Jr is amazing barber and I've been a loyal client 10years plus - consistently exceed all of my expectations

What a cool place for a haircut! Play pool or shuffleboard while you wait. This location does take appointments or you can wait. The shop itself is exceptionally clean, open, airy, and modern. Very comfortable seats and a number of hair care folks to minimize any wait time whatsoever. This location will accommodate unisex haircuts. Using trimmers with a vacuum you walk out without nare a hair on you! The receptionist and the hair professionals are both exceptionally pleasant. My hair care professional had been cutting hair for over 30 years and was able to help straighten up a little bit of a mess that I brought in to get fixed. Danny is an excellent barber and did a my razor shaved high and tight flat top perfect. Highly recommend for military cuts

We came because my son wanted a hair cut there. That said we were not allowed inside. Dogs or puppies. Sorry to say this is an arrogant self entitled establishment. She was calm and sweet and we were told to leave and that dogs were not allowed. NOT A DOG friendly establishment. read more

Danny's Barber Shop - Bonnie wasn't allowed into Danny's for no good reason. She's a good dog so we were made to stay out in the heat. - Barbers Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

Amazing barber shop. Friendly staff and a quality cut for a good price. I've never experienced a delay when making reservation online.

This is definitely my new Barbershop. I've tried quite a few since moving here this summer and this was by far the best experience I've had all around. Nik was great. Did a very nice high fade and was quick(probably 10-15 minutes). And was personable the entire time. Appointment was easy to schedule and I got in that same day less than 2 hours out. All-in-all I was more than pleased with the first experience and will absolutely be coming back. read more

Danny's Barber Shop - Best Barber in Town this little lady can give me the best high and tight flat top Outstanding - Barbers Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I stopped by for a quick hair cut and I told her ( an older lady that sits in the corner ) what I wanted. very basic - a mid taper bald fade and to take a little off the length of my mullet and she did not fade me. she did a 1 on the sides ... and took inches off everything. She also cut me off while explaining what I wanted. she also seemed really out of it lol. Its just hair to itll grow back however I have never received a terrible haircut like that one before. I'm going to go somewhere else to fix it and I don't suggest going with that lady. I spent months growing out my mullet , it's a shame she cut all of it off. read more

Wow, after going to this barbershop for about 2 years, I came to realize they are not worth my business. The owner who has seen me many times has never once smiled at me, said hello, or said "thank you" not even once. But today was the day I decided to upgrade my barbershop and go to a better establishment. Why??? After waiting about 30 mins for my barber to finish with the previous guy, he disappears. I waited 15 mins because everyone desires a break, but he didn't return. So I got up to leave and told the guy up at the reception it wasn't cool for the barber to take such a long break when people are waiting! He says to me "well everyone has to stop and take a lunch"! Really? Lunch? Why didn't he tell me that in the first place? I would have asked for someone else or comeback at another time. I am a really busy health professional and I work long shifts. I value my off time and do not have time to wait on someone that is out to lunch without me being told they would be going to lunch while I'm waiting. This is Austin and there are other barbershops all over town and I will find someplace that values professionalism and protectively guards their brand. read more

I've been to Danny's barbershop a couple of times now and couldn't be happier with the service. The place is neat, clean, and staff is very friendly. The owners dad a.k.a. "Pops" does a great job. Highly recommend. read more

I was not satisfied with Jerry attitude and haircut he seems care less and he was very quick that made me feel like I'm unwanted here you didn't even take an extra second to match my short beard with my hair if you want to come here look for Dany the owner or somebody else Personally I pass on this place I know is not fair to Judge the whole store but it is what it is I am not coming back read more

Great spot. Capable barbers and swift service. So far has been my go to barbershop in Texas. They are pretty cool people and alway find time to make you feel welcomed and barbers get the job done! read more

The male receptionist, Daniel, is amazing. He's great with kids and super patient. How he remembers everyone I will never know but he is great. Do not go here if you are on the younger side, teen - 21. Whatever you do, don't ask them to touch the top because I promise you they will take off way more than you want. Asked for a little off the top and got way, way, way more than a little. The barbers are on the older side so if you are looking to get a burst fade, do NOT come here because they don't have a single clue what that is nor how to cut it. So if you are a highschool or college student do not go here or you will wear a hat until it grows back. read more

Hands down the best barber shop in the Area. Experienced barbers, clean environment & relaxed atmosphere.

Danny's has been my goto barbershop for almost a year and I love the place. My wife even came in and waited for me once and was really impressed. It's clean, I enjoy the camaraderie among the barbers and really like talking to my barber. I gave 5 stars when it should be a 4.9. Danny's has a good website. I just wish you could do on-line reservations. Outside of that, 5 star all the way!! read more

Alex was great at creating a very good buzz cut. I look forward to seeing him again in the future.

Nice barbershop. Owner is nice but obviously likes to talk about himself a little too much. That one review about his wife calling muslims ragheads kinda turned me off but i decided to try it anyway. Not impressed with the "vibe" they give off. It was an uncomfortable feeling in there. The people make me feel like i should be honored to be there as opposed to being humble and making me feel welcome and showing me appreciation for my business. This place is nicer than others but i think i will try elsewhere. read more

