Dr. Navi is one of the best dermatologists I've been to. Excellent bedside manner, he listens and really is in the profession to HELP! He's detailed, asks the appropriate questions necessary and is able to come up with a plan that actually works! He explains things simply so you can understand. The staff at Dr. Navi's office were extremely helpful and friendly. I went in to have a small cyst removed on my neck. The consultation went smoothly. When it came time to remove the cyst, laying there I noticed the outlet cover beaten up and barely hanging on. This made me a bit worrisome. But when Dr. Navi attempted to make an incision on my neck but wasn't able to because the knife wasn't sharp enough, then I realized I may not be at the best place. The cyst was removed and stitched up. Now 5 months later I have a similar bump on my neck but this time scar tissue. read more

I had a derma problem that lasted more than 10 years believe or not. I went to kaiser panorama multiple times, too many to count over the years. Then I was referred to kaiser sunset, and had surgery there, but the problem persisted. Until I was seen by dr. Navi. It took two visits with him and the 10 year derma problem was resolved and never came back. What is the difference between dr. Navi and all the other dermatologist who saw me all those years? DR. NAVI CARES For HIS PATIENTS. I'm sure the other dermatologist are good too, otherwise they will not be working at kaiser. But they don't have empathy. Dr. Navi is by far the BEST DERMATOLOGIST I have been to! I have been suffering from psoriasis for the past few years, which was worst on my scalp. All the dermatologists only gave me topical steroids which did not work at all. Dr. Navi, however, was very knowlegeable and placed me on Humira. My psoriasis completely cleared up in a matter of weeks! Dr. Navi has excellent bedside manners, outstanding knowledge and skills, and really cares about his patients.
