It took three business days plus a weekend to reach what should have been a reasonable price on their Yukon. This was, by far, the longest and most inefficient negotiation process I've ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Simple requests for updated deal sheets with different scenarios routinely took hours to receive. After significant effort on both sides, I ultimately decided to move forward with another dealer who had a better equipped vehicle available. This was a last minute decision, but it was my choice to make as the customer and buyer. I made a point to inform Justin and Richard before closing time that I would not be coming in. Despite this, Justin proceeded to repeatedly harass me into the next morning. Both individuals attempted to make me feel guilty for my decision, as if I had done something wrong. Trying to make it seem like they all stayed after hours to make this happen. During this exchange, Justin was especially rude, unprofessional, and immature. Making comments that no customer should ever be subjected to. To make matters worse, the following day they ran my credit again without any valid reason or authorization, after the deal had already been canceled. This appeared to be done out of spite and was completely inappropriate. I understand that losing a sale is frustrating and that the auto industry is competitive, but sales professionals should still maintain basic standards of professionalism and respect. Management should also take responsibility for the conduct of their staff and the way they represent the company. My advice, consider shopping elsewhere. You may be surprised how much better the pricing and overall experience can be sometimes just 30 minutes away.

I was ticked off because they screwed up my vehicle and apparently one of their service advisors is friends with my assistant manager and decided to call her on her day off to ask about me, which has now caused ALOT of tension at work. I feel like my privacy and personal business was breached. They screwed up my car. No one else has touched my vehicle where the rear dash cam is except for Weikert Ford. Phillip Weikert is the owner of the dealership who admitted this to me during a phone conversation on July 17 2026. No offer to do anything to do anything about the employee who breached my privacy.

I wasn't expecting the dealership to make the negative equity disappear I simply wanted a fair, transparent deal structured around the payment I was trying to achieve. Instead, I was presented with numbers that simply didn't make sense for me and trade values next to nothing. The most frustrating part is that another BMW dealer was able to get me to my desired payment without the hassle after explaining what happened to me at fields bmw. I now have a vehicle coming in approximately two weeks and will be purchasing elsewhere. That tells me my expectations weren't unreasonable and I simply needed to find a dealership willing to work with me. I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money and would have happily purchased from Fields BMW Lakeland if the experience and numbers had been right. Instead, another dealership earned my business. Oh and not to mention I gave them a second opportunity to match the deal I got elsewhere only to find out the car I wanted was magically traded to another dealership 45 minutes before my call. My advice to anyone shopping here do your homework, know your trade values, carefully review every number on the worksheet, and don't be afraid to shop the same deal at another BMW dealership. I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, Fields BMW Lakeland lost a customer and a sale that another BMW dealership was able to put together without the unnecessary hassle.

All the other cars came out all nice and shiny and wet. Mine came back just as it went in. The main problem was my wife is a stroke victim and her therapist was due at noon and as my wife is unable to open the door the therapist left. Not happy
