All the staff worked with me. They listened to me. They heard my complaints and what it was that I was feeling. OMG!!! Other PT facilities out me on a station. Leave. Return when the buzzer sounds and then be on my way. Well, Kelly Hawkins does not do that. They pay attention to what you are doing. Doing it correctly or need to correct what you're doing. You are there for a reason and they will help you succeed in your choice of facilities. I give them a 100+% for their knowledge. Openness. Care. Laughter. Concerns and just down right being nice to you. What a concept. Thanks Kelly Hawkins!

Mark at the Horizon Ridge location did a thorough evaluation, set me up on a plan for at home exercises and a couple times a week at the office and after a few weeks I was back to doing all the things without any issues. He and his team were really great to work with, the atmosphere in the office is fun but still gets the work done! Definitely would go back if needed.

A Truly Exceptional Level of Care!…read more After more than 25 years of dealing with chronic pain and complex health issues, I've relied on countless PT facilities across California and Nevada. I honestly can't imagine living a week without physical therapy, but since I found Synergy Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge nearly two years ago, I finally understand what truly excellent care feels like. This team has been instrumental in my recovery from major, complicated back fusion and shoulder replacement surgeries. From the moment you step in, you are surrounded by genuine attention and care. The entire team--from the front desk to the therapists--is incredibly professional, friendly, kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every single staff member knows every patient's name, condition, and needs. My progress is dynamically evaluated, and my exercises are thoughtfully adjusted session-to-session, not just once a month like I experienced at other clinics. My therapist, Alexandra Wilson, is a consummate professional whose expertise is matched only by her kindness. She is fantastic! Additionally, Manager Alia Jenkins and the front desk staff always do their absolute best to accommodate the best possible schedule for you. Beyond the superb clinical care, the atmosphere is simply great--it feels like you're working with a group of good friends. They celebrate every day of life, and the environment is always positive and upbeat. I highly, highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy! They set the standard for what physical rehabilitation should be.
