Jim was the sales person I worked with and I recommend him to anyone. He isn't here just for money he actually seeks to find a decent car for a decent price for anyone! When you come here as for Jim! He will do you right

My husband and I drove by this lot a few nights ago. We saw a vehicle we were interested in getting…read moresome information on, specifically a Toyota Celica. I called to inquire about the vehicle and after simply speaking with a 'sales' representative and subsequently the owner, Larry, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle or step foot on their lot. This company absolutely refuses to give any information on a vehicle over the phone. According to Larry, they are in the business of selling cars so they do not provide anything on the phone. Hmmm, shut up! Do you think I was calling a hamburger joint because I was interested in buying a car?! I called because I just wanted BASIC information to see if the vehicle fit my needs. Example, is it a manual or automatic transmission? I can't drive a manual because of physical limitations. Does the AC and heat work? Is it a clean title or salvaged? You know, simple stuff. Due to medical issues, I can't really go out and sit at a dealership for any length of time. Even more of an issue, I cannot subject my body to the elements of cold weather temps currently at 48°. So Larry, despite the fact that, according to you, you're in business to sell cars, obviously you really didn't want to sell me a car. You really wouldn't have had to try to use hard core, used dealer antics because, I love Celicas. It would have been the easiest 'sale' you ever made. Guess your business is so lucrative that you really don't need to sell a car. I don't love Celicas enough to deal with unfriendly customer service from the get-go. I can only imagine what your service is like post purchase! Thanks, but no thanks. I'll pass!

The staff at this dealership repeatedly misrepresented the condition of the car I purchased. It appears they cleared diagnostic codes and performed partial, cosmetic fixes to make the vehicle look presentable without disclosing any of the underlying problems. They were not transparent about the vehicle's history or the work done on it, and they showed no concern for the safety implications for me or my family. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from them. During the test drive, I was only drove around local roads and not on the highway (I take responsibility for this action). The vehicle seemed fine at the time, but the issues that surfaced afterward make it clear that the dealer withheld critical information. After purchasing it, I received 9 vehicle codes. Combined it was the check Engine, ABS, and Emissions. ABS Pump Motor Control TCS Control Channel A Valve2 - Internal Electronic Failure Longitude Acceleration Sensor - Wrong Mounting Position Invalid Data Received from ECM, PCM A - Event Information Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor - General Electrical Failure Control Module - Internal Electronic Failure Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor - General Electrical Failure Right rear wheel speed sensor - General Electrical Failure TCS Control Chennel B Valve 2 - Internal Electronic Failure The back tires had metal showing on them as well Please stay away from this dealer if you want to be safe while driving
