    I sent in an interest request on an 80K vehicle. I immediately received a response via email by a…read moresalesman named Brian Peine. I responded and requested he call me because I am really interested in their vehicle and ready to buy. Never heard from Brian. I called and after numerous transfers and hanging up on me, I finally spoke to a manager named Victor. Victor identified himself as a manger and was worthless. He had every excuse why I was not able to reach a salesman. He stated the dealership just had a fire and their phones were questionable . Victor was non-responsive, had zero customer service, and his arrogance was easily demonstrated through the phone. I explained to him I was from out of state and if there was any movement on the price. Victor stated the dealer does not need to lower prices to sell vehicles to people from out of state or in-state. Not only was Victor not very friendly , the so called MANAGER made no effort whatsoever to sell me the vehicle or apologize for the 3 attempts to reach a salesman. He was horrible to deal with. I said thank you and that was it. The next day Brian Peine sent me a second email stating he would call me in a couple minutes. I never received a call from Brian all day. I sent him an email asking why he never called and his excuse was he was really busy. I have all email correspondence to show everything stayed above. False promises, No customer service, No professionalism, and a Manager that has no idea of customer service. I would never spend my money here and I hope everyone else reconsiders their decision on this business. First impressions are everything and an insight to how the dealership is being operated. I hope the upper management and GM see this review and train Victor and Brian about doing what you say you're going to do and basic customer service. I would hate for anyone else to have to experience what I just did with this so called dealership.

Our daughter was in route to our home in Ohio at the conclusion of her college school year. 22yrs old with her Jeep packed she experienced a breakdown ...and the vehicle had to be towed. We eventually connected with Winter haven... and feel fortunate we did!!! Shay, the Service Mgr could not have been more helpful. Courteous, knowledgeable and assuring. As a Dad... I thank him and his team for their positive and respectful interaction with our daughter. He worked closely with Jeep Corp to solve our problem, complete the repairs and get her back on the road.     I took my vehicle in for an oil change, rotation, and a battery check...specifically the battery…read morecheck as I have had a message pop up for almost a month about my aux switches being disabled due to battery charging. The service advisor told me that was normal and it's a warning to let you know the switches are unavailable because the battery is charging and there were no codes on the diagnostic tool. However, she said they will do a thorough check on my batteries to be sure. This was before noon, I go pick up my vehicle and the paperwork says batteries checked and tested fine. I'm no vehicle expert, but, that just didn't sit right with me considering my car wouldn't start this morning on my way to the dealership. I immediately drove from WH CDJ to another dealership and had my batteries checked...my main battery was 61 cca and my aux battery was also testing very low. Great job Winter Haven CDJ. If I had not gone to another dealership to actually have my batteries checked, your negligence could have caused my three year old to be stranded somewhere in this 95 degree heat. I am a very understanding person and I try my best not to be a burden...I accidentally made my appointment for July, not June in the jeep app and I only left my vehicle there because they said it was not that busy; however, if they couldn't do a 5 minute battery check, clearly they were too busy. Also, there were two codes to speak that were showing when the second dealership ran their diagnostics...even though WH said there were no issues. Stay away from this dealership, unless you like being stuck on the side of the highway in FL.

From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

Got there at 7:00 am first car there and after a while and no answers i walked over to the bay window and noticed a black mechanic working on it with the hood open then told my husband and sat down. now its after 9 and my car is not in the garage anymore and the guy is now working on another, i walked out to the service entrance and said what's going on he says after walking in the bay to the black mechanic and walked back over to me and said he is just finishing up on this one and your's is next, I WAS UPSET and said forget it get my car i know he worked on it and so after this guy was playing on my nerves saying your appointment is at 9 its only a few minutes after it took them 15 minutes and when they pulled it up front i suddenly saw something hanging from undercarriage and my husband ran in to figure what happened ,,you know the response {your car was never touched blah blah blah LIAR!!!!!!!!! he said it looks like just your rubber strip and its nothing, well when we got home and my husband looked under again { he noticed the rubber air dam was totally dragging} DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR WORK, THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND DENY THEY DID IT, and anywhere else you choose take pictures/video on the day your there prior to your appointment and document everything even scratches, today every car dealership that is not selling cars the repairs are the only way they are making money!!!!!!!

