Being so crowded and full, the noise level was so high I could barely hear our table conversation. The food is at another level though. The variety, flavors, attention to detail and presentation elevate Heritage to "foodie" gastronomy. A simple Red Butter & Micro Greens salad comes out in a beautiful huge mountain topped with red micro greens. It was enough for four of us to share. The Agrodolce Calamari was good but the star was the Black Mushroom Arancini, something I've never seen or eaten before. It was so delicious, especially since I love mushrooms. Bucatini White Clams pasta was good, and I almost wished the portion was larger. I was licking the bowl, making sure I got all the clam sauce. Our Margherita Pizza went so fast that I missed taking a photo. Service was excellent, and the waiter came by frequently to get our orders, refill water, add another wine bottle, and keep our small table cleared enough to not have plates and glassware on top of one another.
