Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

I came in hoping to get some help with business cards, as I already have a basic design but needed…read morea little assistance cleaning up the spacing and getting everything print-ready. I'm not a graphic designer, so I was specifically looking for that human touch and guidance you would expect from working with a local print shop rather than simply ordering online. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I couldn't really be helped. I was told they don't print individual samples, so to see a card in a particular style I would need to order 100 cards for $100+. If I wanted raised printing or foil, I would also need to provide the files separately, and the only foil options available were silver or gold. There was only one person in the office when I came in, and I got the impression that they primarily handle the printing rather than helping with the actual design or setup. I was repeatedly encouraged to just place the order online, which was disappointing because the entire reason I came in person was to work with someone who could help me make sure everything looked right before spending $100+ on cards. I'm honestly pretty desperate to get this task off my plate, so this would have been a very easy sale. I was ready to move forward and pay for the service, but if I don't feel confident or comfortable with the process, it's hard to justify placing the order. It's unfortunate because so many things have gone completely digital now, and sometimes you just want to walk into a local business, talk to a person, and get a little hands-on help.

Additionally, he also talked about the laser printer used to print these postcards! He also offer really good value for the postcards for each piece when I'm trying to compare them with other printing shops, and he offered me a really good deal. I highly recommend this printing shop for anyone, especially for artists!

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. It took them only a few days to design my logo, they gave me several choices, they were all very well designed logos and I had a hard time picking one (cause they were all awesome). I ended up with the one I favored the most, business cards took just another few business days, also professional looking.
