They keep sending their trainers to the office, but there have been no results. The design of our flyers was terrible, and they never listened to us, claiming they had their own research. DMC mis shipped a large order to the east coast, confirmed twice from Fed Ex that the incorrect zip…read morecode was on the order. When FedEx notified them (when the shipment was still on the east coast and could have still been delivered) - they didn't reply. It would have been easy to solve the issue at that point. So, the shipment was returned all the way back to California. They lied and denied they did anything wrong, refused any refund, and held the material hostage and forced us to spend another $500+ to reship. To the "same" address. Funny it made it the second time. No ethics or integrity - run from this shady mail house. _____ In response to DMC note below - Fedex confirmed twice you entered the wrong zip code. The address was not incomplete - this is a billion dollar philanthropy that knows what address to use. After first insisting my client pay for the return shipping - of course you ate it, as you should have. You only had to pay that because you entered the wrong zip code, and because you failed to respond to FedEX when they notified you. We paid two $500+ shipping charges on this order because of your mistake, when we should have only paid one. No my client isn't grateful and no you weren't professional given the reasons above, which is why they are insisting on using a different mail house from now on. As will I. Lastly - perhaps this wouldn't have gone off the rails as much as it has Ray, if you had simply returned my phone calls and emails at the time. But you apparently were too much of a coward to speak to me. It is time to take responsibility and be honest Ray. How far DMC has fallen since the days of Pierre Smit.

Ron is the best thing you can do for yourself and career! I can't say enough how amazing and…read moreincredible he is and how much heart and dedication he puts into his work for you. Most importantly his prices are fair and economical and he is a brilliant mastermind and profoundly talented writer! He's hands down one of the best out there. Before I purchase anything I always research its market and what else is out there. I looked into almost every resume writer in the bay area and literally found no one who had true high quality resume samples or I felt could connect and portray me best on paper. The few out there who did seem legit had outrageous prices though! Some were over $600-900! Or others charged a high starting fee then charge per hour and couldn't give me a sincere estimate on how much they may charge me after looking at my resume so who knows how much that could end up being! After losing all hope I somehow stumbled here onto Ron's page and can't stress enough how immensely lucky I feel. Ron transformed my resume and linkedin into a masterpiece for me. Plus he took the time to explain his edits and any sort of questions I had. He's also given me tremendous advise and guidance in my life and offers to help you on your next interview for free. I've never met anyone in my life who hardly knows you and takes such a honest and genuine interest in you to help you get to where you want to in life. He is a true gem. You will unforgivably do yourself the biggest favor in working with him!
