The wings were tasty and the fries were hot. The waitress was fast and nice. The 49er ambiance is always amazing? The team does a great job hosting us! read more

I took a family friend (middle schooler) here for a fun day out. She had a fantastic time. We came on a Wednesday, where games are half off. I would recommend this, it doubles your play time. We thought the two experiences in the front: the human crane and arena looked fun, but were a bit overpriced. We enjoyed the rest of the venue though. It was definitely loud and lively, but not too crowded in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. We loved the food we got- it was perfectly seasoned and came out quickly! Our server was able to provide everything we needed. Staff was also helpful when my tween lost her phone on the game floor. Was a great day out, but definitely a pricier activity ($50 for food pictured) and ($60 game play/375 credits)! read more

The food was very tasty and had a great appearance. Everyone was friendly and informative about the new games I had never seen before. The games were awesome. To me it was like a mini vegas. The ambiance was great. read more

Smaller than some D&B but very nice. The place is clean, good selection of food and a professional staff. It's nice to have a quality entertainment venue in south Arlington where I can take my family with no worries, and they have a great time. read more

My family held an event in a large party room at this location on Friday for our family reunion. Nina and Madison with the event team there were both very helpful, responsive, and communicative. The staff at the event were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive, even though we had a lot more guests in attendance than expected. The servers and managers helped us immensely by allowing us to use another party room as an overflow room for everyone to sit and eat. We had the Fiesta Buffet and the food was great! Everyone had a great time and really appreciated the great hospitality and excellent service we received by all of the staff there that night. I want to apologize again to your staff for the overage in guests, as it was way more than we expected to attend. I can't thank the team there enough for accommodating us. I sincerely appreciate it. read more

Really good food, I was surprised, 5 stars to our service by Jayden she was very friendly and checked on us several times

The bathrooms were well kept up and very clean. And Michelle made it even better! She was hardworking, friendly, and super attentive the whole time. read more

The food was one of the best spirit foods ive ever tasted! The service is absolutely incredible, the waitresses and the people at the gaming part were really proffesional and kind at the same time! BUT, the person that made this review 5 starts is Michelle! She was so nice. The bathrooms are clean and the machines work perfectly well. There was also a nice vibe to this place. read more

The girl was so unprofessional she charges us extra when she was supposed to switch an item never eating there ever. Extremely disrespectful service read more

Dave & Busters in the highlands is always a great time!! All the servers and bar staff are attentive and amazing, they also know how to make drinks that aren't on the menu for you. The food is pretty good but I would like it if they expanded their menu it feels pretty limited. All the drinks I've had so far are great. My go tos are the green tea and Scooby snack shots! The atmosphere is nice during game days/sports events! I do wish we got more credits/dollar but that's a corporate thing. read more

I am a big fan of dave and busters. I came to eat and play games. The service was extremely slow. I had to flag someone down just to order my food. I tried the strawberry lemonade it was so thick. I switched it out to the tea which was really good. I ordered the cajun salmon which was really good. After I went over to play games they didnt really have a good selection of games to play like at other locations. I probably won't be returning to this location. read more

Yesterday was my first time at Dave & Busters in over a decade. Our party of 17 was seated after 20 mins or so. The food was great, and the service was as well. They were super busy but food didn't take long. Two plates arrived 15 mins after everyone else's but those two plates were comped. The kids had a blast with the games. We will definitely be back! read more

Had a chance to visit food and fun it was ok the food was slightly good my sliders were not made according to the menu most games didn't work properly and no workers on the floor to help so I wasted the money I applied to the card I purchased which isn't cheap and the restroom needed attention. It had been a while since I visited a Dave N Busters and quality isn't the 1/19/2020 I haD a chancee to stop by for dinner and watch the NFL game food was ok wings were not cooked fully quesadillas were cold as well as thE fries read more

Great fun. Good bartenders and overall staff, however I did notice one employee who just floated around without really doing anything, but hey, it is what it is. The drinks were great, the games were fun and the food was good enough for us to place an order of wings for delivery. The ambiance was cool outside of the kids running around, but that's to be expected. read more

