He read my mri's/xray, did an exam and was so thorough and personable. He described all my options for a torn meniscus and I chose surgery over pain management. I am almost two weeks post-op and so happy I choose him as a surgeon! He and his staff are the best. That doesn't mean that they don't have a great team. I'm already used to great service from Bill and Keith at the other locations, but the physical therapists at this Henderson location were equally as great. Last time I visited my chiropractor, she advised me that Kelly Hawkins offers vertigo treatments. 6 months later and here I am trying their therapy for vertigo. At first, I didn't know what to expect. The therapist was great though. He listened to me and was very patient. He explained a lot of his techniques which I liked. I did ask the young ladies at the front desk if they had a pool. This location does not have a pool. They do have that a traction machine and They Also offer dry needling.

The dog was clearly a pet. I asked again for clarification because I don't want to be in a facility with untrained animals along with allergy concerns. She states that they allow animals in the facility. I asked was this consistent with all their locations and was told no only this location. The staff's extremely nonchalant and rude attitude had me request to be sent to the other facility location. Who still hasn't called all extremely unprofessional.

Having never been to Horizon Spine and Sport, but knowing the doctors there personally and also their reputation of quality chiropractic care testimonials from others, I decided I would see if they had anything open. More a sentiment of compassion than luck when I called to schedule an appointment and described my painful physical state, they got me in the same day. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and after the required paperwork, I was brought back to the exam room. A series of questions and movement assessments preceded the adjustment. After my adjustment and some massage to release the tight muscles around my neck and shoulder area, I was hooked up to a Stem machine for further treatment. Would highly recommend Horizon Spine and Sport, the care and professionalism demonstrated was a life saver! My migraine waned within an hour of my treatment.
