There was nothing wrong with my teeth until Daniel Ludwig recommended that I should have both teeth repaired at the same time. I asked him why are we doing this? He then replied, "You know I'm conservative". Unfortunately, I trusted him and had both teeth done at the same time. And now, my teeth are very sensitive to high temperatures, both cold and hot, and have pain. I don't enjoy food anymore, sadly! Also, I have terrible experiences with the implants from him. Dr. Ludwig wanted to put numerous crowns on my teeth, and so I started doing the first one and right away it was a failure, pain during the procedure and caused pain permanently when I chew on it afterwards, where there was not problem before. They charged my insurance and tried to charge me for "trying" to fix the problem he caused. The front desk staff is extremely rude and mean. You get the feeling is all they care about is money around here. read more

Both then and now, we have always received the very best dental care available, and never any pressure to do questionable or unnecessary work. Dr. Daniel Ludwig had been my dentist since he began his practice. I have been putting off a procedure for way too long. He would gently remind me that it was something I needed to take care of. I finally made the appointment and went into the office. The dental assistant and Dr. Ludwig sensed that it was hard for me and were very considerate about my apprehension. I would not consider switching, especially given his amazing skills and patient care, as well as attention to detail and clear communication of patient options. The practice is very well staffed, and those staffers are sincerely open getting the rare suggestion for improvement. BONUS: They act on those suggestions! Of the many personal referrals I have made over the years, I have received only thanks for the recommendations, and most all are still patients at his practice (one moved away from the area). Dr. Ludwig makes my kids completely at ease. It was my youngest son's first time in the chair today for a cleaning. He also has special needs. Monika made him feel completely comfortable and he was able to sit the entire time. I just started going to see Dan with my kids this past year. I love the location and I love the staff. They are so friendly. Our Hygenist is Dawnell she is so sweet and gentle with my children.