This was my first time visiting this D&B location and was a bit hesitant given the negative reviews, however, my kiddo and I had a blast during our recent visit. We came during around 2pm during Christmas break and had the place basically to ourselves. No waits for all of our favorite games so we could play as much as we wanted. This location is a bit smaller than the one off 75 & Walnut Hill but they have all of the essentials, including my fave VR Jurassic Park game! They lose 1 star for the dining area though. You have to walk through it to get to the arcade and it looked unkempt (i.e. unbussed tables, trash) though there were only a few customers eating. That's always a red flag for me. And I could definitely see this being an issue on a busy Saturday night. Overall, this location is just like any other D&B - a great place to have fun! read more

Well I'm not sure what the low rating is for. We took my granddaughters and the food and service were better than the majority of restaurants I've been to lately. The beer was cold, the food was tasty. The service was good. And we had fun to boot. read more

So let me start off by saying this is our first time going out to Dave and Buster's here in Arlington Texas, And it won't be our last. I like the location because it was clean there wasn't a lot of cars/visitors here today on Sunday around 1 PM and 2 PM is starting to get busy the closer we got to three so we were already ready to leave. And not so much because it was a lot of people it was starting to get busy but because we already were "played"out and we enjoyed every game that we were on they were disinfected prior to us using the games and getting off the games also the restrooms were clean even though some of the stalls had urine still in the toilet they weren't flushed , but for the ladies restroom it was pretty clean and it smelled good in there also Our waiter's name was Trey he was very helpful and we left a nice little tip also the staff was friendly and helpful . I totally recommend coming here if you want to just go for a little quick outing as a date, by yourself ,or with the family. It is very kid friendly, teenagers friendly, preteen friendly you'll have a good time if you're already set on having a good time. GET OUT! Live Life! Have Fun! Side Note: Some locations except Tickets as currency for Food.. As seen on DnBs Instagram but so far not at the Arlington, location according to our waiter "Trey" 2nd Side Note: The Margarita was delicious Go try the Virtual Reality ride it was FUN!!! read more

The waitress was nice and friendly. The service was a little slow but it was Saturday so can't complain. The food was a little off but was edible. Obviously it was loud in the game room but the games were excellent including the vr experience. Would definitely go again. read more

Bad service related to bad management I'm sure. Very Disorganized!! We came here with a young child for a quick meal and after being seated right away we were completely ignored for 15 minutes. Then as nice as he was and he was trying very hard even though he was obviously not properly trained.... Again management issues. He had to keep going and asking for help to place our order. Anyway, food was ok... didn't really expect much on that anyway but at least we could have gotten good service... again not our waiter's fault. read more

I have came to many other locations of Dave & Busters. It has been mostly for job functions. However this one in Arlington has been for my own leisure. Over the years I have came with my daughter, friends, and family. The food and drinks have been decent nothing to go home and scream about but what is expected for an amusememt center. At times it can be frustrating trying to play the games you really want to play. I would recommend you come when it is not so packed. Not really feeling it much like back in the day but will come again if invited by others. Guess I have moved on to bigger and better things. The one thing that did make it a deal breaker for me as far as coming back out. It would be the cocktails! They just are not doing it for me. Had those been much better... Then Yes... They would see me again without being invited... read more

Visited today for my niece's birthday party and was fairly impressed. We've never been to a DNB before and weren't really sure what to expect. Our waitress was very attentive and all the kids seemed to enjoy their hamburgers, chicken nuggets, fries and mac & cheese. We will definitely be back. Seems like a great place for a laid back family day. read more

I visited your location in Arlington on March 11. We purchased 275 chips. During our gameplay, I mistakenly left my phone at one of the other games. When I turned around to go get it, it was missing. I alerted staff and gave Brian the manager my contact information, in case it was found. Meanwhile, my fiancé and I logged in to find my iPhone, which showed the phone still on the premise. We begin to ping the phone. We sought Brian the manager to ask his assistance with the map of the store. He told us the phone was between hotwheels and the gift stand, seemed very precise. As I went to look for the phone, my fiancé stayed in the vicinity of the gift stand. My fiancé saw Brian removing the phone from under the counter. He then asks, is this it, And states someone turned it in. Brian had the phone the entire time, and he had our contact information and didn't call. I spoke with the manager on duty Alvaro Duarte and requested a refund and was told to contact corporate. This ruined our experience and our night. read more
