They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. To say it was not satisfactory is an understatement. She was supposed to arrive at 9am, and texted me shortly before saying she had a flat tire, but would be able to get here by 11am. I'm not sure how she knew exactly how long it would take to get her tire repaired, but she did arrive right around 11am. She was here for barely an hour and a half to clean a 3 story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bathrooms looked like she poured cleaning solution in the toilets and that was all. The mirrors and floors were not cleaned, and honestly not sure about the vanities. The powder room was skipped over completely. Furniture was not dusted and area rugs were not vacuumed. In fact, she didn't even take out the vacuum cleaner at all. Windows and appliances were not cleaned. Honestly it looked as if no one had been here after she left. I paid her anyway and later texted her to thank her for coming, but let her know that I would not be having her come back. She didn't even respond. My husband was very annoyed and texted her to request a refund for the services she did not do. She quickly responded to him with an attitude. Never again! Terrible work and even worse customer service!
