I was referred to Dr Dao over a year ago and since then, my life has changed! I was having such terrible back pains and headaches but after my treatment plan, it's been a lot better. I still see him about 2 times a month for "maintenance" and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend it if you're on the fence! read more

I highly recommend the chiropractic services of Dr.Dao. I reached out to Dr.Dao as a patient exhibiting stiff neck tension and subluxation of my lower back as a result of poor/prolonged seated posture from my office work. Dr. Dao was very thorough with his examination. His exemplary treatment and diagnostic care proves why he excels at this most often overlooked profession. He begins with an in-house xray (after completing the obligatory paperwork) of the affected areas. The X-ray results are available in 24 to 48 hours. The patient is then called in for a private consultation and as he does this, Dr Dao explains in thorough detail, the musculature, skeletal, and nervous system of the surrounding areas of the afformentioned care. Unlike other chiropractors, Dr Dao does not bill on an hourly basis and takes his time to illustrate every minute detail of the care level needed for each patient. He ensures each patient understands the type of care to be administered and the timeline needed to attain recovery. If you're here for a " treat and street" remedy (often short lived and pain returns), then this type of care is not for you. Dr Dao focuses on long term health and full recovery. From my recent experience (as of August 10, 2021) Dr Dao has provided me with phenominal and effective treatment through physical therapy (by way of stretching exercises)and weekly evaluation and adjustments. His practice is methodical, consistent, effective, and most importantly, Dr Dao listens to the patient and applies the right level of care (adjustments) to ensure his treatment aligns with the treatment program outlined during the first visit. I'm three months in now for my maintenance care and I've never felt better! In the first 3 weeks of treatment, I've already experienced increased mobility on my neck and back regions and am symptomatic as of today! If you are seeking pain relief and want the best of care, you owe it to yourself to be treated (and recover) by Dr Dao. Please pay him a visit and you'll agree that the level of care is effective. PS. Dr Dao shares his office with a practicing partner. Pls be sure to ask for him when you arrive. read more

Before I entered Daos Chiropractic, I was having these uncomfortable, sharp pains in my hips and lower back for a good year, maybe a little over. I remember how uncomfortable it would be just to simply stand and walk, because it felt as if there was a knife sitting there; to make matters even "better", my pain started spreading to my feet as well. I just wanted to feel comfortable in my own body again, but it just wasn't it... Ever since I met Dr. Dao though, my symptoms basically doesn't even exist anymore. The minute I first walked into his chiropractic care, we got straight to work and was able to come up with a plan for me, and till this day, I still very much appreciate it. Not only has he cured my pain, but he even resolved the constant headaches I thought I was having from stress. Thanks to this man, I can focus and function so much better. I used to feel like a whole decade older, but now I feel even stronger than my little sisters. In addition, Dr. Dao has helped me to learn so much about my own body and how to make better habits. I truly cannot thank him enough for the care that he has done for me and would definitely recommend Dr. Dao to whoever is in need of a chiropractor : 10/10 read more

I have been with neck and shoulder pain that's prevented me from being consistent with my physical activity for close to 20 years. I hurt my lower back from deadlifting and I was struggling to move. I ran into a gentleman at the gym that was standing next to a massage station and asked if he can help. I was skeptical as my experience with chiro therapy was terrible before, but he explained he would get an X-Ray going and we can go from there. It's been i think 5 years or so since I've been getting care from Dr. Dao, he helped me through several injuries I've had from lifting and from snowboarding. His advise has always been solid, he loves what he does, and he knows what he's doing. We, as a population, sit behind a desk for 8+ hours every day looking like a question mark, which is not natural. It's great to know Dr. Dao, literally, has my back and keeps my spine and neck healthy. read more

I've been to another chirpractor before but my back hasn't gotten any better. After meeting with Dr. Dao, we talked about my care plan and everything that comes with it. With the current Covid 19 situation, he keeps everything nice and clean for every patient. All I can say is that my back is way better than before and I would 100% recommended Dao Chiropractic for anyone that has back or neck pain. read more

