She squeezed me in the same day, spent HOURS carefully correcting the color, preserving the dimension of my balayage, and making sure my hair still looked healthy and natural. She stayed until 10 PM (an hour after closing!) to make sure everything was right and never once rushed the process. What impressed me most is that she didn't just cover up the problem -- she thoughtfully corrected it while keeping the hair dimensional, soft, and flattering.
