When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

My wife went in for a normal oil change, and they ended up flooding her engine. Not only did they ruin her car, but they refused to take responsibility to fix it and make it right. Car was totaled. I recently took my car in for an oil change and immediately noticed an oil leak the next day. I brought it back to valvoline TWICE for them to attempt to fix it (not knowing what the problem was. I was told it was fixed. The next time I started my car my check engine oil light was on. I took it to a 3rd party mechanic and they told me that whoever worked on the car last broke the entire oil pan and it needed replacing. I filed a claim and they refused to take responsibility for this as well. Had to pay for both fixes out of pocket. SAFE TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER CENT BECAUSE THEYRE CRIMINALS.

Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Prices were reasonable considering the amount of labor that went into the job performed. Both vehicles received oil changes and basic service as well as Front end work on the Toyota that was missed diagnosed by every other shop in town and a suggestion for the Van that helped mitigate some of the more sever issues I was having with the transmission. All the work I mentioned was done professionally and reasonably priced. The one major con I experienced was with the service manager who on more than 1 occasion was rude, dismissive and generally just acted like he didn't care for me it's easy to feel personally victimized when the man snaps at you for calling when he told you to call but then you hear him talk to others on the phone and realize well that's just the way he is. 1/5 would not recommend at all…read more Last month I went in for an oil change in my 6000 miles 2025 twin turbo ram, one I could have done myself yet couldn't due to visiting family and not having the proper tools. Just wanted a simple and quick change, it should have been a flawless job anyone could do yet somehow someway they failed to use the correct oil filter, AND failed to correctly install an air filter I also needed. This caused my truck to continually run lean for the time after I got it done and over with, completely screwing over my engine, causing it to stall MULTIPLE times. As of today, four of my SIX cylinder's are misfiring, and I need a total reset of my trucks computer and another inspection to make sure nothing else was screwed over.