Dr. Dao was my first time trying any Chiropractic care, after hearing about the benefits. I went in for frequent neck strains and some lower back pain, nothing too serious. From the start I could tell how much he cared about his patients. He asked me many questions and really took time to figure out whats wrong using X RAYS and learning about my lifestyle, to pinpoint the problem and build a corrective care plan. From the start Dr Dao makes you feel like your at home and very comfortable. He is always very professional and loves to discuss and explain the science to you so you know exactly what you're getting in his care. Weeks out I definitely have seen improvement in my posture, my energy, and also my back strains have basically completely dissapeared. There are other protocols that are required for your success, which Dr Dao tells you very straightforward and provides you all the tools to alleviate any pain and make good posture a lifestyle. read more

Dr Dao is a great chiropractor! I've worked with several chiropractors before him and I would say he goes above and beyond what is expected of a chiropractor. He tailors his patient's treatment and experience to the person's needs. I didn't have that with my previous doctors I've worked with. Doc laid out a plan for me after our initial diagnostic and finding out the condition my spine was in. It's safe to say that if I didn't get treatment, degeneration of my spine would be inevitable. This was enough for me to stay committed to my plan. After 1 week of treatment, I notice a difference in my posture. After one 1 month, I was able to sleep better. A result of sleeping better my body was recovering fast and effectively; esp after a long stressful day at work or a hard, intense gym session. After 2 months, I started to notice a change in my mindset as well as my physique (I body build). By the end of the treatment, I was able to finally stand straighter naturally, and think much more clearly; this was something I didn't have before. I wouldn't have done it without Dr. Dao! Some tips and advice for anyone seeking treatment with Dr. Dao, is to be as honest with him as possible. The reason is that he will tailor your experience based on the information you shared with him. If you leave out what is important to you, you might not get the same experience I had with him. I'm happy to say, that my results are fantastic and I will be continuing to have him has my primary chiropractor for years and years to come! read more

Towards the end of March, I had really terrible, numbingly, sharp pains running down both of my arms. I've had these pains before, just didn't know what was the cause of it. My sister recommended me to see Dr.Dao, because she went to him as well. Ever since visiting Dr.Dao, not only did he helped relieved the pain in both of my arms, he helped me improved on my posture. Not only did I have sharp pain in both my arms, I had bad migraines as well. I'm a manicurist so I know that I will have pains in my neck, and my posture would be terrible. However with the help of Dr. Dao my migraines are gone, my attitude was bright and positive, and I felt great about myself. If it weren't for Dr. Dao. I'd still be in pain, not only in my arms, but my back and neck. I will still be visiting Dr. Dao every once a month for my maintenance, and I have no problem with that. So thank you, Dr. Dao for helping mewith the pains, correcting my spine, fixing my posture, and everything so that I could feel like a person again. I would recommend him to those who are in need of a chiropractor. Thank you again Dr.Dao! read more

