We had a few issues going on with our Honda Odyssey and took it to them. Joseph Motors is an example of how a shop should be run. Every step was friendly, professional and fair. Communication was top shelf. they were thorough, finding multiple things that had not been fixed properly (a local Honda dealer) and made them right. Joseph Motors is the BEST!!! I had an issue with my A/C in my 05 Escalade. I took it to a place in Sebring that reassured me they fixed the problem. About 8 months later, I had an issue. That was about $1000 lost. I found Joseph Motors and took super care of me. Gave me a ride when home when I dropped off my truck. And not only did they fix the A/C but they did it for a fraction of the cost. I would recommend this place for all your car needs. They provide quality work at affordable rates. My mother bought me car a few months after graduation for college. (she's currently making payments on it.) James told us it was a fantastic starter car, it would run great we wouldn't have any types of problems with it considering I was apparently "the second owner of the vehicle." My mother put 2,000 dollars down. We couldn't leave that day with the car because the motor on the seat wasn't working. I had to come back in a week later because they had to replace the whole chair. I've have the car for about 6 months now and I have been in at least twice a month since I've gotten the vehicle for repairs. Every time I go in to get something fixed and leave, there is something new wrong with the car. I've spent more money paying for repairs on the car then making payments to pay the car off. I've spent at least 800 dollars on repairs. That money could of gone to making payments. NOT TO MENTION the starter that needed to be repaired that I STILL had to pay for even though I was under my 30 day warranty. They are liars, and they are thieves. "Forever car" my ass. read more

Okay, so here's my story. Back in July of 2013 I was driving a 1999 Honda Civic, it was an okay car, unfortunately my car blew up, completely unexpected. I had no money, no credit, and what credit I did have was terrible.. just being honest. I went to several places in the Lakeland and Brandon area trying to find a vehicle. I needed to get into one quickly, I work about an hour away,and had no transportation to get to my job. The multiple places that I went would not approve me unless I was willing to put 6,000 dollars down. Now I don't know about you, but I have 2 children and do not just have a random 6k dollars laying around my house. Not only were other dealerships wanting me to put an obscene amount of money down but were also wanting me to pay 400+ per month. Crazy right?.. So this is when I found Joseph Motors :) They were able to get me into a 2010 Chevy Aveo, decent car, great mileage, and affordable.Is the end of the story?? NOPE, guess what? I wasn't happy. Are you kidding? Well, I happen to be an extremely picky person, after being in the Aveo for 7 months, I decided it was time for a change, it wasn't my style, and it wasn't what I wanted. This is the girl who wasn't able to get approval with any dealership, and if it was a consideration they wanted tons of $$$ down. This was also the girl who got offered a 26 % interest rate at other dealerships.. This was also the same girl who could not make payments 400+ dollars a month, driving my dream car for an affordable rate. I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, look it up, it's a pretty sweet car. This is not a fairy tale, this is real business, this is how every other car dealership should be. You shouldn't have to sit at a dealership for 9 hours, it took James 3. They're slogan does them justice: Honesty and Integrity. Not one time was I uncomfortable, not one time did I feel like I was getting the short end of the stick. They helped me do what I wanted, I was able to be real with them, and they were real with me.
