I couldn't finish the trip on a do-nut and we had a whole weekend of activities planned. I found Pennsville Tire and the owner Jim Jones about to close. He didn't have my tire size and immediately called all over the area until he found a shop that had it and was still open and he gave me direction to get there. Jim saved the weekend for us and more importantly did a kindness for a stranded traveler I will not forget. I say I wish I lived closer so I could recommend him to all our friends. I believe he is an ethical and honest service shop as he took the time to help someone without expectation of personal gain. A rare quality these days.

Took my Suburban to Pep Boys, spent $1000 on brake repairs, still had the original ABS problem…read more Took it back, another $500 and now it was worse. A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly. Ronnie has my business for life!!!

It's stuck opened and I can't go back to northern VA with it opened. I called so many shops at 9 a.m. , and none of them would accept to take me ! They were all busy , nobody had the parts, and nobody accepted my exceptional solution to remove the part and close it manually till I go back to VA and order the part! ... wait! Except for DJ !! Super honest, nice guy who understood my horrible situation , showed sympathy, and accepted to help me! As my son was driving on the highway he felt the tire wobbling which could have popped off and caused my son and other people on the road life. This person who did his tires was very negligent and careless. They get zero stars from me and would never recommend to not even my worst enemy. Terrible service.
