I WAS SCAMMED!!! MY MONEY WAS KEPT AND NO SERVICE WAS EVER PERFORMED. Don't give this business your money. I WAS SCAMMED. I purchased a Groupon online that gave me Four Laser Vein Therapy Sessions in the amount of $258.00 with a value of $516.00. His employee (Lexi) redeemed my Groupon but was never scheduled for four laser vein therapy sessions. Dr. Leeman would not speak to me personally but had his INEPT office manager inform me that they could not reimburse me or give me my 4 vein therapy sessions because his employee (Lexi) who had redeemed my Groupon was no longer employed by their office. The inept office manager also stated that "I was not the only one that this had happened to." Dr. Leeman's unprofessional office manager would not let me speak and spoke over me being very argumentative. Her excuse was "everything has changed since Covid and is expensive. You will not be able to get the 4 sessions for the Groupon amount". She should have stated "everything in our office has changed after Covid and we are allowed to KEEP your money without services being rendered". I was also informed by his inept office manager that I was not the only person that Lexi had done this to. I provided proof of my payment to their office because they claimed they had no record of payment. Extremely odd that his office manager could not find record of me, when I completed paperwork in their office during my first consultation with their employee (Lexi) at the time. Thereafter, his inept office manager offered me a $25.00 gift certificate card so that I could return to their offices and use the card for any type of services performed at their office. Seriously, why on earth would I want Dr. Leeman to perform any kind of vein therapy sessions on me, when I GOT SCAMMED for $258.00. What kind of practice is this? How can this business take my money and refuse to reimburse me? Why is the state of Texas allowing this to happen to consumers? A civil lawsuit should be filed on this practice as the office manager stated "I was not the only one that this had happened to, Apparently, their were other patients that their former employee did this to". DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Let me start off by saying that everyone at Dr. Leeman's Office has been a tremendous pleasure to interact with. From the receptionists Maribel, Paola, Lucy & Diana to Joseph Mueller CRNA, to Veronica MA and most of all Kenneth Taylor PA-C who has given me tremendous amounts of help, time and attention throughout this entire process. If I'm being honest, at first I was hesitant to work with anybody who wasn't the main doctor as I had already seen a few other ENT Doctors in the area who weren't all that helpful. After my first appointment with Kenneth Taylor PA-C, it was a stark contrast and it was clear to see that he was not only way more helpful and attentive, but clearly had loads of experience and knowledge. I can't share enough about how grateful I am for the kindness of the staff and the time and attention Kenneth took with me. And I'm definitely a great gauge of that as I've been in there tons of times now do to my chronic sinus infections, infection complications, etc. Of course I want to give a shout out to Dr. Leeman as well. I didn't socially interact with him as much since I was under anesthesia during the times I was in front of him, but he seemed to do quite a fantastic job. Based off the staff, reviews and my experience he is definitely quite the surgeon and seems tremendously trustworthy. Thanks again Leeman. In regards to surgery: 1. Will healing always go dandy and as planned? Unfortunately, not in my case, but at no fault of Dr. Leeman or his staff. 2. Is this the team of people you want around you during any sinus or plastic surgery that has some potential risks? Most definitely!!! My experience with Dr. Leeman was terrible. I find he is unethical and pushing services that people do not need to only make money. I made an appointment only to discuss a skin rash, my concerns about recent issues with hyperpigmentation and wanted a light amount of Botox to help with a minor eye droop caused by a bug bite. I expressed my concern that I wanted a very natural look and not experience a heavy frozen look. He then pushed immediately that I needed multiple rounds of photofacials, 80 units of Botox and 4-6 series of fillers. I didn't ask for anything other than a small amount of Botox. He ended out injecting 60 units although I tried to ask him to lower the amount. He stated that since it was already prepared he couldn't adjust the amount. Feeling pressured and not knowing what to do I allowed him to inject 60. I wish I had just walked out and cancelled the appt all together. It's been 11 days and I have had headaches everyday, feels like a 10 lb weight is on my forehead, my complete forehead is frozen, I have been nauseated, my head two inches into the hairline is numb and the look is awful. I called Dr. Leeman and asked for a refund since there is no reversing the damage. At least I would not have to incur the crazy amount of $660 which blew me away when told the price after he prepared the needles. If he had done what he wanted with 80 units I don't know how worse I would be feeling. He refused to refund the money. The next day I called the previous doctor I went to out of state for botox. They confirmed I had 25 units and that's all I need. They were shocked when I told them of my experience and the amount he injected. This has been a terrible experience and one that will not go away for at least a few months. read more

