I verified six different times and then press the button to pay I logged off, logged back in. I'm a pretty good troubleshooter, but at some point, anybody would give up. It's just too hard and these things are just too easy to fix. Not sure who manages the system for this store, but they may just be costing them customers.

I've noticed some reviews say they are cash only, I paid in cash but I also saw some customers using debit cards. I got my dad a bag of coffee because I have Christmas money I had saved to take him out and we only went to Panera a few times so I've been buying him bags of coffee from the nice coffee shops. I got an iced cafe mocha with half and half. It was very good, creamy, chocolately and it gave a nice buzzzz. The coffee shop itself is very small, most of the space is dedicated to their coffee machines and food service. There is limited seating outside but it's not a place where they encourage you to stay and hang out after you get your coffee. It's still good though. It's more of a grab and go coffee spot. They also have no bathrooms but if you ask for a bathroom they will refer you to the train station or the cathedral near the coffee shop. I would recommend coming here for coffee it's really good but if you're looking to linger you can't.