I am writing this review to share my experience I had under Dr Dao's care in a nutshell. I was under the care of Dr Dao from Sep. 2020 until end of February 2021. I initially saw him specifically for neck and arm adjustments due to some tightness. I chose Dr. Dao due to his knowledge pertaining to the head and neck, and the fact that he did X-rays prior to starting care. I was very optimistic as I had never needed chiropractic care before. As care started, my back, neck and arm felt good. I have a separate diagnoses regarding leg pain, and I am under the care of a specialist, who is helping me treat that along with other related issues. Knowing my diagnoses, Dr Dao was confident that he could possibly alleviate some of my leg pain, and wanted to see if by adjusting them, I would experience improvements, in addition to what I was already experiencing with my specialist. I was okay with that, since we didn't know for sure if it would help or not and I did not see the harm. However, As time went on, I wanted to run the chiropractic care to my specialist, to understand if it would actually benefit me or not. When I informed Dr Dao that I would run this by my specialist, he advised me to wait. I decided to bring this up to my specialist anyway despite Dr Dao's wishes. My specialist said my leg pain was solely from my diagnoses, so there is no need to have my legs adjusted as it would not make a difference. I then informed Dr Dao we no longer need to work on my legs and he was okay with that. This was in December 2020. However, He would make statements along the lines of "I'm so glad you have experienced positive results from the care you have received from your specialist and what we've been able to do here." As if, he was the one to make improvements. I felt as though he desperately wanted to take credit for something he couldn't, even if he had the biggest desire to. Medically, he couldn't, therefore there was no credit to take. My plan ended in December 2020, and it was time to decide what new plan he thought fit best. He wanted me to still come 4 times a month which was the highest plan to pay for. I was okay with that for the time being. At this point I was dealing with severe shoulder pain that had been going on for over a year on and off, and did not know what was causing it. He wanted to see if doing adjustments along with exercises would help. We tried all of January and February with no results. Beginning of February 2021, I informed Dr Dao that I would start searching for a orthopedist to seek answers. Again, he advised that I wait. By the time it was mid February with 0 results and more money being paid out, it was time for me to see my specialist. Due to the nature of my diagnoses, he was able to find the issue with my shoulder pain with a ultra sound. The shoulder pain was related to my diagnoses, and he would treat that area as well. When it came time to see Dr Dao again, I informed him of the diagnoses, and that we no longer needed to work on the shoulder. Overall, he was happy for me, but as the appointment continued, he brought up frozen shoulder, I'm assuming due to it being similar even though it was not my diagnoses. I mentioned how I know someone who has that, for conversation sake. As I was laying down on the table to be adjusted, he continued to talk about frozen shoulder, and asked questions about the person I knew and their condition. He advised that I "sound board" with them, and if they are doing everything possible, they should be able to avoid surgery. This conversation was completely unrelated to my care. At the end of my appointment, he made it a point to say he believed the treatment I would be doing for my shoulder would not work, in his opinion. Had I taken Dr Dao's advice, I would still have unresolved issues, in addition to more money and time wasted. I feel as though it is malpractice to advise that a person not seek medical care or opinions of other physicians for your own benefit or gain. I hope this helps anyone who is seeking chiropractic care with Dr Dao. read more

I have suffered from migraines since I was a kid and lately had started having pretty bad back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but decided it was time to try it! I am beyond thankful I found Dr. Dao. The man has changed my life. He starts out his new patients with a very thorough exam and X-rays. He spent well over an hour getting my entire medical history and understanding what I was wanting to fix the most. He explains things in a very easy to understand way, and will answer whatever questions you have. Right after my first adjustment, I already noticed a huge difference in my posture. I have walked in to his office twice with a severe migraine and by the time I left, he had gotten rid of it completely!! Dr. Dao truly cares about his patients and will do whatever it takes to help you. He is extremely personable and just a great guy. I've had to bring my kids in with me before and even my kids are huge fans haha. I am one month into my treatment and I already feel like a different person. I could cry over how grateful I am to him for all he has done for me. If anyone reading this is second guessing trying out a chiropractor, I can promise you, you will not be disappointed! It is literally life changing. Thank you Dr. Dao from the bottom of my heart read more

I'm so grateful for meeting Dr. Dao. I'm one month into my treatment but even after just one week, I felt a huge increase in my quality of life/health, and it's only continued to increase with every week that goes by. Before I met Dr. Dao, I knew I had poor posture and that I had had it for two decades. However, before I met him, I never knew what was causing it or how greatly it was affecting me in my daily life. I really thought that I could fix it on my own by doing back exercises at the gym but I was gravely mistaken. Before Dr. Dao even began treatment, he made sure to take x-rays of my problem areas, after which he explained to me what was causing my poor posture, and how he could not only fix my posture, but everything else he could help me with healthwise. He told me he could eliminate the pain in my back and neck, decrease if not eliminate my anxiety, eliminate my headaches, and increase my focus and energy. When he told me that he could help me with my anxiety and that "having headaches isn't normal," I was extremely skeptical--I really thought that feeling the way that I felt was just a part of life and "normal" for me. Thankfully he was right, and now I'm feeling great and in the best health that I've been in years. I wish I could've been treated by Dr. Dao years and years ago, but I'm also glad that I'm finally being fixed. But if you have discomfort that Dr. Dao can help you with, I'd say do not hesitate to see him because you won't regret how much better he'll have you feeling. Also, he was great at explaining my problems, the treatment, and how the treatment will help, before I signed up for treatment. And he also offers very convenient payment plans. He makes everything he tells you so easy to understand and take in. Thanks Dr. Dao! read more

