I recommend Inspectiver without reservation!! Don't buy a used car without a pre-purchase…read moreinspection. I used Inspectiver for a pre-purchase inspection on a used 2018 Equinox, and I'm glad I did. The report was thorough. It covered the exterior, interior, mechanical systems, and tires point by point, with comments and photos. The inspection found problems I would have missed on my own. The check engine light came on during the inspection, and the OBD scan showed trouble codes and smog monitors that weren't ready, which suggested the codes had recently been cleared. The inspector also found that three of the tires were original 2017 tires, worn and cracked, and unsafe to drive on, so the road test couldn't be done. The report also flagged brake pads that will need replacing soon, a TPMS warning, and several cosmetic issues. The summary was clear and to the point: the car wouldn't pass smog as-is and had significant issues. That gave me what I needed to walk away. For the cost of an inspection, it probably saved me thousands in repairs and a lot of frustration. I'll use Inspectiver again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a used car.

I had a very good experience using Inspectiver. I booked an inspectiver pre-purchase inspection…read morebecause i was in need to buy a car as soon as possible. After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

I also had a second trailer I'd recently purchased and was struggling to keep the batteries charged--again, Tim quickly found the issue and gave me a straightforward solution. Beyond being highly knowledgeable (which he absolutely is), Tim is also generous with his time. I rent one of my trailers, and he even offered to help with transport if I ever needed it. He also referred me to a trusted dealer for additional solar panels. Tim told me he was happy to provide "free advice" via text or phone, and unfortunately for me, I needed it sooner than expected. True to his word, he helped me troubleshoot over a handful of texts. When it became clear that the issue required an in-person visit, he immediately offered times to come back out. The price he quoted me initially--which I already thought was extremely fair, especially since he comes to you--was exactly what he charged. No surprises, no hidden fees. Tim has been fantastic to work with. He's responsive, reliable, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I need support with my trailers, he's my go-to guy. Highly recommend.

The tire delivery was super quick, and scheduling the install was insanely easy. When I arrived, the lobby was pretty full, which actually made me feel better seeing how busy they were. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. I also appreciated that when I paid cash and they didn't have the exact change, the guy told me not to worry about the small bill. Since the service was so great, I asked him to give it to the tech as a tip instead, which he gladly did. Overall, great service, honest employees, fair pricing, and quick work. I checked Yelp and read the numerous positive reviews for Star Auto Check. I requested a quote via Yelp and within seven minutes, I received a reply and a quote from Joe. Joe advised me that a smog check was $39.75 plus $8.25 for the smog check completion certificate. Joe also mentioned that no appointment was required and that it would take ten mins max to have the service completed. Everything sounded good to me so I took my truck in for a smog check. Upon my arrival, I was immediately directed to park my truck in an available bay. A very friendly and hard working employee (Sergio) approached me and requested my DMV renewal notice or the vehicle registration which I provided. I had time to sit in the waiting room and glance over friend's Yelp reviews (what could be better than reading Yelp reviews? :) Nine minutes later, Sergio walked in and announced "your truck is ready". WHAT!! Wow, I was impressed as the service was completed in record time. Sergio advised me that proof of the service was electronically sent to the DMV and that I should receive my new tags within seven to ten days. Nothing further was required from me. I was genuinely impressed and thankful for the GREAT and friendly customer service I received today. Thank you!
