I told him that I would be happy to come back and make an appointment to see him. He was busy with another customer and said he would arrange a test drive for me. Well, I have been looking at cars for months now, and I have always gone with a salesman to show me the features of the newer model car. If you don't know the features of the new car, you are setting yourself up for disaster. He said the car was being brought down. He walked me down stairs and got me situated in the car and then, left and went back upstairs. Really? I thought if he was busy, that he would have another sales associate go for the test drive. But, no, I was on my own. Well, this very expensive car, seemed like it was going to stall out at each stop light. Then, when you put your foot on the gas, there is a few seconds lag time before it kicks into action. Truly, not what I expected from a Porsche. A Porsche is supposed to be fast, have a tight handling, and smooth acceleration. I have driven enough cars to know, that some of these features could have been adjusted by having a salesperson in the car. But, having no one to show me the features, really put me and the car at a disadvantage. I thought Porsche had a gorgeous show room and plenty of people to meet and greet you. But, I was really disappointed in Mr. Jay, who didn't take the time or extend the effort to share the features of this new car. I am really glad my friend had a good experience. I have found that males are taken a lot more seriously, than females. I am really disappointed in this experience. PS. The prices on their vehicles are a lot higher than the MSRP. So, plan accordingly.

When I arrived he showed me to his office where I could get some work done while I waited. After a test drive, he provided the his recommendations and estimate in a timely fashion. Ailment: rattling noise under the car Recommendations: replace brackets for the heat shield and replace air filters I agreed with the recommendations was able to get work done in a comfortable office. Before long, the work was done, car was vacuumed (was NOT expecting that) and the total came in UNDER the estimate. The owner promised to call me to check on the work. After taking the beltway home, I noticed the noise had completely disappeared. The air quality in the car has improved immensely and I'm getting better gas mileage. The work was done two (2) weeks ago and I'm still over the moon....the regular dust build up that used to form on my dash is no longer there and I'm not congested every time I turn on the AC (guess those new filters are doing their job). In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. I followed their process exactly and rented a car for the return trip. Despite multiple attempts to contact them afterward, I was never reimbursed for the rental they recommended. . Payment was also delayed. They received the title on February 5th but did not issue payment until February 13th, and that only occurred after I reached out twice asking for an update. Another concerning point: the truck was listed for sale on their website before they had paid me or even received the title. To make matters worse, my license plates were never returned. I have documentation of the agreements, the premature listing, timeline of title delivery and payment, and my attempts to follow up about the rental reimbursement. Overall this process felt disorganized, poorly communicated, and far more difficult than it should have been. If you plan to sell a vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being prepared for delays, last-minute price changes, and follow-up issues.
