Loved the short wait time. The office was very clean and pleasant unlike the outside where the sign was not very visible. Inside all the machines feel clean and very up to date. The dentist kindly answered all the questions that I had. I had my first appointment with Dr. Lee today to start the process of replacing a couple of crowns that had been placed by another dentist and that had fallen out. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was clear in explaining the extent to which insurance would cover the work that I needed, the total costs of that work, and the exact nature of the work that would need to be done. During each step of the exam and procedure, Dr. Lee took the time to inform me about what he was doing and even earnestly and completely answered my silly questions ("Do you think it's hard for a left-handed person to be a dentist?"). Most importantly, he made me feel confident about the work he was doing and respected as a participant in my own health care by explaining why he was making certain treatment decisions and by showing me the X-rays and talking me through the things that he saw. He worked conscientiously and checked in on me several times to make sure I was doing fine (I was!). This was easily the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist, which is saying a lot for a visit in which I had significant work done. I'm glad to have found this office, and grateful to the yelp reviews that brought me here! I'll also echo the other reviewers who said they didn't feel the Novacain shot. I wanted to attribute it to my general badassedness, but I guess the credit goes to Dr. Lee for that one, too. :) read more

So I have to say that I was nervous about coming here, one reason being because i don't like going to the dentist, and the other was because I just found this place driving by and the "Free Teeth Whitening" sign hanging in the front definitely did persuade me to just go see a dentist. Yes, i had been in pain for about a week and i was prolonging my visit to the dentist because i didn't have one, but I'm so glad i decided to come here. Dr. Lee was AMAZING! He was gentle, caring, and very informative. Needless to say, i had to have a root canal and crown done, which i was dreading and very afraid from all the horror stories I've heard of root canals, but i didn't feel anything and when he gave me the numbing shot i didn't even feel that! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the front office manager was very professional, went over all my fee's before the procedure, and made sure to explain and answer any of my question about the procedures. The office really took time to make sure i was comfortable and kept me informed of what was going on at all times, it helped me to feel at ease and relaxed. Will I be coming back? Of course! Especially because now I get to keep my teeth white by just coming in to my regular checkups, if that's not a good enough incentive then i don't know what is. Very Impressed with this Dentist, My wisdom tooth was bothering me for quite sometime and I recently was offered Dental Insurance through work so I googled emergency/ gentle dentist- my fear of going to the dentist is very high. So I made an appt. to have Dr. Lee look at it. He did recommend extracting the tooth, He took X-Rays and a photo of the tooth in a timely manner and I then Sch. an appointment for the procedure. Upon arriving I was very nervous the Dental Assistant and Dr. reassured me everything would be OK. The area was numbed and the Doctor had the tooth out within 3 min. It was done very gently and I was very pleased how well it went. All in all a good trip to the Dentist, My daughter has a appointment for a check up today and a teeth cleaning.
