My wife was discharged and abandoned from their care this morning for the simple reason that they have been constantly complaining about their reimbursement from Medicare for wound supplies while systematically not complying with the doctor's orders. Beyond that, the nurse kept trying to illegally take supplies back once we got them. The first "nurse" they sent actually removed her mask and gloves while treating stage 4 wounds. I had to insist that she put them on! Enough said.

Vernon recommended three days of PT but because of his clients he could not accommodate all three days. So instead of the company making accommodations by providing a different PT person for the third day or asking me if I would settle for two days of PT for now they decided they no longer wanted to work with my husband. Absolutely no compassion shown to my husbands condition. Management was very inflexible not willing to work with me or make alternate accommodations. I give their workers a five star but the company a zero star rating
