Just finished my orthodontic treatment and I am in love with my teeth/smile!!!! If I could rate this orthodontic office I would give it a 100/100! Dr. Flores is so patient and kind. He really does care about his patients and I am forever thankful. My smile was all sorts of messed up and he fixed it flawlessly. They worked with my schedule, always flexible, and most importantly- professional. I'm actually kind of sad that my treatment is over because I always looked forward in seeing Dr. Flores and his whole Team. Special thanks to Lynn, Kim, and Chanel. They always welcomed me with a beautiful smile. Thank you again, Dr. Flores! read more

Amazing, caring staff! Great experience all through my daughters care. Highly satisfied with the results

I researched the local areas for orthodontists and spoke with a a number of them before choosing Dr. Flores for my daughter's braces. I wanted to go with an in network orthodontist and his office had the most affordable treatment plans out of all the in-network practices. My initial consultation was clear, detailed and his treatment plan was in line with other orthodontist consultations. Our appointments were easily scheduled and Ruby was such a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Flores was wonderful in keeping me regularly apprised of my daughter's treatments. She had such a smooth and pleasant time with zero difficulties throughout the 24 months. Her smile is lovely and she's very happy and so am I. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Flores to friends and family. I have used two other orthodontists in the Escondido area for my son and myself in the past and I believe Dr. Flores is far superior to the other offices. read more

My son came off from his braces recently after 2+ years of upper bite correction. Dr. Flores and his team were very professional, efficient, patient, and kind at all time at their both locations. Ms. Ruby was on track and fast to make appointments all the time and there was no messed up appointments. Never waited in the waiting area. Dr. Flores always called us and left message to check on my son after his treatments. We were happy that we went with Dr. Flores. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Flores back in my teen years. He made braces easy and was always a punctual professional. Plus, the environment was comfortable for kids as I all enjoyed going. Thank you Dr Flores and team! read more

I'm not sure if Dr. Flores is the only orthodontist in Fallbrook, but his office acts as if they are. Our children have had a total of 7 sets of braces, Dr. Flores office was by far the least professionally courteous ortho (or any other medical) office we've encountered. I could not wait for my sons treatment to be over with this office, would not make the same mistake again. In order to avoid Dr. Flores office staff I happily drove from Fallbrook to Carlsbad for every appointment of our younger sons orthodontic treatment. Teeth correction turned out fine, but in my opinion just not worth the headache of the office staffers. read more

From the moment you walk into the Fallbrook office, you are greeted by his friendly front office staff. The assistants in the back are knowledgeable and my daughter always felt comfortable with her treatment. Dr. Flores is amazing! He is gentle and pays specific attention to detail, which is what.you want from orthodontist. It's fr so welcoming and worth the drive from Oceanside! read more

Just feel like I have to leave a review because Dr. Flores deserves 5 stars! It's been a long time since I saw Dr. Flores (probably early 2000's) when I was a teen. Well, now I'm 32 and I got my braces off at 17 after spending 3 years going to Dr. Flores' office. Well, I have now moved to Portland and looking for an orthodontist up here. Why? Unfortunately, I was a stubborn teenager and didn't really follow through with wearing my retainer, and completely disappeared off the map even though they asked me to follow up with my visits post-braces. Lesson to be learned here, follow through and wear your retainer! I'm paying the price now. I have to have a bottom tooth fixed that has started to shift. HOWEVER! My point for writing this review is that I've been shopping around seeing orthos up here in Portland and I've had at least a couple of them (and a dentist) comment on the stellar job my previous orthodontist did (Dr Flores). They keep referencing my bite, and how I have perfect teeth and a perfect bite (except for that one bottom tooth that started to shift!). After having a third ortho comment on this perfect bite, and a well respected one out here, I have decided to write this review 15 years later. Dr. Flores, I remember, was a perfectionist, to the point I was so frustrated as a teen to have to wear braces for the length of time I did. This is probably why I ran the other way once I was done with my braces. Big Mistake. Point is, you are getting one of the best orthodontists out there, if not, the best. He knows what he's doing. He also worked on another family member of mine and she also has a stellar smile 15 years later because she was responsible and wore her retainer. Go to Dr. Flores, he's the best, and don't disappear after you get your braces off (message really for teens and irresponsible young adults ;-) ). read more

If I could give more stars I would. My son and I have received our braces from Dr. Flores. Him and his staff have welcomed us and treated us like family throughout the time of our care. I am in love with how my teeth turned out and I'm even more excited for how my son's teeth will be once his braces are removed. I will recommend him for anyone in the area. read more

Did a great job! Quality work. Fixed my cross-bite, malocclusion and straightened my teeth. Dr. Flores makes you feel comfortable and works to make sure you are not in pain and that you end up with a great smile. Staff is friendly and understanding. read more

