I used Inspectiver for a pre-purchase inspection on a used 2018 Equinox, and I'm glad I did. The report was thorough. It covered the exterior, interior, mechanical systems, and tires point by point, with comments and photos. The inspection found problems I would have missed on my own. The check engine light came on during the inspection, and the OBD scan showed trouble codes and smog monitors that weren't ready, which suggested the codes had recently been cleared. The inspector also found that three of the tires were original 2017 tires, worn and cracked, and unsafe to drive on, so the road test couldn't be done. The report also flagged brake pads that will need replacing soon, a TPMS warning, and several cosmetic issues. The summary was clear and to the point: the car wouldn't pass smog as-is and had significant issues. That gave me what I needed to walk away. For the cost of an inspection, it probably saved me thousands in repairs and a lot of frustration. I'll use Inspectiver again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a used car.

Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. I went on June 1st around 1:30 PM, and the guy at the front counter (sorry, didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout my wait, and stayed professional and friendly even though the phone was constantly ringing. The techs were great too. They didn't try to push unnecessary work and only recommended an alignment, showing me picture proof of why it was needed. I'm a young girl, so of course I still call my dad and ask him about everything lol. I showed him the photos and price, and he told me it was a great deal and to go ahead with it. When I asked if they could do the alignment that same day, they fit me in immediately with no hassle. I also appreciated that when I paid cash and they didn't have the exact change, the guy told me not to worry about the small bill.
