If this was the LAST salon ON EARTH you can find to do a blowout... I'd say just embrace your curls, frizz... whatever. This salon RUINED my thick curly hair with a blowout. I had the kind of curls that people would stop me on the street, down below my bra line... after this blowout, I had to cut six inches off my hair ... and I STILL have straight pieces (pictures below.) I made an appointment for 4:10pm, Saturday 10/18/25 (I wanted 4:30, but Arielle said that was too late.) so I showed up at 4pm, and waited until 4:35! For my blowout with Glaucia (I didn't complain ... not about waiting, or EVEN WHEN SHE BURNED MY SCALP WITH THE BLOWDRYER.) Blowout looked pretty good, I left it in for a week, until Saturday 10/25/25. Went to yoga, where I kept smelling sulfur (turned out it was MY HAIR...) So I went home and washed it. AND NO CURLS. I FREAKED OUT!!! 40 years of occasional blowouts... NEVER BEFORE!! Have my curls not come back immediately after washing!) So, I think... maybe I just need to wash it again on Sunday (the next day...) a little more curls in the middle and six inches of straight'tails.' And all straight around my face. On Monday I was freaking out... I just moved here and had a job interview... thank GOD, I found Khaliman Salon (the curl whisperer.) he came in on his DAY OFFF!! He said it was severe heat damage; cut the 6 inches off And told me I'd need to cut more (which is true.) From there, I went to my interview and then to Blowout To Paris. The other young lady who was there the day I got my blowout gasped when she saw me... 'what happened to your long hair?' I said: you guys burnt it and I had to cut it. 'Let me give you a treatment! She says... 'Please! Deep condition...?' ME: 'No, I said... I really don't want you guys to touch my hair again; I want to speak to the owner.' Got Arielle on the phone, (the manager? Turns out she and her husband Ron actually OWN the salon.) I told her the whole story/ situation... said' your stylist ruined my hair; all I want is a refund.' 'You're trying to shake me down!' She says... 'Why didn't you come here first?' (Because I had an interview and was on a time budget and didn't want my hair ruined further, maybe?) In the meantime, her husband Ron (who's listed as the owner in Florida records) swears he isn't... yall, crazy town...is there the THIRD time I stop in. He tells me a story... that my hair couldn't be heat damaged... he'd even TRIED that with a client he didn't like in Israel!! 'And it didn't work .' (I will tell this story under oath!) Lordddd... crazy town indeed. FINALLY, they agree to give me a refund, 3 weeks later after multiple visits and phone calls: by now, I'm angry. I said 'what about the $150 haircut I had to get?' I admit to using salty language.. and 6 weeks later, NOTHING. If Arielle IS indeed the owner, she's never there. Their employees don't know what they're doing. Run like the wind. Bottom line: 1) Hair (and scalp) burnt to a crisp. 2) had to cut 6 inches off my hair for $150. 3) no apology, no refund... treated like a lowlife when I asked for my money back. 4) Ron flat out lied to me about owning the salon (repeatedly.) Arielle' works from home' and is never there. 5)... AGAIN, no even ATTEMPTS to rectify the situation. I have NEVER written a review like this in my life. I was raised 'don't say anything if you have nothing good to say.' But these people need to not be in business. Avoid at all costs... curly girls, go see Khaliman in Boca for everything curly, including blowouts!! read more

Instead of taking one of my closest friends to a birthday lunch, we decided on a pampering session at Blow to Paris Salon. This is a cute itty bitty salon in Boca Raton. Start to finish my experience was a 5 star. I was able to book my appointment online thru yelp. It was so convenient and easy. My friend Farea and I both got classic manicures and pedicures. As well as got hair washed and blow dried. The massage chairs in the shampooing/conditioning part were amazing. They weren't the extreme tough kind, it was a subtle massage. While we got our manicures, we also received the rest of the hair treatment, it was nice that both services happened together. I love efficient salons, and this one is definitely so. Name drop/recognition for Mary who did my hair and Kim who did my nails. Also the front desk girl was so sweet, she brought teas and macaroons for my friend and I. Received poor shampoo from receptionist so star d my blowout with half washed hair. I found this little Gem and even reserved on Yelp. The place is beautiful and very clean. I scheduled a wash a blow dry and when I checked in, I received a free hand or scalp massage. I opted for the hand massage. It was very relaxing and left my hands feeling like silk. My hair dresser was Sam. She was great! Even the shampooing was a unique experience, they have massage chairs for shampooing. I didn't 't want her to finish, I was ready for a nap. Sam did a great job on my hair and was done in a flash. I booked very last minute appointments for a Sunday wedding and was incredibly happy to find this was one of very few salons in the area actually open on a Sunday! I have been going to Blow to Paris for about 5 years and cannot rave about them enough. I live in NYC now and am yet to fins a place as clean and friendly as they are. I mostly go for their amazing pedicures. First off you get a disposable plastic tub within the chair, next their tools are actually put in the autoclave. I cannot tell you how many places have the autoclave bags and when they flip them over the arrows never changed colors proving it was never put in the heat!!! Morgan, who raised in ranks to manager) has been my go to girl for years. She is such a special person and so gentle on my nails I bring my 93 year old grandma to her. She makes my toes actually feel great and look even more beautiful. The owner Camille is very special also. You can tell walking in that although she is not in the salon everyday she picked someone who runs the salon well. read more

