My family held an event in a large party room at this location on Friday for our family reunion. Nina and Madison with the event team there were both very helpful, responsive, and communicative. The staff at the event were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive, even though we had a lot more guests in attendance than expected. The servers and managers helped us immensely by allowing us to use another party room as an overflow room for everyone to sit and eat. We had the Fiesta Buffet and the food was great! Everyone had a great time and really appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service we received by all of the staff there that night. Dave & Busters in the highlands is always a great time!! All the servers and bar staff are attentive and amazing, they also know how to make drinks that aren't on the menu for you. The food is pretty good but I would like it if they expanded their menu it feels pretty limited. All the drinks I've had so far are great. My go tos are the green tea and Scooby snack shots! I am a big fan of dave and busters. I came to eat and play games. The service was extremely slow. I had to flag someone down just to order my food. I tried the strawberry lemonade it was so thick. I switched it out to the tea which was really good. I ordered the cajun salmon which was really good. This was my first time visiting this D&B location and was a bit hesitant given the negative reviews, however, my kiddo and I had a blast during our recent visit. We came during around 2pm during Christmas break and had the place basically to ourselves. No waits for all of our favorite games so we could play as much as we wanted. This location is a bit smaller than the one off 75 & Walnut Hill but they have all of the essentials, including my fave VR Jurassic Park game! They lose 1 star for the dining area though. You have to walk through it to get to the arcade and it looked unkempt (i.e. unbussed tables, trash) though there were only a few customers eating. That's always a red flag for me. And I could definitely see this being an issue on a busy Saturday night. Overall, this location is just like any other D&B - a great place to have fun! read more

I like the location because it was clean there wasn't a lot of cars/visitors here today on Sunday around 1 PM and 2 PM is starting to get busy the closer we got to three so we were already ready to leave. And not so much because it was a lot of people it was starting to get busy but because we already were "played"out and we enjoyed every game that we were on they were disinfected prior to us using the games and getting off the games also the restrooms were clean even though some of the stalls had urine still in the toilet they weren't flushed , but for the ladies restroom it was pretty clean and it smelled good in there also Our waiter's name was Trey he was very helpful and we left a nice little tip also the staff was friendly and helpful . I totally recommend coming here if you want to just go for a little quick outing as a date, by yourself ,or with the family. I have came to many other locations of Dave & Busters. It has been mostly for job functions. However this one in Arlington has been for my own leisure. Over the years I have came with my daughter, friends, and family. The food and drinks have been decent nothing to go home and scream about but what is expected for an amusememt center. At times it can be frustrating trying to play the games you really want to play. I would recommend you come when it is not so packed. Not really feeling it much like back in the day but will come again if invited by others. Guess I have moved on to bigger and better things. I visited your location in Arlington on March 11. We purchased 275 chips. During our gameplay, I mistakenly left my phone at one of the other games. When I turned around to go get it, it was missing. I alerted staff and gave Brian the manager my contact information, in case it was found. Meanwhile, my fiancé and I logged in to find my iPhone, which showed the phone still on the premise. We begin to ping the phone. We sought Brian the manager to ask his assistance with the map of the store. He told us the phone was between hotwheels and the gift stand, seemed very precise. As I went to look for the phone, my fiancé stayed in the vicinity of the gift stand. My fiancé saw Brian removing the phone from under the counter. He then asks, is this it, And states someone turned it in. Brian had the phone the entire time, and he had our contact information and didn't call.