He was far more interested in accomplishing 3 diagnostic tests during my very brief visit and forcing me to schedule rather a purely elective surgical procedure on me rather than spending the time to explain the procedure and why he recommends it. Neither Dr. Leeman or his staff asked me if I was pregnant before rushing me into a CT scan of my head. He literally told me to get up, took me to another room, sat me down in a chair and took images of my head without telling me what was going on. I didn't even know seated CTs were possible. Once I realized what happened after the complete shock of an appointment, I spent the next 2 weeks in a state of total fear and nervousness thanks to Dr. Leeman's incompetence and obvious desire to rack up the charges during a patient visit. Do not set foot in this office. It will be a waste of your time and money, and judging by the reviews from the poor patients who allowed him to operate on them - it will be detrimental to your health. read more

I cannot say enough about how this place has changed my life. I can breathe now. After being diagnosed the treatment plan was submitted. Not being able to commit at this time for the full plan we worked out the details for a combined plan of action. Insurance is something we all must look at and do our part to maximize your individual coverage. It was worth every dollar spent. My headaches are gone. I can sleep and feel rested after a night of sleep. I had many doctor's appointments prior to finding these professional office. Look at your benefits and let them work their magic. Having reoccurring nose bleeds over the past 10 years I decided I couldn't ignore the issue any longer. Seeking professional help isn't always my first choice especially medical since I'm not a big fan of surgery let alone needles. After doing some research on nose specialist, I decided to give Dr. Leeman of New U Plastic Surgery a try. Dr. Leeman and his assistant Ken Taylor asked questions to clearly understand my situation before examining my nose which squashed my apprehensions and made me feel very comfortable. The examination revealed that I had a few surface veins which would rupture with extended physical activity and increased pressure. I have to say that Dr. Leeman doesn't initially have the best bedside manner, but his staff is amazing, and when you need him he's really a kind man who can calm you down in a pinch. I've had a clogged ear and sinuses for 5 months. My old ENT couldn't find anything wrong with me. Dr. Leeman immediately jumped right in and redid all of the tests and scans that my old ENT. did. Determined that my sinuses were extremely blocked and immediately took me in for surgery. In surgery when my ear popped, everyone was happy for me and cheered. It was really nice. Not gonna lie that surgery was scary but Dr. Leeman talked me through it the whole way and kept me calm. Plus he had a room full of staff that were all cheering me on, making jokes, and being kind. In 2 weeks time, he fixed what my old Dr. failed to see for 5 months. I'm now 6 days post opp and although I'm sore from the surgery, I CAN HEAR! And that is amazing! read more

Dr. Leeman has been my doctor for 17 years. He is an amazing surgeon. He has removed 2 malignant cancers from the inside my mouth/jaw without go through my face and a third tumor inside my temple without leaving a scar. His successful surgeries kept me from having to go through chemo and radiation. You might have to wait to see him, but it is always worth it because he gives you all the time you need during your appointment just as he did with the patient in front of you. I'm literally having to take them to court because of their handling of an insurance claim. They had a contract with my insurance company (Sendero) and were listed as a provider. Then when the insurance company paid them they said it the payment wan't enough and sent the money back and refused to give me the hearing aids even though I already paid for the initial exam etc. Now I have to name the insurance company as a joint defendant and sue them both. What a pain. In the many months that passed I now have different insurance that doesn't cover hearing aids. Avoid this place like the plague if you are using insurance. read more

I've suffered from chronic ear infections my entire life. I've been going to Dr. Leeman's since about 2018 and they performed a sinus surgery to open up my nasal cavities and help everything drain better. Since then, I've had fewer ear infections! I recently had a very difficult time with an odd infection and a new insurance carrier, but Lucy, the office manager, went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied. Woke up with my ear hurting this morning with some drainage on top of the pain. I called Dr Leeman's office and Becca was able to squeeze me in this afternoon. After about a 15 minute wait I got to see the Dr. and after cleaning it out he said I had an ear infection. He took the time to explain what my next steps were and called in a prescription.
