30 minutes, but was warm, not as hot as I wanted. The wings were cooked well with a mild buffalo sauce and the tater tots came in a small metal bucket; enough for up to 4 people. They were fresh and not greasy, just wished they were hotter. For the bottomless brunch drink package, I chose the screwdriver and a pleasant server came over to our table and put a wristband on me so that I could walk up to the bar for refills. The vodka was well vodka, but I didn't have a headache the next day, so that was good! The upstairs area seems to be an event space. The downstairs area was the main bar with tables as well. All in all, CVP was ok for the event I attended and may visit again in the future.

What a fabulous find! This place is a must try. It is connected to a comedy club (Magooby's Joke…read moreHouse). There's plenty of parking. If you park on the upper side there are extremely steep steps. Park on the same side as the post office/entrance to the comedy club and there are no steps. There is an outside seating area as well. The inside has moody vibes and says speakeasy but out in the open. The inside isn't large, but comfortable with seating at the bar and several high tops. There are a gazillion bourbons and they even have flights. There's also a fully stocked bar for any drink you want. They have 2 beers on tap and tons of bottle/can options. However, I strongly encourage you to try the cocktails. These are elevated cocktails in the sense that the combination of liquors and mixers really make great pairings. The side car was great. We also tried the Naughty and Nice (perfect blend of spice and sweet), Port of Manhattan (the addition of the port takes this classic to the next level), and the Corpse Reviver #2 which was our absolute surprisingly favorite. The glass is washed with absinthe (see photo). Not only was it super cool to see, but the after taste after each sip was amazing with this addition to the drink. We are not gin drinkers but this was delicious! Venture off of your normal order and explore these incredible crafty and well thought out cocktails that you will thoroughly enjoy and appreciate for the art that they are. The menu was very good as well. The chorizo queso was delicious and the German Sausage Platter was tasty. The portions were good. People around us ordered burgers that were generously portioned with all the fixings. They have lots of specials like burger of the month, Wednesdays are burger night (half price) and the drinks are so reasonably priced! The service was immediate and constant throughout our entire visit. Very friendly and eager to make your experience enjoyable. Seriously, venture out to this place and have some terrific drinks and food. You will want to tell everyone about it! Such a great vibe and atmosphere, as well as a great value!!

When he finally did, the cocktails were easily the worst we've ever had -- completely undrinkable. This isn't a one-off; it's the third time he's served us, and every time the service and drinks have been awful. He seemed out of it -- distracted, unprofessional, maybe even under the influence. To top it off, he served my drink in a dirty glass. When I asked for a replacement, he just poured the same disgusting drink into another cup instead of remaking it. I had to insist he start over. It's such a shame because the bartenders on the other side of The Point are excellent -- friendly, attentive, and professional. This one bartender, however, drags down the entire experience and the bar's reputation. I won't be coming back.

The waffle was amazing. The staff was attentive and very helpful. I had "The Son of Nutcracker"drink which was ok. They have a Jameson club, which I joined. It allows you to purchase a bottle of Jameson to keep at the bar for $75 after a $50 club membership fee. I enjoyed this place and will definitely be back. The only potential issue may be parking. I was able to get a spot on the street but can imagine finding a good spot on busy days might be a daunting task.
