WARNING! I figured I'd support a local small business. Boy did I regret it. The owner Yento is an arrogant slow prick. A schemer. I went to his shop. With my own single din radio in my hand for my 95 mustang GT. This man KEPT pressuring me saying "no you don't wanna put that in that nice car". Then he proceeds to ask me to buy my car, HUH? Very unprofessional! I told him the reason I wanted the single din is because my car is converted, only had space for the single din to fit. He still insisted that I pay $50 for a touchscreen radio he just took out of someone else's car who "wanted a bigger screen". my fault for trusting this scammer. He ordered the 7in kit to install, next day I go and like I said it does not fit. He then called his friend at some back alley shop in Wilmington. Then guy tried his hardest to fix the issue. He ended up cutting parts out of my car... (i was obviously trying to avoid that). he needed more slack to fit the radio kit in & he cut a zip tie that was holding my oil pressure line. Which led to the line just hanging on the ground. When he was finished and got the radio all installed I asked him can he zip tie the line back in. He said "oh you can just do that when you get home. Wth ? Of course on the drive home oil my car started smoking and spraying oil all over. And get this! THE RADIO ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WORK! I reached out to yento to see how can all of this be takin care of. He told me bring the car by in the morning. I did that thinking he'd do it right then. Number 1 i already do not trust you because you sold me a non working radio. He says to me "you can go". I said i stay where my car is. He looks at me and says in the rudest way "all my cars cost more than this one" then proceeds to point to an old orange pickup truck lol. Then he jokingly says "I did 15 years in jail, my word is everything. Okay? Do yourself a favor and go to Bestbuy. Save yourself the headache seriously. This man has no clue what he's doing. And he's soooo unprofessional. Thankfully the other guy came back and fixed my oil line.... And GUESS WHAT.... Radio still doesn't work. But I'll be taking my car to a more credible place to get it replaced. All together I paid $300 for a radio to not even work lol. Wild read more

Back again to say less than horrible. Finally went to a reputable shop to get this garbage work tore out of my car and found out, they never ran RCA's to my amp (even though they said they used high quality RCA's) instead used some cheap converter. They wired my speakers backwards which blew the newly bought ones. The camera was cheap and wired completely wrong. They tied into my wire harness incorrectly. And they couldn't tune to save their lives. Not to mention all the parts and trim the broke along the way. If this isn't enough warning, shame on you. You'll learn!! 100% Dissatisfied! For more than 3 months, the owner gave me the runaround over a part being on backorder. I gave up and went to another shop; my problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes, and no extra part was needed. Also, the stereo Mobile 1 installed was not connected to the car's antenna. I called the shop thrice and got the same BS each time from the same shoddy businessman. The JERK ripped me off! read more

I wanted to upgrade the sound system in my Camry and was prepared to have it done in Lancaster Pa. where I once lived and where I had my last car's system done. Then I found Mobile 1 Audio. I was really impressed by the consistently great reviews and decided to check them out. My experience with Mobile 1 exceeded all my expectations in every way. Shawn recommended the amp and four speakers he thought would do the job...a mid-priced amp and entry level speakers. When I suggested that maybe the mid-level speakers might be better he insisted that the lower priced ones were the right choice. And when I asked if we should consider replacing some of the other speakers he said it's not necessary. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed! When was the last time that happened? So I got just what I needed for less than I was willing to pay and he installed them the next day so I'd have the new equipment for a trip to upstate New York the day after that. I rarely give any business a five star rating but it was an easy decision to give Mobile 1 Audio one. Glad I found them and will not hesitate to return in the future. read more

I already had a Rockford Fosgate system and wanted it installed on my 2015 HD Street Glide. Owen was very friendly and professional from the start. They cut out the bag lids,installed 4 speakers, and amp and I could not be happier. Harley Davidson wouldn't cut the bag lids and still wanted $250 more to install. The owner, Owen, is awesome. I came in and spoke with him for over 30 minutes about different alarms and what would be best for my jeep. He took his time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. He suggested an alarm that was better overall and better for my wallet, which he said he could get me the next day. Came in the next day and he had everything out on the table and explained what all of it was. Then he took the time to drop me off at a restaurant for a couple of drinks while I waited.