Dr. Dao is honestly a great Chiropractor. He is very easy to talk to and he explains everything that is going on, from what is happening with your body, to all the necessary steps needed on the patients part to his part of the correction process. Since the first or second week of treatment I haven't had any hip tightness, knee pain, and the adjustments have eliminated my headaches and migraines. Dr. Dao is seriously a miracle worker! I have never had such type of care with noticeable results so fast..He explained to me that people respond differently to chiropractic care, some people may get relief sooner than others, and thankfully I was one of them. Dr. Dao is very thorough and detailed and is really great at educating me on the health benefits of chiropractic and the reason why my upper back stiffness, migraines, and irregular menstrual cycles were present. Though I was hesitant at first to get treatment, being that it was my first chiropractic experience I am so thankful I decided to. Today I can do all the activities I enjoy doing without limitations or fear of triggers that may cause my migraines to return. Also, I feel like my range of motion has increased and is more smooth. If you are searching for a chiropractor, Dr. Dao is the most hands-on and effective chiropractor I have had the opportunity to work with. My husband and I both got treated by him for different things. My husband got treated for a lower back injury and I experimented with chiropractic care as an alternative for constipation. Although chiropractic care doesn't deal directly with constipation, it could alleviate the symptoms out of aligning spine and relieving the nerves that govern the stomach. Dr. Dao was very upfront and specific about managing our expectations. Prior to this, I had tried everything else over the last 15 years, including other chiropractic treatment. However, what we found impressive about Dr. Dao was his expertise, treatment strategy, and hands-on care every step of the way. In addition, he takes the time to educate us about everything and anything going on with our treatment areas. Having said all of that, the results for me were like a miracle, because in all of the 15 years I've been trying to treat this condition of mine, I always met with failure and periodic cure. With Dr. Dao, the regularity has been consistent. On top of giving me results in the area of constipation, my energy levels are higher and my workouts more effective. As for my husband, he suffered a lower back injury in the same area twice. He also went to another chiropractor prior that just adjusted him regularly, but with only temporary relief. With Dr. Dao, we have both seen solid progress. My husband is very athletic and active in sports. He noticed increased mobility in his golf, tennis and basketball. Please give Dr. Dao a chance if you are looking into chiropractic treatment, you will not regret it! read more