Stylist did not wash hair, whereas I felt it was clean afterwards. 3. Stylist seats you at a manicure table so you are not facing a mirror, and barely turns you around to do the front of your hair. You never see what she's doing until she's done. 4. Hair looked flat and dirty when I left. 5. Bottom line.... I will never go back!,,, 6. I was dissatisfied with my service today. 2/3/23 I booked a blowout (below shoulder) appointment online and when I had arrived I was informed that there was no hot water, so while I was getting my hair washed the water was freezing cold which was not enjoyable. Deana was my stylist and while she was washing my hair in the sink water was spraying onto my face and somehow had gotten shampoo in my eye which are both firsts for me. Deana asked what I had wanted for my style and I simply stated "a good wash and a blow out with a round brush" During the blowout drying process, Deana was tugging on my hair with the comb instead of using a Detangle product to help ease with the combing. She also had multiple heavy round brushes in my hair that were sliding down and bumping into the front of my face. I left after tip $70 in with a haphazard wash and blowout that I could simply do at home. read more

The new owner is horrible at running a business. I made an appointment three weeks ago, and I show up and was told my appointment was cancelled because the stylist called out. Apparently they "tried" to contact me, but lack of text, email or voicemail proves otherwise. Another girl squeezed me in but I had to wait 40 minutes. As I was getting my hair styled, a mother walked in with her daughter who had an appointment, and they also experienced the same issue. Two customers back to back shows there is a major issue. No wonder why they only have three stylists working there now. If you need to rely on a place, do NOT come here. read more

Let me start with saying that the staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. I made an appointment for a Gel Manicure for December 30, 2017 @ 6:20pm. They take there appointments very seriously and I was taken in immediately. However, my gel manicure lasted 3-days. At first only 2 of my fingers chipped within the 3-days but now they look horrendous and I will have to get them removed immediately. I am not sure if it's the quality of the polish or what but I don't think I can return for a gel manicure that only lasts 3-days. read more

This is arguably the greatest blowdry bar in America. Every time I come here I receive exceptional service and the quality of my blowdry is outstanding. Here are a few reasons why: 1. PRICES- Despite the luxurious experience, the prices are unbeatable!! The prices are already fantastic, yet they continue to offer great deals so keep a look out for that! 2. APPOINTMENTS- Booking an appointment is a breeze too. If I don't feel like calling the salon, I just go to the website and use their chat to message the salon and the owner always responds right away. If you don't want to chat at all, you can just go to their booking site and book and appointment directly from there. I often do this when I am trying to book a last minute appointment the night before. It's so convenient! 3. QUALITY- I have been to blowdry bars all across Florida and in about 15 different states, including big cities. This place blows away (pun intended) every salon I've been too. I have very long, thick hair and A LOT of it. Typically when I walk into a salon, I get a weird vibe or comment from stylists when they realize they have to style my lion mane. I have never felt that way here. Every other salon I have been too requires me to book double time, but not this place. I am out the door in under an hour and the blowdry is always 10/10. I have also had a manicure during a blowdry and it was done well. It's a brilliant concept to get nail service and blowdry done at the same time! 4. OWNER/HAIRSTYLISTS- exceptional. The owner is here every time I have come in and like I mentioned previously, is prompt to reply. The owner is so incredibly humble and kind and you will never be pressured into purchasing services/products. I do not know the owner personally, but I want to see her succeed because she is doing something great with this salon. Hairstylists are all fantastic. I have been with every one of them and every time, the blowdry is still better than all the competition. **** Note: This is a long overdue review and my first yelp review.
