Mike offered a price I couldn't refuse and his team he put in place was a very professional outfit and got the job done. when cleaning 25,000 square feet the team spent a very appropriate amount of time making sure all zones were clean. when I walked in the next Morning the park had a pleasant smell to it. Another thing that sold me was Mikes very professional proposal letter that stood out from the other proposal letters that I had seen very neat in appearance and explained what Clean Method would do for us and also what suggestions he had for additional add on services. thank you Clean Method for your Services. The two-man crew - Alex and Julio - arrived on time on the scheduled day and cleaned every inch, interior and exterior, by hand with a squiggy and often a razor blade. They worked quietly and efficiently. The real satisfaction came with the morning sunrise. Instead of cloudy, diffused light, the sun streamed in unobstructed by the glass. Just spectacular. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!

The worst part is that the owner herself provides the worst service and is extremely arrogant. They cleaned my house just few days ago and I came home to a bad smelling home... They used dirty cloths to wipe surfaces, I could smell the odor all over the house. The marble tops on the sinks were also still dirty. The wooden floor was also dirty. Everything was done half heartedly... I reached out to the owner to politely complain and she sent me a nasty response, few of her words are below: "Ok hire a new service , I was there and the job was done" "We move all rugs and mop the door as requested and move your sofa to pick up all toys and clean all need to be cleaned" "You know your son is all over the place playing and make it mess again" Very rude. My house is built in 2015, it's a new construction and doesn't require hard scrubbing or anything. My son is 4 & extremely clean and well behaved kid. He definitely runs around the house but I don't think those tiny feet can make such a mess so quickly.

We are new to our area and with no good word-of-mouth recommendations, we have looked to…read moreLivingSocial.com and Groupon.com deals to try various house cleaning services. My wife and I both work long days and she has a 100 mile per day commute, so sometimes a once a month house cleaning is a big help. Anyway, until now, this has been a good way to try different cleaning companies for our area. My wife booked for this morning at 7 a.m. which meant that I had to stay home and be late for work to let them in the house. 7 a.m. came and went. I figured that because we live in a new development, maybe they were having a hard time finding us. 7:20, 7:25.... I figured that I better call to see where they were and when I could expect them to be there. Instead of a professional, "Oneyda Cleaning, how may I help you?", I received an annoyed "Hello?!". The conversation went downhill fast from there. Although I had difficulty understanding her due to a lousy cell phone on her end, I was able to determine that they were not, indeed, coming at all. (Later, she told my wife that someone's aunt had died, yadda yadda yadda.) Now, I am far from a heartless person and I hardly ever complain about any services, instead preferring to give a company a chance to make things right. If you could have been bothered to CALL ME to tell me that you are sorry, but someone's aunt has passed away and the company must reschedule, I would have been a lot less likely to leave a complaint on Yelp. Sure, I would be disappointed with the inconvenience, but I'd understand. Instead, they did the exact opposite of what I'd call good customer service, didn't bother to call and explain, and then treated me and my wife rudely. You get what you deserve and I hope this warning makes it very clear to others who might be considering using their "service" that they are looking for disappointment and headache instead of a clean house. We have some very important company coming to our home tomorrow afternoon, so now we are left scrambling to find someone reliable who will do what they say they will do. Luckily, LivingSocial.com made it easy for my wife to get a refund.
