I have never ever been charged $120 to take a look at one tooth without a x-ray that took three minutes. When I called to make an appointment for a filling , not an estimate. When I came in Heather DDS, was in with me for less than three minutes then told MJ her assistant that the charge would be $300 approximately for a small very small filling that chipped my bottom tooth. In which that was the reason I made the appointment. I never expected another charge to just look at the two for $120 and say oh it'll be another $300 that is insane. She is charming her office. Staff is charming, beautiful office but extremely extremely overpriced in my opinion. read more

Dr. Simpson and her staff (Liz & MJ) is the go to place for my dental needs. I started seeing her about a year ago. Dr. S has treated me for cleanings, old and new cavity's plus crown work. She explains everything in detail what's needed. She makes honest and realistic recommendations for future work that may be needed. She is kind and doesn't pressure you in any way but also lets me know what's most important. She is a perfectionist! Her staff is the best. If they're not working on my teeth (mainly Liz) then they're answering many of my questions. They are so friendly. MJ is on top of the insurance coverage. For a lot of life related reasons, I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. So I began my search for a new dentist. After a bit of luck and a bit of convenience, I found Dr. Simpson and Diamond Dentistry. From the very beginning, I felt like I made a great choice. MJ greeted me, was very friendly, and made me feel at ease. That feeling continued when the exam started with Lizette. She asked about how my teeth were feeling, any problems or pain I may have been having and explained every part of the X-Ray and scanning process. I was at ease the whole time despite my extended absence from a dentist's office. Once all that was done, Dr. Simpson came in and continued to make me feel comfortable and welcome. She explained everything in detail and talked with me about a plan of action to get my teeth back to where they should be. We talked about different options and possibilities, and all my questions were answered. At no time did I feel talked down to or scolded for neglecting my oral health. It's happened to me at virtually every other dentist I've been to, but not at Diamond Dentistry and that is truly refreshing! I was intrigued that Dr. Simpson didn't have a hygienist clean my teeth before her inspection. She did the work herself, and it was very quick and efficient.