    EXPERIENCE. This is…read morewhat this auto mechanic place is truly about. Dealerships , Car Mechanics are known to be scammers especially when you are a woman having your car checked out. I read reviews re: this place and based on the reviews locals referred people here for auto work . They mentioned alot on the customer service and that their pricing is similar to dealerships. I was on my way to the car share meet up spot this particular morning and my car started to give up - I had this check engine light icon on for a while but the honda dealership (WINTER HAVEN) checked it out sometime last year and it was temporarily off from the dash board but after paying $1k for them to "diagnose" the issue - the light went back on and I gave up. A few months ago my car started jerking at times when I accelerated. But this time the morning of when I was heading out - the car just gave up accelerating. Thank god I was still able to bring my car back to my driveway at 5 MPH. Called AAA and towed my car to Johnnys which they open at 730am. Upon arrival - I seen this location before passing through haines city - But never thought my experience here was 5 stars. When the tow driver was releasing my car - One of the staff asked me - We can give you an UBER to drop you home and pick you up when the car is ready. DEALERSHIPS NEVER OFFER FREE UBER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS not from my dealership! This UBER was out of JOHNNYS automotive EXPENSE! The place looks like a half barber shop and Fords Garage and Cracker Barrel feel. They had rocking chairs seating in the front along with tables, mini golf to play with for downtime while waiting for you car to be fixed etc. They were open slightly before 730 and was welcomed by 2 employees - The inside of this place was clean - smelled good - Very americana - they seem to be a big fan of the sheriff of polk county since you see a poster of him on the door in front of the massage chair area LOL - So u can tell they support locals from businesses/organizations and of course customers. They offer a massage chair which I used and abused LOL There times I caught myself snoring. They offer a section where you can charge your phone, Also a section where they offer array of drinks in a chiller (water and soda cans) - Fresh coffee (NON KEURIG) - Cookies, Pastries, Chips, Beef jerky amongst the snack options that were displayed. A roll of paper towel stand for any messes while snacking. The small details of this place was pretty awesome from the entrance door handle to the decor inside. So while they took in my car to see the issues - I sat in one of the cushioned chairs by the entrance windows - And I was falling asleep. One of the staff said to me - there is a massage chair in the back you can lay there and sleep if you want. At first I did not know how to take that - I thought he just did not want me sleeping in front of customers coming in etc - But I took his advice and the massage chair is located by the other exit door in the back. That area is close to the restroom as well. Be mindful you are facing Sheriff Grady Judd LOL The restroom is clean - And offered air spray / 2 types of soap for use. After waiting for diagnosis - One of the staff came to me and stated the concern. I agreed with the issue and was there from 730 and almost 12pm. I did not feel pressured with any additional sales etc and I felt that they were genuine about the issue which was weird. As I approached my car and sat in it - There was a lilac rose on my dashboard. - and the car had NO dashboard icon lights at all. God willing - its running like its a brand new car again. My car appreciated Johnnys automotive and the EXPERIENCE here is top notch,. Who gives women a rose after doing car business with them? Johnny automotive does. This is not about the rose LOL its about the EXPERIENCE dealing with JOHNNYS AUTOMOTIVE.

It feels like they are more focused on…read moreavoiding responsibility than actually helping customers.I brought my car in for work, and afterward I noticed my grille was damaged. They denied causing it and claimed it was already like that, but I have proof showing the condition of my car before it was brought in. They also stated that my hood was never opened by them, but after I provided camera footage showing otherwise, the response changed to saying they "so we can't open the hood?"They refused to fix the damage and even threatened to remove me from the property for trespassing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also refused to provide any video proof showing when they opened my hood.Thankfully, I had my own camera footage and was able to see a mechanic pushing something back into place, which raises even more questions. Their own before pictures don't show the damage being present before the work was done, and the difference between their photos and how my car looked afterward is clear.I know my car was not like this before I brought it in. I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint over something I knew was already there. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and fix what happened. They also brought up unrelated information about body shops and clips, but that doesn't change the fact that before I went there, my hood opened normally without anything popping out. After getting my car back, it no longer does.At the end of the day, I just wanted honest service and for the issue to be handled properly. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.
