The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. Which also meant, they understood what it means to clean a house with a pet and they use non-toxic cleaning chemicals. With this company - they just get it. The cleaners arrived as normally scheduled, on time, and all that jazz - and I'm at work about 20 minutes away when I get a call from Shawn. He told me that the cleaners were concerned about my cat because she was in the bathtub and seemed very stressed out. She's normally very friendly and calm, so this unusual behavior prompted them to call Shawn (I guess he runs the office) who called me immediately. I told them to ignore her if she didn't look like she was in any danger, and just ignore the tub for now. I left work and drove 20 minutes home, to find her in the bathtub. Apparenlty she got spooked at something, jumped in the tub, and because it was wet from my shower, couldn't get out. They were willing to get her out, but I told them to leave her if she was stressed because I would be home soon - and a stressed cat is not one you want to pick up as a "stranger". I feel most cleaners would have ignored her, and wouldn't have recognized her unusual behavior. Had I not been called, my poor baby would have been sitting in that tub, wet, all day long. SHe was so happy to see me home, she was totally fine, she wasn't in any sort of actual danger - and now she's in my lap dry and happy as a clam :) Now, in terms of the cleaning service itself! they are fantastic. Especially as someone who has some serious cat hair everywhere, they do an amazing job getting it all. Coming home to a cat hair free apartment is a god send. They called at 8:35 and indicated they would arrive in 20 minutes. I went downstairs as my building requires me to let them in, plus needed to show them where to park. I went downstairs at 8:55 and they weren't there. In fact I waited downstairs until 9:30 and called the number they called me from and it went right to voicemail. Ok, left them a message that I was going back upstairs and to call when they were closer. I found out they were in traffic due to construction. I think they should have called to tell me that. It was a workday for me! Anyway they arrived and hardly spoke English and I don't speak much Spanish. Recommend to the company that they send someone who at least has some basic knowledge of the English language so its not hard to explain things to them. Trying to tell them where to park was like pulling teeth. I knew what to expect as after I purchased the Groupon I went to their website. i could see that they upcharged for many things.