My first visit went very well! I've been in a classic mood lately, and I kinda wanted to visit an old timey barbershop and get a cut by a dapper gentleman, just because. As it turns out, I got my wish! I went in and was greeted by the friendly Cassidy, who directed me to 'Pops.' I thought I misheard her, but sure enough, there was a dapper old gentleman! Pops is a very cool guy, and he cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. Shaved on the sides and back, with a nice slick side-part on top. He took his time with it, and it looked great. The seats were comfortable leather, and the place was very open and relaxing. For 20 bucks, I thought it was a great experience! I got to talking with Pops. He served 22 years in the Army, being honorably discharged with the rank of Master Sergeant. He was drafted into Vietnam, which he didn't speak much about, and then served as watch guard on the German border during the Cold War, which he spoke at length about. He has some very interesting stories and recollections (some funny, some sobering), so if you like history at all, you'll really like him. Danny's definitely has that old school charm, while providing more modern amenities like football on big screen TVs. They've also got shuffleboard and some other games for people to play while they wait. I'll definitely be coming here for my next cut! read more

Came here for the first time and probably will never return. Asked the lady for a LOW taper fade and she repeated what i wanted and i guess it went over her head because i got a HIGH regular fade instead not at all what i asked for nor wanted read more

Love Danny's. Jerry is my barber and he is awesome. Bring my son in for a cut. 15 year old. Barber asks what we want. I drop my mask for a second so I'm understood and the wrath of the shop drops on me. I get it to a degree, but let's be honest. Last visit. read more

Awesome, clean and friendly barber shop services hair of all ethnicities. Great black hair cuts which is hard to find in Cedar Park, TX. My boys loved this place. It is not your usual barbershop or discount hair cuttery. They have games and use special equipment that my boys thought was fun. My son said he doesn't want to go back to his regular stylist, I wasn't very happy with the cut, so back to the stylist I like for him. Four stars for atmosphere and my son's assessment. read more

Plain and simple; this is a barber shop, not a salon, that caters to men, not dudes, that is also family friendly. It's not an oasis to escape the stress of work or family life, it's just a place to get your hair cut, strike up a conversation, enjoy the sports and news on the flat screens while one waits for their turn on big comfy leather couches. Start up a game of pool, chess or shuffleboard as there's plenty to do while you wait for your haircut. Oh, and ladies are also welcome at Danny's. read more

Danny's Barber Shop - Family friendly, as you can see the diaper bag by the couch. - Barbers Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

Doesn't use gloves in the midst of covid. Advertises straight razor shaves but then refuses them because of covid. Isn't that what the mask and gloves are for? Oh wait that's right you don't use gloves. Any respectable barber shop should use gloves regardless when dealing with straight razors. These reviews are overhyped and typical of an area who isn't familiar with what a proper barber shop is. Don't believe the hype. read more

Danny's barber shop is a clean and professional establishment. Pops is my man for a nice cut. My wife loves my hair cuts from Danny's.

This shop is top notch. My son has think course curly hair and they are able to mangle through and give him a nice finished piece of art. This is our go to location. Nice waiting area with beverages for the customers. Pool tables for entertainment. Everyone is so friendly and educated. Would and have recommended this shop to many of my friends. read more

Dannys has many chairs which is nice so you dont have a long wait or I have never have been asked to come back at a later time like other Barbershops in Cedar Park. My 15 year old is super picky but, no matter what Barber we get he is pleased with anyone which is the Best. The place is super clean and even has a friendly greeter dressed super nice. There are also old school Barbers along with New. T.V.s and some games are there to keep all entertained along with your friendly Barber Banter. Prices are not outrageous which is great for this Mom. Parking is easy and it is also located near a streetlight which helps with all the increasing traffic in Cedar Park. So if your looking for a great experience head on over to Dannys you wont be disappointed. read more

2 times in a row I've received a bad beard trim from this place. I asked him to form it up. And they butchered my face down to 1/4 inch. When I had a long beard. . It is the place right around the corner from the house. So I decided to give him a third try asked. For an appointment with their best beard guy. . Once again, I got a horrible beard cut. I have gaps on one side and lots of height difference. I decided to call a manager and talk to him about it today and went to tell him he lost a customer. All's I got was okay. Have a good day. I would highly suggest you not go to this place unless you I don't care how you look. read more

Had a great experience today with Nikki Vines! She provided me the exact cut I didn't know I wanted & she did it effortlessly! I left without any annoying hairs in my ears or on my face! Best barber shop in the ATX!! My only regret is I hadn't found Danny, Nikki, Pops and Jerry sooner. When I arrive for a haircut, I am treated like family. Write my name on the clip board, relax for a moment in the super luxurious lounge area and before I know it, I am in the chair getting top notch service. I used to patronize those high end salons for my hair cuts but, I was never as satisfied with my cut and service like I am at Danny's Highly recommended spot! Go see the gang at Danny's... you will not regret it! read more

I love this place, I know the whole "old school" barbershop is all the rage these days but not all places get it right. Danny's offer an upscale laid back vibe that I dig. They have a ton of flat screen TVs which come in handy when you don't want to miss out on a game. They offer free wifi which is a nice classy touch, the password is on display unlike most places where you have to give up your first born. My husband and son have been coming here for a while now and they swear by Junior. Now I know you don't know my son but that's one picky sob and to have him ask me to take him back to specifically get his haircut by Junior is a high kudos. Junior always does a solid job, he knows exactly what you want and hooks it up every time. I'm pretty positive this guy has a PHD in cutting hair! All and all I wouldn't waste my time with high prices of some of the other big name barbershops when Danny's offers what you need and some. The only thing that would put this place over the top is to offer a free beer with your haircut!! Now we're talkin'! Update to my previous review: My husband went for a haircut and got an older Caucasian lady who basically buzzed his hair when he specifically asked for a trim. Initially I didn't mention that in my previous review because I thought it was probably a fluke. Fast forward to today and the same lady gave him a semi decent haircut and offered to trim his eyebrows only to cut the left one almost all the way off. She didn't even have the decency to mention it to him, poor guy found out on his drive home. BEWARE of this lady when picking your barber, don't find out the hard way. read more
