Since I work from home, if I can't entertain her enough she tends to get a little bit restless and then neither of us are very productive. She needs a lot of attention and exercise, so being able to drop her some days is a godsend. She comes home tired and happy. The staff here are super friendly and really seem to enjoy what they do. If my crazy pooch rolls around in special sauce (code for just about any excrement a dog can possibly accidentally roll into), they give her a quick bath so she comes home clean. Even if they're concerned about her, i.e. that small kennel cough epidemic that swept the area, they call to tell me if something is wrong. I love that they celebrate holidays and dress my pup up and send home pics and report cards. It feels like I'm getting a lot of bang for the buck, and I know she's in good hands because I can spy on the webcam! Also another awesome perk. She really loves coming here. I say "daycare" and she is by the door ready to go. I appreciate the enthusiasm they share for their pup clients and that they provide excellent service for their human clients too. It's definitely worth even the occasional splurge to have your pup be entertained, tired, and some sane human time. Let's be honest - we love our pups like we love our kids, but everyone needs a break! 2/1/19: I had to come update this because it demonstrates their high quality service. I live very close to the daycare, and yesterday when temperatures were just not safe for people or dogs to be out in, I planned to take my dog and spare us both. But the cold weather killed my car battery so we were stuck at home. The owner actually came and scooped her up for me. Now THAT is too notch and I was so very grateful, and it shows just how well they treat their human patrons too. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I've been getting charged $32 repeatedly for daycare even though i drop my dog off at closing time, so this time, I literally checked him in at 6:55pm to avoid getting charged $32 half-day rate for daycare, but got charged anyway. I asked them reconsider charging me and they told me to go pound sand. So yeah, if you are going to fraudulently charge your customers for half-day of daycare when you are actually not providing any day care service, that's just bad business in my opinion.

I am 100% sure they kidnapped my cat from my community and hostage her for donation and selling as a business rather than a non profit organization. Pure intention matters! I have donated to multiple organizations monthly base, raising fund for good purpose, money is not a problem for me. However, I don't want to reward bad behaviors. The missing time for my cat and the one they posted online matches and the very detailed stripes pattern matches. It's questionable that one employee said she from North Carolina, another one said she from West Virginia. I have my cat since she was born, I can recognize this cat from eye contact. Well, if you know your children, you know them by the spirit, right? I sent them many details to JUST take a look, they refused. It's not built to help ppl or animals at all. I will show how my cat look like and how sick she is now in their foster home. I'm deeply saddened and worried about her. She is territorial as a cat does. She has been a happy cat in her own home, wtf they think this is a rescue. Now I have to either kiss their ass or be assertive to fight against this negativity just to get her rescued from these horrible ppl. F that! If they don't practice as ethical as it should be, this is a big big issue! I put the photos of how my cat looked before and how she looks now in their foster homes(one with name caption) I am seriously furious and frustrated about this. If they couldn't give me an explanation why they made it so difficult to meet the cat. I have to say I will use my popularity and influence to the extreme to make things right!!!

This is a review from my last visit almost a month ago…read more I've been wanting to purchase a conure for a long time, but unfortunately they had sold the last one days prior to my visit. What I did see, however, was a spunky and curious canary-wing bee bee. I instantly fell in love with him. The staff was very helpful and gave recommendations on cage sizes. I opted for the one they first suggested. They have a lot to offer when it comes to toys (the bee bee is pretty active). The blonde guy ringing up my items was super friendly and seemed to like what he does. The bird overall is healthy, playful, and VERY vocal. He enjoys time outside of his cage, and isn't afraid of climbing my shoulders and exploring the area around him. He must've been well-cared for before my purchasing. Overall I prefer to come here for all of my pet needs (I also have a cat and a dog).

I asked for the manager and the manager Brit, would even listen to me, I had two other tanks for the fish and plenty of space the 3 small fish I wanted to take. Been shopping here for as long as I had my 2 cats and they just lost a customer that speeded 100s of dollars in cat, dog food and other miscellaneous things for them. Please don't waste your money here and go somewhere else, unless you want to be treated as a second class citizen. Owner of the store are you with loosing sales because your racist staff??

She responded promptly to our emails, texts, and calls, providing us with more information than we could have ever imagined. She truly understood our needs and found the perfect match for us. Now, we have a new furry companion to love and care for, and our lives are complete. They're dedicated to saving animals with no behavioral problems that are at risk of being put down because there's not enough space. They mostly rescue dogs from Texas and Georgia.
