UPDATE: So it's been a few years now and my nose is definitely healed. Here is an honest review of my experience with Dr. Leeman. 1) Bedside Manner - he is very stoic and serious. This didn't match my expectations but I ignored it and went with it since it was the cheapest option. 2) I tried to cancel the night before and I called the office to do so. Dr. Leeman called me back and really felt I should proceed but I really did not want to. He talked me into it by working through all my objections but I really wasn't 100% on board as I didn't think he did a thorough enough job on what the expected outcome would be. I agreed against my own values as I was afraid my septum surgery would be messed up or something.lol. I just felt like I didn't have a choice at that point as the surgery was the next morning. Felt pressured. But ultimately, I agreed and that's on me. 3)The actual time at the office was great. The staff were nice and funny. 4) Post-Op: Once I had the surgery there was a lump at the very top of nose. Dr. Leeman said that was where he broke my nose to do the surgery. I still have it. 5). On a positive note, my septoplasty worked great and that has been a welcome change; to be able to breathe again. 6) I am going to post the before and after photos that we went over prior to surgery. The photo on the left is the before and the right is "supposed" to be the after. lol I would not recommend this place for any rhinoplasty. You get what you pay for I guess. I can't even do anything about it because I signed something that he would fix it and it was arbitration. So now I have to get it fixed and I have been saving up for it these past couple of years because it's going to cost me 30k to get it fixed so that at least both sides are the same size. doh! Good Luck out there!

My nose after surgery with a large bump

I wasn't seeing dr. Leeman for long until he recommended nose surgery. It seemed that was my only option to feel better and so I went ahead with it. The surgery made things worse and beyond that, the worst part is they promised it wouldn't change the way my nose looked but it actually changed the way I looked physically for the worse. I now have a large bump on my nose and friends and family notice that I look different, as well as myself. I believe there were other options he could have recommended before going into surgery. When I asked him about why my nose changed and looked worse he said "oh yea I do see it's different...I don't know why that happened". Meanwhile it's almost been a year and my nose still does not look the same and I have worse symptoms than before the surgery. Below are pictures of my nose before and after. I wish I would have never had the surgery they recommended

I went to Dr. Leeman in 2019 for a deviated septum. It resulted in me undergoing surgery under his care (septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, and rhinoplasty) in November 2019. Coming out of surgery, I knew something was very wrong. The recovery was brutally miserable. My parents, who nursed me back to health, actually boarded the bathroom mirror, so I couldn't see myself. My dad described it after as Paul Dano in the movie, Prisoners after Hugh Jackman tortured him for several weeks. At my first post op (a week post surgery), they took out the cast and found strips of gauze that were left inside my nose. I couldn't go on a walk without feeling nauseous or running out of breath instantaneously. When I tried to bring up my concerns at post ops to the nurses, they'd dismiss it. When I'd advise my health and functional concerns, they'd say they'd pass it on to Dr. Leeman. He would give me less than a minute of face time before rushing out of the room. He wouldn't address my concerns and repeatedly said results could take a year to settle. Even with a visible bone protruding in my nostril, he was reluctant to even discuss it. I also observed him to be unprofessional with his employees and yell at them. The year followed with frequent post ops, each time charging me and my insurance more and more money (even though his nurse told me I wouldn't have to pay for post op visits). COVID hit in March 2020, 4 months post op. Around Labor Day 2020, I decided to start getting second opinions. It was an extremely difficult, expensive, and complicated process to get consultations during COVID. It was difficult to find a doctor who wanted to take my case. Some said they couldn't promise any results and would need more than one revision rhinoplasty to correct. Some brought up structural integrity concerns. At another doctor's recommendation, I booked one last appointment with Dr. Leeman where he finally was open to going through all the before and after photos. He refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong and consistently gaslighted me, while being hostile and visually upset with a red face. At one point, he even told his nurse "oh I think (another nurse) is calling me." I was confused because I heard nothing. His new nurse didn't get the hint and even said, "oh I didn't hear anything." After about 30-45 minutes, he agreed to give me 30 minutes of surgery time to correct one of my main concerns, but I'd have to pay for it. I then asked if he would be open to providing a refund.. He laughed in my face and said "there are no refunds here, all sales are final. After paying for the visit, I asked for my before and after photos. I called and emailed for weeks before I received a very selective few of the dozens of pictures. Ultimately, I underwent a remarkably expensive revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty in November 2020. They ended up needing to obtain and procure cartilage from a medical research university because there was no remaining cartilage in my nose to rebuild. It forced me to live with my parents (a sacrifice in itself). The surgery was 4-6 hours long (not 30 minutes). My recovery with the new doctor was a complete 180. My black eyes were gone within the week. I was able to eat whole foods the same day. My face wasn't bruised or red or swollen like it was after Dr. Leeman's surgery. I was working out and running within weeks. There have been additional small revisions over the last couple years, but I believe I'm in a good place now. This review has taken years because my trauma and mental healing process has taken years. Overcoming the financial toll has taken years. There is an indentation scar at the top of my nose that was never able to be corrected. It is a daily reminder of what I overcame since November 2019. In summary, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Dr. Leeman and his entire practice. He claims to be a Godly man on Sundays, but at the end of the day, he is a man with no character or dignity. He lacks empathy, never took responsibility, and never showed any remorse for his mistake.

