It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and the cashier was able to meet with me right away to discuss my jewelry. She showed it to the jeweler, Mark, who was able to determine that the old clasp could be easily removed and replaced with a nearly identical clasp of the same sterling silver. He did the entire process in less than 5 minutes and the whole repair cost a very reasonable $10. This necklace has a great deal of sentimental value and I was thrilled to have it fixed with such speed and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend Nulton to anyone who needs jewelry repaired. After talking to the owner's daughter about what was inside, I couldn't believe I never knew they dealt in antiques. I always thought they only dealt with Jewelry, Gold and Silver. Great family owned business in a convenient location amongst many other interesting shops! It could use a decorating update and display design help, and most of the prices were average. I didn't walk out with anything that I felt was a bargain, but I was very tempted by several items.
