Hi yes this is katherine. Unfortunately I came into the salon and had the WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER once had a thorough consult!! Had a rushed through color application and left with tiger stripes. When it came time to resolve the issue the next day the stylist Tiffany and the salon manager mindi were disgustingly rude. I was told my hair came out like this because it was "fried to begin with" but if that were the case why would they touch my hair at all???? Lies. These pictures clearly show the horrible job she did. Avoid this place at all costs, rude stuff, horrible customer service and severely below average hair stylists. Thank god My credit card company disputed the charge. Save your money girls there are way better salons in Boca!!!! read more

First stylist did not do what I asked on the bangs so I went back for a revision. She made it worse. Random piece not blended and made the bangs too thick. Went for another revision and they randomly selected a stylist I'd never met who busted out a razor and started cutting into my long hair rather than fixing the bangs. Brought my mother here after an overdue haircut was needed. We booked an appoinment last minute and arrived when they had 30 minutes to close, with the shop empty, and employees gathering their things. However, they welcomed us evermore and my mother's stylist took her time. It was very nice of them to take us in at that tine and stay after hours especially because my mother had SO much hair. Her stylist washed, cut, blow dryed, and straightened my mother's hair exactly to her liking and she walked out of there feeling very confident and happy with the results. Went here for a haircut last fall (sept/oct 2020). I got stylist Tiffany. I honestly forgot to write a review because I left the salon concerned. I hadn't been able to get a haircut for awhile (maybe over a year) because of long work hours and nightly grad school, and then covid hit. I told Tiffany that I needed good trim/cut style and/or maybe some styling. She was chewing and popping gum in my ear and said "yeah your ends are bad, I'll cut it off". No advice or guidance on how short or what haircut would suit me. She commented on my ends about 3-4 times throughout the haircut. I've never dyed my hair before so there wasn't much else to say, but that was a missed sales oppurtunity. I only opted for a wash and cut. The woman that shampoo'ed my hair was amazing- so friendly and professional. But my hairstylist and another employee were dressed horribly and using foul language while gossiping in a vulgar manner about someone else they know. Loudly across the salon as I got my haircut. They were wearing short shorts and flip flops and dropping f-bombs. Then as I got my haircut, Tiffany proceeds to tell me how all her family members at home are covid positive but "she's negative and okay". I did not ask or touch on any subject about covid. She blurted that out. This was one the the first times I was out of the house, so someone right near my face telling me that, made me nervous. The haircut was overall quick and good, but nothing special. Staff should have the proper shoes and proper attire- some type of uniform or color scheme (like some salon are dressed in all black or blue). Conversation skills, and sales need to be worked on. There's a lot of potential, but I won't be back as a customer. read more

I've been to this salon a few times for my eyebrows. I did eyebrow tinting at this place and loved it. However I'm giving poor review due to the lack of customer service from Mindi. I always book my appointments online as that is convenient for my schedule so I can review all times posted and make a decision what is best suited as I book other things around it. In the past, they have called me or texted me to say that my time is not available and if I can reschedule- it wasn't issue before so I'd comply. BUT this time around when I booked online for Sat 9/11 @ 4pm, I received a text that my time was booked and if I could do 445pm. This irritated me because I was leaving to go out of town and I needed to get my eyebrows tinted. I told Mindi I couldn't do 445pm as I have a 5pm appt and she flat out said to me "I'm sorry she isn't available and can you come another day. Then proceeded to say when I told her I got a booking confirmation "well you should have called me". In that case, what's the point in booking online if they can't honor the online booking appointments? I told her this is upsetting as this isn't the first time this has happened to me. At this point, no response back from Mindi nor did she try to make it right which is what's so frustrating about her customer service. I liked going to Dapper and Divine because I can walk from where I live and now I have to find another place that will honour my appointments even its online. It's a shame that Mindi didn't make an effort to keep me as a customer. I tip well and I'm in a high position in the hospitality field therefore I always make a recommendation to people. read more

Do not go to this place! Service was horrible at this hair salon. My haircut by Tiffany was awful. I drove to the salon twice to get my bulky haircut fixed. Tiffany started raising her voice and her manager - Mindy came by and started talking down to me and both completely denied it instead of owning up to the mistake and apologizing. The right side of my bangs were shorter than the left side. Big chunk of it was chopped off. Mindy was condescending and talked over me instead of showing sympathy. They both said there is nothing they can do about it and that it's going to grow out in a couple of months. Mindy told me to find another hair salon! I asked for a refund and Mindy said she can't give me a full refund, but partial refund only. I wasted time driving there 40 minutes each way and wasted money having my nanny work while I get my haircut. ($30 per hour) which I explained to Mindy. As a mom of a new born time is a commodity. She said she makes all the decisions at the hair salon and that she decided to not to give me full refund. I am sad and disappointed today. I should have never stepped my foot in that salon. The service at the salon left me extremely distressed. Now I am left with this horrible haircut before all the holidays. read more

Having recently moved from NYC to Boca Raton, I had a difficult time finding a hair stylist in Boca that had a NY edge and catered to millennial women. I discovered Victoria Manzo's Instagram @_manzohair_ through Dapper and Devine's IG profile. I was very impressed by her on trend cuts and color from her client photos. I first booked a haircut with Victoria in March 2021 and brought in a photo of the cut I wanted. She not only matched the photo exactly but also styled it in less than 45 minutes. On my second visit, I asked Victoria if she could color correct my highlights that had turned too blonde from a prior salon. She confidently suggested a warmer brown gloss and she was right on point. Luckily, the journey that I thought would be a long and "hairy" trial and error of a process, when I booked with Tiffany, it was more like one and done on the first try! Without effort she took on to my picky and meticulous idea of what I want in a hair cut, which isn't the easiest if I can imagine considering I have short hair. Excellent service and talent! I was in desperate need of a color correction after undergoing 4hrs of botched color treatment at another salon. Gianna the owner and professional hair colorist was able to not only correct the issue but pick a color that flattered my skin tone. In about 1.5hrs the problem was fixed! My hair went from brassy/orange to a beautiful brunette base with blonde bayalage. In addition she uses a high quality hair lightener that didn't leave my hair dry and rough. After i washed my hair at home it was still smooth and not coarse. I also love her staff Gil and nicole were great in helping her with my hair and so sweet!
