There was a new group of hatchlings that were being nurtured until ready for going to a new home. Kennedy was a standout at B&B! She knew everything about the linney breed and help assure my wife that caring for the bird would be within our capabilities as new bird owners. The purchase process, take home process, and the regular check-ins have been filled with excellent customer service. Everyone in the store is willing to help and answer questions. I also really love the frog room and though I didn't open any of the drawers (you're not supposed to without help), I realized last time that they have a ton of snakes that are just not on display. There is so much to see here and friendly and knowledgeable staff, so if you're looking for something other than a cat or dog, this is the place for you!

I was in tears asking for help and the man who helped me was very kind and helpful. I went in the following weekend and I showed him a picture of my gecko and he again was very helpful. I had planned on taking Jasper the the vet on Friday February 6th but he passed away on the 4th. I had him one day she of two months. The employees were so welcoming and happy to have us walk around and look at everything. It's a giant indoor site where a bunch of animals/animal equipment and pet supplies are available for sale from various different vendors. You'll see a bunch of different kinds of animals - dogs, cats, spiders, lizards, snakes, sugar gliders, birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and more!
