I absolutely love Daphne's food but I absolutely dislike this location for multiple reasons sadly: 1. They always try to push you to order a combo. If I want a combo I would say so. No I don't care if "you think" it's cheaper for me. I don't want nor need the drink. 2. They do not chop the chicken diced like other locations do. They are thick strips which make it Bulky to eat and tend to burn the chicken. 3. The employees at this location lack customer service skills. They well I should say girls are not very nice or polite. Today for instance I had probably the worst service... It was busy lunch hour I get that. I ask a worker to come clean table when she gets a chance. She picks up plate and continues working. But as other tables were left dirty she went to attend to them. I then had to ask her again and she seemed bothered by having to do her job. Next as I went to fill up my drink machine wasn't working I told them and it took forever despite the fact they knew it was busy. Lastly, I ordered the duo street pitas and two side salads. She assumes it's a combo and when I say no I don't want the combo she removes the salads as well without asking. When my food came salads were missing she (Jessica) said she understood it as remove the combo which meant salads when in fact all I wanted to remove was the soda/drink I said I didn't need one. So she walks off mad but Brings the salad as she should have. It was her mistake. Didn't reply when I said thank you. Not sure if I will return to this location in the future. Hope they open another closer to where I live so I don't have to come to this one. read more

I didn't have much luck with this Daphne's. Last Tuesday, I rushed to get to this place before they closed at 9 and was relieved that I got there at around 8:40. I see the chairs on top of the tables and some workers inside. It's ok though cause I was going to take my food back to my hotel to eat...NOT! The door was locked! Devastated, cause I was hungry and longing for the lemon chicken soup. Needed to come up with a plan B (ended up being Chick Fil a) smh Wednesday - Daphne's take 2: arrived a little earlier just to be safe...ordered my lemon chicken soup (big one to make up for the night before) and the mix and match (chicken kabobs). So far so good. I get back to my hotel and get ready to eat. Ahh finally the soup I was waiting for...was soooo salty! It was horrible. So I move on to my kabobs and couldn't believe what I saw...the chicken and what were they...green peppers or onions on the kabobs? I don't know cause it was allllll black! Yes...burnt. Really? Oh and rice was dry. My fault though, I guess I should've checked the order before I left? Note: i wasn't feeling too good afterwards. I never had a bad experience before with Daphne's so I haven't given up on them quite yet, but you may be taking your chances with this one. Just sayin'. read more

A great healthier option that is right by my gym and close too home. I cant get enough of the cali pitas

My experience with greek food is somewhat limited, due to the fact that I am a good old fashioned Ohio born Midwesterner. However, I am pleased to comment on an overall good experience at Daphne's. I was greeted on the telephone by a very polite and courteous employee. My order was nearly five minutes early. Why the four stars? Because there is a hint of commercialism in their food. Too much like any other chain restaurant. I ordered the tri-tip salad and was very pleased with the portion size. I have to admit though not authentic, you will be treated well and the food is very palatable. read more

I've personally never had Greek food before this place but I gotta say it was pretty good. I went to it once, was kinda disappointed they didn't have gyros but it was very fresh and full of flavor, so if you're a plain Jane you might not like it much. read more

We were really excited to come and try this resturant. Unfortunately we were greeted by a grumpy cashier that almost bit my head off when I decided to change my order. It was pricey for a pita wrap and mix and match plate two drinks and a starter for $30! The food was actually pretty good but, not worth the price and definitely be worth the attitude!!! Cudos to the manager for hearing us out regarding the negative service. read more

Had take out. The hummus was excellent. All the veggies we're fresh. The dressing very flavorful. The chicken and rice were well seasoned. Olives always a nice touch. The only negative was the cabbage but still worth the visit read more

Amazing customer service. You walk in and are automatically greeted by the whole crew working. I got the Cali Greek bowl which was suggested by the cashier which is a great choice! They mentioned an upcoming menu change which I can't wait for! Definitely will be back. read more

