The guy I talked to said he was kind of busy and had to go to another customer first, but he promised he would be able to come over the same afternoon and to give me a call in 1-2 hours to let me know when. Around noon I called back as I still had not heard anything. No answer. I called back three more times - and even left a voice message before finally giving up. Unfortunately since it was now was Friday afternoon I wasn't able to have anyone else come over before Monday. Meanwhile the water has completely ruined my ceiling so now I need to repair both the AC leak and replace the ceiling. I'd much rather have been told they couldn't have done it, and come on - not picking up the phone is really unprofessional!
