I recently purchased a second Electric Vehicle for my household and per previous discussion with Dash electrician David, I was ready to have a second dedicated high voltage outlet installed. I contacted Dash at approximately 9:30am and they said they were booked for the day and could schedule me for the first thing the next morning. I said perfect! Well guess what? Called them back in February due to the living room losing power. The day he was supposed to come over kept calling asking what is the issue and where we live and saying they're 30 mins out, 2 hours late they finally arrive. Instead of looking at the issue they started cutting off the old outlets and taking apart of the breaker box. After letting them do what they're doing. They finally said $500 for the service which included 4 outlets that are not even installed on the wall correctly and a breaker which wasn't a brand new one. It was a spare one in the box already. Two months later the issue started happening and since we had a warranty with them we called them back. 3 weeks later they finally come back. Which if you have a warranty don't you think they try to come sooner to an existing customer that they didn't fix the problem and already paid money. Anyways, another guy came looked at it and said nothing was wrong. Which if nothing is wrong then why am I still losing power. Called them once again to come look at it. They came yesterday. Open the panel and now it was a different breaker which was a 15 amp. He replaced it and said $200 and that we need a new breaker box cause it's a fire hazard. And he would charge us 1500. We said no and he didn't charge us for the new breaker. After he left we looked at it again and noticed the 15 amp he took out replaced it with a 20 amp not even the same piece. Very unprofessional and in reliable and our problem is still not fixed. read more