Mediocre food and service was extremely slow. I let the cashier know that our food is taking a little while and she told me the steak takes 10 minutes. It had already been 20! read more

First time here. I ordered the shrimp & steak kebabs. Pretty decent & the place was clean & fast service. Good place to eat if you want healthy options. I would come back here. read more

I watched my mix plate sit there for about 10 mins , before I received it with my 2nd item which was , Feta Fries . My total wait time for these 2 items about 35 + mins . Plus drive home this was take out .Fries just thrown in with most toppings on side . Roasted veggies horrible!!!, good thing I only received a couple teaspoons worth on plate 8$ plate with 4 small pieces of bread dull rice and cold meat. 14$ for a experience I didn't enjoy . The girl at register also insulted my appearance good thing her opinion doesn't matter . read more

I always like this franchise for quick, cheap, fairly fresh and tasty greek items! I like the lemon soup although it's probably loaded with salt. I also really like the fire feta although my brother in law said it tasted like pimento cheese, although he then said he likes pimento cheese, so go figure! I also like the shots of flavor for the soda like cherry and orange, cool! read more

Tried this place for the first time the other day. Very clean facility and friendly staff the food was delicious. Definitely will be back next time I visit the mills! read more

my absolute favorite greek spot! the vegetarian plate w a side of fire feta is my go-to!

Ok just got back from Daphne's during my lunch break and it was packed! My order was taken quickly and my food was served within a few minutes. Surprised considering how crowded it was. The tables were clean, the staff was very attentive and nice. In fact they checked on me to make sure everything was ok. I have ordered the crispy shrimp plate twice now and its absolutely delicious. I have tried their falafel, hummus, red pepper hummus, veggies and salad all equally delicious and that dipping sauce that comes with your plate is awesome. Someone on here called it watered down ranch, thats incorrect! LOL Hands down, the red pepper hummus is the best, you must try it. I could have had seconds. The portions are controlled which is great for my waistline but my mouth wanted more. read more

Great food. The veggie plate explodes with flavors and textures. Left feeling full. It's also very healthy.

Great Wednesday treat! Street Pita for $1.69 each is fantastic. Rosa and Rosemary were so nice to explain to me the menu. Definitely, I will be back for more gyros!!! read more

This is not like any Daphne's I have been to before. It is great. I love the food and being vegetarian they have some good choices (even though I got chicken on my salad last time and of course it was a To Go order!!!!). Definitely on my go to list for lunch in the area. read more

I just love this place. Glad I live closer now!

love this place! food is great but they don't give many options to people that don't drink soda. we always bring our own drinks because all they have is unsweetened tea for non-soda drinkers. read more

Very nondescript Greek food, even with the discount coupons they offer. Also, their location is secluded and the parking lot tends to be very dark once the sun goes down. If you're looking for good Greek food, try Mama's Grill @ 8417 Haven Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga. read more

I've been satisfied by everything on their menu, especially the Greek salad with gyro meat and steak kabobs. A couple years ago, my girlfriend got sick after eating their spanakopita, so I deducted one star based on that negative experience. The employees have always been friendly and provided quick service. This location gets busy during the week so I will only eat here on Saturday or Sunday late-afternoons. read more

I haven't had Daphne's in quite some time, but it never disappoints. They have new (well new to me) Street Pitas. It's actually the perfect meal size with two smaller versions of their pita. I got the gyro (of course - once I find a winner I tend to stick with it). The combo comes to about $7 to $8 with a drink and two sides. The sides are slim pickins...but it'll do. It seems to be a healthier fast food alternative to what's in the area. They're starting to charge for everything now...including pita, pita chips and hummus. I remember once upon a time they would include pita triangles in your meals. Apparently those times are no longer. I would give this place 5 stars (I'll give 5 to the franchise, fine), but I have qualms with cashiers who stick out their hand out for payment, without disclosing the total first. I have no idea where management picks up these ill-mannered drop-outs, but it's not hard to read the screen in front of you, communicate that information and wait until I am ready to pay you. That may be how it works at some swapmeet, but it's not how you conduct business that has it's own entry door. Other than that, it's a delicious place. They have these new flat bread pizzas, $3.99 pita burgers on Monday (after 3 PM) and $1.25 Street Pitas on Wednesday (fter 3 PM). The pizzas look good and low calorie. Guess that will be my next try (alongside a gyro....they really are good. I crave them!) read more