I chose Dr. Reid after a lot of research on doctors that had experience with the type of skin that has been "almost ruined" (my own words) from being stretched so much from weight and also doctors that managed pain well, because I'm a big baby! Dr. Reid also is incredibly warm and friendly, in addition to being BRILLIANT! When you're looking into plastic surgery of any kind you initially go "good Lord that's expensive", BUT... I will say this, you're going to see those nurses and that surgeon SO MANY times post-op and not be charged any more. They will answer emails and phone calls to calm you down and fit you in same day if you're experiencing any kind of concerns and just want them to take a look. I've never healed as well from anything... not even a paper cut, as well as I have from this surgery. I know Dr. Reid uses a special fancy pants cutting tool that aids in healing better, and wow...I can tell. I also highly recommend you ask for the information of the private nurse that you can hire to take care of you after surgery. If I hadn't done that for the first 24 hrs my family would have been sooo overwhelmed. They can get you her info, I don't want to give it out, as she's a separate business, but this just shows how much they care about the success of their patients...by offering extra support that can help you. Their office also is a big fan of lymphatic massage, which I'm all in for. They have a person on staff that does it and I think she helped my healing a ton as well! I still have a long way to go, as this type of surgery has long term swelling, but I've come so far. I can't say enough wonderful words about this team. They are amazing, kind, and exactly what I was looking for. When you're visiting doctors to find the right fit, give Dr. Reid a shout, you won't regret it, he and his team are wonderful! I'm so happy!! This surgery has been life changing!

She even shared with me her personal experience with the same procedure I am having to include before and after photos. Very impressive!!! She said multiple times that I will not have a flat smooth stomach after the lipo and tummy tuck. I assured her that was not my expectation. I just want my clothes to fit nicely. I am 59 years old and showing off my belly isn't something I will be doing They charge per area and when I suggested we add my upper arms to the list Yvonne said I would not be happy as the skin will sag and I will have scars. She said I could speak with the surgeon for his opinion. I know she is in sales and her bonuses are most likely rated according to the full sale she completes. So with this being said it spoke volumes that she was honest about the arm request knowing it would cut into her commission. I am scheduling my procedure in a couple of days and am so excited to have this work done. I've wanted it for 30 plus years. Pricing is reasonable and payment options are available. All these negative reviews are a bit worrisome. But it's impossible to make everyone happy ! My next review will be post op ! Thanks Lucy R

The waiting area reminded me more of a waiting area for a massage. Very calm and relaxed... the team was friendly, comfortable and casual. It all put me very at ease. Very Disappointed with Dr. Robert Ersek…read more I had a facelift and chin augmentation with Dr. Robert Ersek in March 2024, and I am extremely unhappy with the results. Not only did the procedure disfigure my face, but Dr. Ersek's treatment of me throughout the process was disrespectful and lacked any empathy. When I expressed my concerns about the outcome and explained how I was feeling, Dr. Ersek's response was less than reassuring. He simply said, "I am human and make mistakes," while rolling his eyes. That response did nothing to ease my distress, and I was left feeling like my concerns didn't matter to him at all. I initially sought Dr. Ersek's help after a previous doctor failed to deliver results on a different procedure. Dr. Ersek advised me to ask the previous doctor for a refund, assuring me that if they were ethical and reputable, I would receive one. To his credit, my previous doctor did refund the money, but when I asked Dr. Ersek's assistants, Angelica and Ashly, about getting a refund for the procedure that went wrong, they assured me I would be refunded as well. They claimed to have experience with such situations. However, months later, I received nothing, and I was made to feel like I was the problem. I paid for a procedure that only left me with sagging skin, a deformed chin, and a much older appearance. To make matters worse, I received a letter from Dr. Ersek stating that he would no longer be my doctor. All I wanted was to improve my appearance and receive some empathy during a difficult time, but instead, I experienced poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and a doctor who seemed uninterested in helping me. After months of trying to reach out for a refund, my calls were ignored, and I never received a single penny back. Please think twice before choosing Dr. Ersek. I feel I entrusted my care to someone who is too focused on their own reputation and not the well-being of their patients. All I was asking for a refund to go and get better results somewhere else , just like I did the first time I went to see Dr Ersek.

She did achieve a strong, stable lift, and the lower portion of my breasts is well supported. However, I feel that I traded a good lift for several issues I didn't have before: uneven nipples, one breast with an odd shape, and a scar that extends much farther than expected.  On my right side, the incision did not follow the natural curve of my breast--it stretches toward my back, creating both a visible scar and a droop on the outter side instead of the round shape it should be. My left breast, by contrast, was done correctly and the scar follows the curve underneath the breast and the scar is hidden. I used to love wearing backless tops, but now I feel self-conscious because one nipple sits noticeably higher than the other, and the scar on the side/back is visible. Dr. Gordon did perform a scar revision for me, but it only improved things by about 10%. Overall, I'm disappointed that I went in with even breasts and came out with uneven breasts and nipples. I had hoped for a "Barbie breast" look with fuller upper-pole volume, but I didn't achieve as much of an upper pole as I wanted. The service was very good in the beginning, but when it came time for my scar revision, communication completely dropped off. No one followed up with me for months--I only received responses after I reached out myself. Even the postoperative appointment for the revision was never scheduled until I inquired. I felt like a tumbleweed, unsure of the next steps and unsure who I was supposed to turn to for guidance. Overall, I would give my experience about 2.5 stars.
