    Our favorite pinball machine

For JUST $12 per person, you get to spend the entire day playing all sorts of arcade games. They have old school video games, to an assortment of pinball machines. They have two bars as well. They do not offer food, but you are allowed to order from outside and bring in, they just ask you clean after yourselves. We didn't get the chance to spend the time we wanted as we had other engagements, but it's definitely a great idea to take the whole family, or group of friends.

Okay this place is freaking cool. We literally left thinking how to bring a business like this home. First off, the place is HUGE. The biggest arcade I've ever been to. They have every game you could ever want to try. You buy the wristband and all games are free play which is fantastic, a great bang for your buck. You'll spend hours just looking at all the options because there's so much to chose from. I do wish they served beer as well (they only serve cider), but they did have some great cider flavors and options. The server in the back room was fantastic and super helpful all day. Really cool spot, I wish they had one in every city. We would probably spend every weekend here if we were local.

The place just kept going with rooms of games! Ciders were so good! We went for date night and would definitely love to come back!

This has been the best Cidercade yet! I've been to a couple of locations, but I will say that this one is superior and a lot more spacious. As soon as I walk in I was greeted instantly. The bartenders were all super cool and let me try two of the ciders before I settled on the Acai one which was really good. It was $12 for all you can play! There were a lot more games in the Arlington location. Some notable games that I enjoyed were street fighter 6, time crisis 5, and the rhythm games! This location actually has two bars, billards, foot billards ping pong tables, and an absolutely huge shuffleboard area! All of their machines were working for the most part except a few. Bathrooms were clean which is a super bonus for me. There were a lot of spots where people can chill. There was even a lit disco room. Thatt was pretty dope to see. Location was very clean with a friendly staff and awesome staff. I think the only con I can think of is that it was super cold to me. You might want to bring a jacket if you get cold easy, but other than that, I highly recommend!

Unlimited game play - $12 for a one day pass or $20 for a monthly pass!! You can't beat the price but these guys also provide great quality games that are well maintained and super retro and cool. I love their included pool tables, shuffle board, and ping pong tables, too!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

I got the 3 chicken tender basket with lemon pepper rub, and ranch and barbecue sauce. It was amazing and a good amount of fries. It took less than 7 min! There's so many games to play and it's a great vibe. Great place for groups and families

TLDR: predatory sales practices and power tripping managers with means to rectify the problem but…read moreno regard for customer service. General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience

We ordered wings and although at sight they appeared burnt, however, she said they were surprisingly delicious and she did not have any meat left on the bones. I had a terrible experience at this Alleycats location with the manager and one of their employees…read more My nephew wanted to go rock climbing and after my sister signed their form my nephew was standing near the rock wall ready to be harnessed when their employee, who already seemed to be in a bad mood since we asked to use the rock wall given it was pretty slow that afternoon (at around 5-5:30 ish), came over and pushed him away from the wall even though my nephew wasn't doing anything. He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.
