Instead of taking responsibility, they tried telling my wife it was because the suit was "cheap." She pushed back and explained it was simply a different material -- especially since we've had that same suit cleaned successfully at other dry cleaners who actually know how to handle the fabric. The person who answered seemed irritated that I was asking questions and responded in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I only discovered the stains after they kept saying that I should return it, which raised my suspicion. I brought it back and they said they could wash it again with water. After the wash, the stains were little less but still not completely removed. The lady there was not honest and kept blaming the dress's material for the stains. I told her the dress was brand new and had no stains when I brought it in. Please be cautious about this store. I plan to file a report with the BBB to warn others about this incident.