So the food isn't that great I feel it was a bit bland but they had good customer service and i liked that its on my healthier foods list I'd go back :) read more

I love Daphne's, their grilled chicken skewers in combination with grilled veggies are awesome. Very delicious food and healthy recipes. You have to try the chicken lemon soup. We also got the appetizer sampler which was not bad. Hummus and pita is also another delicious appetizer. read more

Really good food, especially the hummas but not the wierd cucumber sauce!

So glad that I tried this place. I thought since it seemed fast food that it was going to be lacking..But boy was I wrong. This is truley a hidden gem. It's around the corner from the Ontario Mills Mall so it's no wonder it's always crowded. The food is made to order so it's always fresh and tasty. I joined the rewards program and quickly earned $5 off my next meal. The entire menu is great. read more

The food was delicious! The wait time was a little long. I used up 25 mins of my lunch break just waiting to order and getting my food. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be coming here more often. read more

Not a bad place if you want psuedo Greek style fast food. The lemon soup is one of their more unique dishes.

Horrible horrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude to my friend and I and everyone after. I understand that we all have behind the scene things going on, but those need to be left at the front door when you work in the service industry. The food was dry and not very good. I had the chicken kabob, tabouli salad, gyro (sick), and pita bread and hummus. The pita bread was good but soggy from the salad read more

While it is the McDonald's of Greek food it's better than a punch in the eye.

Not too bad. Finally made it after many years. The food is fresh and tasty. Pricing is fair. Servings are a bit small for the money but its quality over quantity dining experience. read more

Great food luv it here! Their soup is delicious! I love their Street Pitas! I keep coming back. Great service, but it gets packed after 1pm.

My favorite Greek fast food restaurant, a change from the usual burgers and fries. So far I've enjoyed everything I've tried. The after 3:00 p.m. Special combo is great, tasty and reasonably priced. When you try Daphne's make sure you try the chicken soup - it's the bomb. I always take some home for later yum! read more

Extremely disappointed in this place. Called in my order because I had to make it a quick lunch. Got there, paid, lady was busy with a lot of people in line, waited by the counter. Second lady came by, asked if she could help me. I told her I think that's my to go order on the counter. She checks and says no it's not. Wait 10 minutes, she comes back and I ask if she's sure. No, it's not. First lady finished with the line, goes and checks on my order, IT'S THE ONE ON THE COUNTER!!! I would like to say the food was good, but after 20 minutes waiting on a counter, it was cold and tasted as such. I know this pace gets busy, but really disappointed that the girl didn't even attempt to check if that really was my order. No one else was waiting, and if 20 minutes has passed, shouldn't that mean, hmmm, maybe it is hers??? Let me see if it matches her order!!?? Not making a return trip back anytime soon. read more

Great food always, great service, everything is so yummy. My favorite is the mix and match option.

This place will be great because of ownership. Immediately was reached out to and he really took my feedback and changed the portion size immediately. Went back and the Greek bowl is perfect now! Excited to have this back in my rotation. As always the food itself is amazing! read more

Great food and great vibes. I really like how the menu is americanized and good size portions. The Employees always have a great attitude. The little things count. A simple " Welcome" is always great to hear walking it. I had the cali Greek bowl and I can't complain. A perfect blend of favors. read more

I would equate Daphne's to the greek version of Panera. It's great "fast" food. Value is great. Fire feta is the best. You can even buy some in a tub to take home with pita bread to munch on later.... mmmm. Don't forget to try their falafel pita. Fab. read more

I went there yesterday. Young guy at register was a little un-friendly. Food was good , but the portions were a little small for the price. Next time, I will go in with a coupon to get my money's worth. read more
