What began as a small dog walking business quickly grew into a company focused on behavior and education. We realized every walk is an opportunity to reinforce good habits, which naturally led us to combine professional dog walking with balanced dog training.

Meet the Business Owner: Lauren T.
Hi, I’m Lauren, founder of Off Collar. I started the business in 2017 with a passion for helping dogs and their owners build stronger relationships. What began as a dog walking business quickly grew into a career focused on canine behavior, leading me to become a Canine Behaviorist.
I’m committed to continuing my education and have traveled throughout the U.S. and to England to learn from respected trainers, including Tom Davis, Will Atherton, and Jacob Morgan. These experiences have helped shape the balanced, real-world approach we use every day.
Today, Off Collar proudly serves Alexandria through professional dog walking and dog training, with a focus on building confidence, improving behavior, and helping dogs thrive.
