Sensational Experience!!!! Recently, I just bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and I was…read moreinterested in tinting my front two windows to match my rear windows. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

I was quoted a pretty reasonable price and made an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday morning…read more Prior to my appointment I called back and asked how long would the service take. I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. I will be contacting the better business bureau due to be quoted one price and charge a different price after service

I've had full tint installed in two vehicles by these guys and this last time was by far the worst…read moreexperience I've ever had in an auto shop. I was scheduled for 9am at their north Lincoln street location for 35% tint installed on everything but the sunroof. They open a 9am, so I brought my car in 10m early with the intentions of being first car possible, as I have a routine of picking my kids up afterschool and needed my vehicle back by 3:30. I dropped it off, went to ran errands with my dad and went home to wait for the call it was done. When 1:30 rolls around and I still haven't received a phone call, I pick up the phone and call them. They tell me it's been really busy and they hadn't gotten to it yet. Which definitely struck me as weird seeing as how I dropped it off 4 hours ago and it takes nowhere near that long to clean, lay and clear tint. But I didn't make a big deal of it and explained that I needed m vehicle back by a certain time. Up until this point everything was okay, I wasn't happy it took this long, but I wasn't upset if you know what I mean. The situation was still repairable. Then 3pm comes and still no call. So I call again, and get the same excuse, buddy telling me it's only him and another guy working that day so they're swamped. I say something to the effect of "Yeah I understand that and that makes a lot of sense.. except the fact I had a scheduled appointment and you clearly took multiple other cars before mine. Why would you do that? That defeats the entire purpose of making an appointment." I eventually ended up getting my car back around 4:15 and when I did it only got worse. They broke two clips under the passenger side A pillar's moulding, while laying the windshield I assume. So until I got it replaced it would flap in the wind anytime I was doing above 60mph, which cost me $145. they never reconnected the wire harness to the window and trunk switches, which I have no idea why you would even do that. What a mess. This place is a disaster full of cartoon characters halfway doing their job but charging full price. I will never set foot anywhere near any place or businesses even remotely associated with Kris Window Tint. Save your self the trouble and actually seek out a reputable company, because this ain't it. tl;dr : scheduled a 9am appointment a week out for 35% tint on everything but the sunroof. I had to call twice before they even got to my car. When I got it back 7 hours later two clips holding he moulding over the windshield were broken and cost $145 to replace. Wiring harnesses and switches (Which never needed to be disconnected in the first place) were never reconnected, but put back to made look as if everything was complete. Kris Window Tint is a dumpster fire, not a reputable company.

Yesterday, February 6th they call to let me know the one person who can perform the service that day, was scheduled by accident and will be unavailable and so the can reschedule for May. Needless to say I was extremely upset, so I went there to get a refund. When they processed the refund I was informed they can only give me a store credit! I then proceeded to lose my #$h@t and told them they better figure it the "F" out but I was not leaving without my money!!!! After me raising my voice to unreasonable octaves and behaving in an unseemly way, they finally refunded my money. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY again!!!!! I then called a company named Sound of Tri-State, located in Delaware. They gave me a great price and said they could take me today. An hour and a half later I left there having had a delicious cup of tea, helpful (not rushed) service, a great system, and excellent customer service; it was well worth the hour drive. If you can do it and plan to get a new radio, navigation system or remote start, give these folks a try. You will not be sorry. Ask for Marlo and tell him I sent you. I will be returning to have my remote start upgraded. They also have a Groupon. # customerserviceiseverything

I even got my car stereo installed and a remote car start Everyone there is super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get a modest set of speakers from Bowers And Wilkins many years ago that fit my budget then and helped me pick up a much bigger better set when my budget increased as well. I also dipped my toe into my first McIntosh home audio piece after having one of their amps in my car. I really am a fan of two channel audio and vinyl records. They have a person dedicated to tuning your new turntable or putting life in to your old turntable. They also offer more than just stereos. They were the first place that I went to when I wanted to get a smart home. They're able to not only install all the fancy equipment, but they also know how to program it. It wonderful to be able to use your voice to turn on the lights and the music to set the tone for your evening. Their Install department is top-notch and the best in the area in my humble opinion.
