    If green cleaning is more important than clean cleaning, this is the company for you! One thing i will say about philly maid green is that Bri (owner) is very professional. I had a problem with the service and she contacted me by phone and email on the same day tying to rectify the situation. I appreciated this level of customer service. Now onto the cleaning... Two cleaners came to clean my "new" home as a move in cleaning. The home wasn't really dirty but before moving in, i wanted it spotless. If it is imperative that you have green cleaning over a clean home, then this is the company for you. They cleaned my home with dilute rubbing alcohol and dilute vinegar. When I ran my hand across the granite counters, they were still bumpy with particles stuck on them. Also, you should communicate exactly what you want in email so a paper trail can be documented of what you asked for. This was my fault because apparently i asked for things not to be cleaned and forgot that i did that. So when i returned, certain aspects of my house were still dirty. After contacting Bri, she offered me a $15 refund. I told her to give it to the cleaners as a tip because they worked hard and deserved it. So as another reviewer did, i contacted the same cleaning company to come clean my new home and old home. Education aint free and i paid the price to learn in this situation. Just ask yourself how you want your place cleaned - green or clean.

    I had high hopes for this company but feel differently now. I have always felt like I've communicated well with them. I paid in cash, on time, with about 15-20% tip. I had to urgently travel and let them know early in the morning on Saturday about my Tuesday clean. They still made me pay the cancellation fee and were very inflexible. This would be fine as I signed a contract but I think providing good customer service is also important. I think that being flexible with customers is appreciated especially given the below: - they didn't clean my toilets regularly because they asked me to buy a toilet brush for each toilet. I personally don't think that it is environmentally friendly to purchase extra plastic for each toilet. It also takes up space. - didn't regularly clean/dust my ceiling fan. - left my door unlocked for an entire day and they didn't tell me. - I had an issue with a water leak so I had a recycle bin under the leak. Well they moved the water bin to the side during the clean and then forgot to move it back so when I came home there was water everywhere. - sent me a cleaning reminder- for which I prepared and they didn't show up - never gave a receipt for any of the cleanings - not telling me that the cleaning was les3 hours and I was paying for 3 hours worth for a bunch of cleanings - they changed cleaners without telling me. Personally it's nice to know who is coming to your house. - there is difficulty in reaching them via phone but then they restrict communication with the cleaners which makes it difficult logistically in regards to access issues, setting up the alarm, etc Overall I do not think this company is worth the investment. And to top it off- all it takes is one late communication for a clean (in the setting of an emergency) for them to just grab your money. For a company that prides itself on being family centered I just find that to be terrible. ** update to review: just to make it clear to other customers I wanted to respond to Bri Parker regarding her comments - I never said there was battery issue with my lock. The battery has never died. - I absolutely asked for the one ceiling fan to be cleaned - I was told the tri-weekly cleanings would be between 3-3.5 hours which is what I was paying for. I realized after based on my security app that the cleaner was only there for 2 hours 20 mins to 2 hrs to 40 mins. Therefore I was paying MORE than I was told. This is why I asked about receipts. Furthermore, you were supposed to get back to me regarding rate which you never did. - I never asked you all to provide toilet brushes. I have a Clorox wand that I asked you to use which you didn't want to due to "toxins". I would never ask someone to put their hand in a toilet to clean. - I will also say that the first cleaner texted me FIRST to let me know she was running behind a few times. I then communicated with her to ask her when she left so I could remotely set my alarm. I never asked her to do anything that could be uncomfortable. I have those texts as well if ppl need to see. I wanted to add one more thing- I'm only upset regarding the fact that I've always paid well, with extra tip (and possible paying over what I was quoted originally) and despite that I had an emergency that caused me to cancel the cleaning. Instead of understanding that you proceeded to charge me. But I decided to voice the concerns below now because I do feel like your treatment has been unfair. I feel like people should know who they are dealing with before so they are not taken advantage of. I have attached pictures of email conversations so others can see when you say I've never brought up "x, y, z" that this is absolutely not true.

Refrigerator was done well but I had a baking soda box in there that was removed as it was to reduce odor. The oven surface was cleaned which is great but my main concern was inside the oven. It still had areas I wish was cleaned as well as the overhead range. I had started cleaning inside of it with what I could as well as my grill and towards the side and back to remove what I could overtime. Hiring this company for an add on service for cleaning the Inside of the oven was unsatisfactory. Inside still contain residue, grease, and soap stain towards the side, to the back, and top as well inside the rubber of the oven door so I am unsatisfied with that add on service. For in general with living space, kitchen area, counter tops, windws, ceilin fans, bedroom, closet, bathroom and shower, I was blown away. I did leave some cleaning supplies to help with the clean like toilet brush, some additional trash bags, and paper towel. I even provided a scrubb daddy but they mistakenly took my scrubb daddy. Overall I appreciate Life Maid Easy for coming out to do the deep vallue clean, but I am unsatisfied with inside oven cleaning add on service as it was not in a clean condition as I expected.

After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good experience. I would potentially use the In the future...it's just very expensive. My place does feel very clean though.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.
