When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

I was told it was fixed. The next time I started my car my check engine oil light was on. I took it to a 3rd party mechanic and they told me that whoever worked on the car last broke the entire oil pan and it needed replacing. I filed a claim and they refused to take responsibility for this as well. Had to pay for both fixes out of pocket.
