Fantastic service! We came for dinner on a weekday evening and got complementary wine and rice with our mains (chicken tikka masala, chana masala). All the food was freshly made, and the garlic naan was especially delicious and soft. Cozy environment, plenty of indoor seating.

Came here again tonight. We brought our son who is 12. He has started getting more adventurous with food. He now loves Indian spices, naan, and basmati. Thanks Darbar! We got the punjabi samosa chaat, seafood duo, paneer tikka masala, garlic & cheese naan, garlic/chili/cilantro naan. Love the complimentary glass of wine with dinner. We also can't say enough about the service! It's always stellar. Great location and relaxed atmosphere. A regular local rotation for us! Must try in Baltimore.

This was my last night in BWI and I was starving and couldn't decide what to eat. The night before when I was down at Fells Point I saw this place and wanted to give it a try and they did NOT Disappoint! The food was so bomb I wish I would've ordered another dish just to try more things on the menu. Be careful tho when it comes to the spice level I'm normally a "I can eat anything spicy" type of guy and I ordered the 10/10 spice and it was pretty intense. #ringoffire Will 1000000% order again (I ordered from door dash and the food came HOT and ready to eat)

Great Indian food at a solid price! Good location in Fells point, hard to find parking, but can sometimes find free parking on the streets nearby Got some food to split among three! We got three entrees, and they were definitely more than we needed and we had some to take home! I expect their takeout is great and I look forward to getting some when I can! The saag paneer and daal was delicious and I would recommend! The malai kofta wasn't the best I've had, but it was solid. The garlic naan was also incredible. The inside is well decorated, and cozy!

I had been to DarBar prepandemic for a lunch buffet which wasn't memorable so I hadn't returned. I wouldn't eat in, the ambiance is a bit dingy. Today on a whim I was craving Indian so ordered delivery and IT. WAS SO. GOOD! From the presentation (cute note on the packaging saying "thank you so much for choosing us" to beautiful garlic and cilantro on the garlic naan, to flavorful and nuanced goat curry, I went back for seconds and still have plenty for a full meal tomorrow! What a hidden gem! I'll definitely be back for takeout!

The portions of their takeout orders have improved dramatically. Food is always delicious and piping hot. You can always choose your spice level, which is a plus. On the higher end of options, but this is my go to Indian takeout in the city.

I couldn't resist taking a bite before taking a photo of the delicious food! Today I was in a mood for a quick snack and craving classic, cozy, street food :) The food was delicious and spicy! I ordered these items to go and pick up was smooth and easy. I have yet to dine into the restaurant, so I am looking forward to that soon, but the ambience inside looked welcoming and warm.

Very limited buffet menu was served. Although the food was 3/5 and staff was very humble.

WOW! You guys were right. This has been on my list for a while after some other Yelpers recommended…read moreit and it did not disappoint. Food came out FAST, like 45 min for our whole meal. We got the Kale Chaat, amazing, still talking about it. Crispy kale, yogurt w/ mint, sweet and savory and crispy. Omg, you gotta get it, I want it again already! For dinner I got the chicken dumplings (momo) and my husband got the tandoori chicken. It was actually too much food! The momo was delish but the tandoori chicken was the star entree for sure. It came with a side of masala sauce which was so tasty to dip in. Everything was actually pretty reasonably priced as well. My only complaint is that it was freezing inside - lots of guests wore their coats! They had a ton of to go orders ready - I'd definitely do that in the future, but it is nice inside! One of my new favorite spots for sure, I'll be back.

Harbor Tandoor is a good spot if you are craving Indian food although some dishes were definitely…read morestronger than others. The mango martini ($12) was good. It had vodka, Prosecco, mango, and passionfruit puree. It had a nice balance of sweetness and tartness, though it was not particularly sparkling from the Prosecco. The paneer chili ($9) was decent but not quite what I expected. The paneer was tossed with garlic, tomato based sauce, peppers, and onions, but it was softer and less crispy than I was hoping for. The veg jhol momo ($18) was interesting.... The menu mentions a Szechuan pepper based soup, but I did not get any Szechuan pepper flavor at all. Instead, the broth had a creamy, almost tahini-like taste. The momos themselves were fine, but the broth was not what I was expecting. The mixed veg jalfrezi ($16) was okay. It had a good amount of mixed vegetables in a tomato based sauce with green chilies, ginger, and onions. We ordered it very spicy but it came out sweeter than I preferred. The Goan fish curry ($19) was excellent. The tilapia was tender and the tomato coconut curry was flavorful, rich, and comforting. It had a nice balance of spice and creaminess. The garlic naan ($4) was soft, fluffy, and had a good amount of garlic and herbs. The beers were good too. The Taj Mahal lager was light and easy to drink, while the Haywards 5000 had a stronger, maltier flavor. Overall, service was good. Our server, Aro, was attentive. They have an outdoor seating area. Ambiance was upscale without the prices. They are located by a parking garage but there is also street parking available as well.

The chicken shawarma samosas were a standout -- crispy, flavorful, and perfect with the dipping sauce. The salad was fresh, and the feta was miles better than anything at my local supermarket. The hummus was creamy and delicious, and they were generous with the pita, which paired perfectly with both the hummus and the falafel. I'd absolutely eat here again because the food is genuinely great, but I'd skip delivery next time since it felt overpriced for what actually arrived.

The food was excellent as…read morealways, and we love this place whenever we are in town; I always make sure to eat the delicious food here. However, our server attempted to scam my credit card, which made for a very unpleasant experience. I have never seen anything like it before, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. From the start, the server seemed pushed to sell additional items, and her attitude was off. We decided to ignore her and enjoy our meals instead. After we finished eating, she came over and asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. When I said no thank you, her demeanor changed. Then I requested the bill, and she brought it. We still tried to overlook her poor attitude. I was shocked to find that she had added a 48% tip without informing me. I questioned her about the discrepancy in the bill amounts compared to the previous one. She said she needed to check and would get back to me, but when she returned, she concocted a story claiming she had charged my card for another tap. Which could have happened, but she just brought it without checking. When I asked if she had double-checked before bringing the bill to me, she remained silent and just looked at me. Strangely, the manager never approached us to apologize; he just observed from a distance. Which was very funny, I have never felt like this before. Given the similar reviews I had seen, I didn't believe her story. I will never return to this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in town. There are many other options available. Don't let them scam you. The management should be ashamed for allowing scammers to victimize their customers repeatedly.
