There was a little line in the back but I knew the tattoo I wanted from seeing some offerings on social media. While in line though, saw specials they had for piercings and I've always wanted to get a 2nd piercing on my ear lobes and re pierce my left helix. So, I filled out forms for each! She was informative of the process, made sure to verify I liked the area she'd be piercing and walks you through it as she's doing it. She's awesome and there was little pain/pinching.