My cervical spine was a mess. The natural curvature of my neck was so badly modified, that my chin bent down to my chest. With unbearable headaches, neck stiffness, dizziness, insomnia and failed track record of previous procedures and treatments, I decided to go to a Chiropractor. My experience with a Chiropractor was zero, but, in desperation, I decided to try. I confess, I was scared by this new world, but, Dr. Anthony Dao proved to be an excellent professional and a good human being. He presented me with a logical and comprehensive plan of treatment, which proves maturity, efficiency and high level of professional knowledge on his part. Dr. Dao's plan of treatment proved to be not only efficient but worked marvels. The mobility of my neck returned, no more headaches, the stiffness of the neck became less aggressive, little by little the sleep is coming back and my chin is up again. Dr. Dao's adjustments and all other treatment play wonders. I have no words to praise and recommend the professionalism, dedication, positive attitude and humanity of Anthony T. Dao D.C. OMG, I need to share my story! I meet Dr. Dao at my work's benefit event. I haven't had chiropractic treatment, but I had this pain by my clavicle so I wanted to see if it would help. As I listened to his presentation and hearing about possible help toward migraines and sleep issues also, I wanted to check it out. So I set up an appointment with Dr. Dao, got my x-rays and evaluation completed. He was very nice, positive and provided a lot of details toward my concerns, and trust me... I had a lot of questions so he was pretty patient too, haha! I started treatment in February. Since then, my pain by my clavicle area has pretty much disappeared! I can reach up to grab things again without a sudden sharp pain where I would feel a dislocation or something! This was pain I have been dealing with for about two years! Seriously, crazy, within the same month, no more pain! I then also realized that I haven't had much migraines. I have been suffering from migraines for a decade to the point of almost every week and days at a time but for the first month of treatment/adjustments, I may have had two but it lasted maybe a day and not for DAYS! As another month past, still no clavicle area pain and NO migraines the 2nd month! Wow! Awesome! Although, I still have sleep issues, I have been able to fall asleep faster and sleep pass the usual 4-hours. For more than 20 years, I would automatically be wide awake after 4 hours of interrupted sleep but now, I'm reaching 6 hours straight! I can't wait for where I can sleep for 8 hours! I totally believe Dr. Dao will help me reach this goal with a few more adjustments! I never knew chiropractic treatment can help in different areas of struggles! Thank you Dr. Dao, my life is so much more painless now! Totally recommending him to all! He's awesome! BTW: got my son into treatment too for his back pain! We'll see how this goes and let you all know soon! I have no doubt Dr. Dao will be able to help him too! read more

I have suffered from migraines for years! When I say migraines, I'm talking about the type of migraines that are debilitating. I can't drive, see, eat, drink, talk, I basically can't do anything, I'm handicapped. It got to the point where I started losing hope and I was worried that I would lose my job over these migraines, friends and even my relationship. My boyfriend of 6 years sat me down one day and said that I needed to do something about these migraines because he's worried of how bad they would get in the next few years. So one day at work and my coworker suggested I see a chiropractor because I had really bad posture. She stated her boyfriend started going to one and I should check it out. I was a little weirded out about the whole idea of seeing a chiropractor because I could care less about my posture, my main concern was my migraines. So she randomly came back from lunch one day and said that she visited Dr. Dao and I need to call him up and make an appointment because she told him about my migraines and he described all my symptoms. So within an hour I made the call and set up an appointment. From then on, my life completely changed. I don't know how the heck he does what he does but he is a miracle worker. I had this weird hump on my back and it was gone after one adjustment! As I was visiting him more often, I started getting all this energy, so much energy I was literally bouncing off the walls! I was going to Zumba classes back to back in one day and still would hit up the Stairmaster for fun! I didn't even know who I was anymore!! Afterwards, I started noticing that my migraines weren't really coming back! My migraines went from brutal migraines to where I couldn't do anything anymore to slight annoying headaches that would just bother me a tad. 75% of the pain I was eliminated and my migraines went from a 10 to a 4 within a month, a month and a half!!!! THAT'S INSANE!!!!!!!! IN ONE LESS THAN 2 MONTHS MY MIGRAINES INTENSITY WAS DECREASED BY 75%!!!!! Please go see Dr. Dao! He is a MIRACLE WORKER!!!!!!!! Dr. Dao has treated me, my husband, my 2 year old, and my infant. He is patient and kind with children, and he is quite reasonable and professional. His treatment stands out as superior. I have been treated by other chiropractors, but under Dr. Dao's care, I notice that his adjustments are more effective, and the relief I need in my neck, back, and hips last longer. He gives excellent care as he is carefully thorough and detailed. Dr. Dao treated me through the last half of my pregnancy, and I highly recommend him for this. Because of his regular adjustments, I had none of the usual aches and pains in my back and joints (like in my previous pregnancy), and the labor and delivery of my baby was free of any complications or pain medications as my pain was always within a manageable range--an absolute shock to me (and the nurses) as my first labor and delivery (without chiropractic treatment) was quite different.
