Funny, as I look through the reviews I see someone who is not too happy 7 hours ago.... Kind of like me! Well, I spent over $15 on my lunch to bring home and as I opened it, was wondering why I had no salad dressing or olives for my salad... Plus the menu says romaine and iceberg, this was full of red fancy weeds and I hate that stuff. Plenty of taziki for my 2 pieces of falafel that were over priced as a side dish and my bottle of soda is missing. The gal at the register was a bit pushy and not friendly as I was trying to order my salad, but I figured she was just having a bad day or didn't want to be there. The food has been good every time. The gyro is always wonderful, the pita sandwiches as well. Salad and veggies are always fresh. And the service is always quick and pleasant. Super disappointed with my last visit Wednesday. The girl who took the order was new and just have a couple of special requests (no tomato, pita on side) and the girl just couldn't get it. After several minutes of standing there we paid for our meals and waited...and waited...and waited...other people were also waiting...so when our food finally comes (we only ordered street tacos and cucumber salad) the order was wrong! So we send it back and this time it came pretty fast. The pita was super hard and the chicken was dry. So very disappointing. My friend and I have been coming here for years and this has never happened, so perhaps a bad day? All I know is there are lots of other places to choose from and next time we may go elsewhere. Our visit was okay. Not as great as times before. On the note of food, normally it is consistently good. But, for some reason we did not feel it was as it normally is. Perhaps it was the pita bread, it was on the rubbery/tough side; this is not how a pita should be. The rice was not as hot as it normally is... Everything did come out as we ordered it. Too bad they keep changing things. Almost every time I go, there is a change with the entrees. They need to let the customers know, AS they place their order, that the entree has changed. Example....chicken kabobs came with vegetables on the side, sooooo yummy, one of my favorite parts of the meal. So I ordered them, got home, no veggies. I called and was told they don't come with the entree anymore, you have to order them and pay extra. Well, I actually WOULD have paid for them, had I known they weren't included anymore.
