The stylist also ruined my balayage color while touching up the roots. I had only asked for a trim, but she ended up cutting off all my layers and giving me a very average style. Having gone to some of the best salons in NYC, I can say this place is far from professional -- it's mediocre at best and lacks quality. To make things worse, the stylist next to me was extremely rude. While blow-drying his client's hair, he blew all the cut hair right onto me (disgusting!), and even pushed my stylist aside at one point -- causing her to stumble into me. Completely unacceptable behavior. This salon may look high-end with all the branded products on display, but it operates more like a noisy barber shop. I won't be coming back -- the atmosphere is toxic, and it's impossible to relax or feel pampered here. My haircut is ruined, the frizz wasn't treated, and the color has been botched -- it's taken all the vibrance out of my hair. I now look like I have a boring hair.