Had an appt in the San Marcos office. No one greeted us and eventually the receptionist told us we had the date wrong (We didn't). Told us we "could wait but who knows how long it'll be". Very rude. Place is outdated (70s) and not very clean. We will find another Ortho with a more hospitable environment. Braces aren't cheap. If I'm going to spend $8-10k on braces you can at least smile and greet me when I walk in the door. And don't blame me when you mistyped our appointment. I can't imagine going here every few weeks for the next few years! read more

I would recommend Dr.Flores if you want precision orthodontics and beautiful results. He is a perfectionist and will make tiny adjustments and keep you frustrated because of how long it takes but OMG the end result is well worth waiting for. We went to Daniel Flores after beginning treatment at another place but as soon as Dr.Flores took over the job was handled with extreme care and such a drastic improvement in my daughters smile. Dr. Flores did the final removal of braces himself and then asked if he should smooth out the sharp edges of the natural teeth. I said yes and he shaped each tooth with such precise appearance and shape. After that the office polished and cleaned my daughters teeth. And fit her for her retainer. I have never felt happier about an investment I've made than the investment in my daughters smile. He also has two locations and they are flexible and professional. Office always clean.! Thank you so so much Dr. Flores and staff. I'm so glad we found you guys!! read more

My daughter needed braces and we were referred to Dr. Flores by our dentist Dr. Carlson in Bonsall. We made the appointment and were treated kindly and received a through exam with X-rays and explanation of treatment. We have now completed 2 phases of treatment and the final results are amazing, my daughters smile is beautiful!!!! She is supposed to wear a retainer (not sure if she is??). Side note: We did not have dental insurance and Dr. Flores worked out a payment plan that worked within our budget. Would highly recommend Dr. Flores and his wonderful staff. read more

I would definitely recommend Dr. Flores if you're looking for amazing & top-notch results! The staff is very friendly, caring, & they always try to get along with the patients. Dr. Flores takes his time with the treatment and that is where all of the magic happens because although the process seems lengthy, you'll be getting those braces off in no time with BEAUTIFUL results! read more

I had a great experience with my time being treated at DR. Flores. I'm very happy with my new smile.

Dr. Flores is the most amazing & honest orthodontist that I have ever met. Not only did I come to him for my braces but my oldest daughter as well. He definitely knows what he is doing...I couldn't be happier with how long the treatment has taken and how good my smile looks now. His staff is phenomenal! Love how up to date his office is, super clean environment. I am sure I will be returning with my youngest daughter as well. read more

My kids originally started with dr rez who since sold his practice to dr flores. These people care more about the money then the patient. They were already paid out 2,700.00 by my insurance but still are trying to find ways to make me pay more. The office manager liz is rude and completely uncaring. I know have to find a new ortho to finish out my kids treatment and pay out of my own pocket when they have been paid almost 10k from ins for 3 kids. I do not recommend this practice to anyone!! read more

Dr Flores is a wonderful, caring and very competent Orthodontist! We would highly recommend him, anytime!! read more

Worst Ortho you'll ever go to. Goes out of his way to make more money on your kids braces. Beware.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Flores. He has offices in Fallbrook, Escondido and San Marcos. We do not have Orthodontic Insurance. Mr. Flores gave us very reasonable rates. So far, we are on our 3rd child getting their braces on! He and his staff are very kind and make the experience for the kids enjoyable. Highly recommend!!! read more

Dr. Flores was referred to me by my dentist, whom I trust. I'm older and getting braces and Dr. Flores and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I like that he gave me options on which way I could go with my treatment and the cost was fair. I can already see a big difference in just 2 months, thank you Dr. Flores! read more

Good services, very professional. Had braces through them and my teeth look great! I just wish that they didn't have so many clients so they really knew you --they do their best to keep it personal by taking notes when you come in and asking you about them on your next visit. It's interesting. Overall, good service and experience...just be sure that you take care of your teeth while you have your braces or they'll get on you and you'll regret it. read more

Over five years, my three teenagers (2 sons, 1 daughter) received full orthodontic treatments from Dr. Flores. When getting quotes, my wife felt comfortable with this office immediately; that comfort only increased for the entire family over time. We became friends with the staff and our kids never dreaded their appointments. We never doubted Dr. Flores' skills and recommendations and, most important, the results were excellent. The office is comfortable, the staff friendly and everyone operates with utmost professionalism. The cost of services and payment terms were fair and manageable. Though one son received treatment for 2.5 years, there was no changes to his quote. Our family remains highly satisfied with Dr. Flores' services and highly recommend his services. read more

This is a cutting edge, professional office that has been the choice for every member of our family. From my children's braces to my own adult Invisalign, every step of the process has been a first rate, exceptional experience. I could not be happier with our treatment, and Dr. Flores and his office have my highest recommendation. We are all very proud of our smiles! read more

The reason it got 2 stars is due to the fact that Lynn was pleasant. I cannot respect businesses where you make an appointment and they keep you waiting 20+ minutes after the scheduled appointment. I had an initial consultation at 4:30 for my daughter. She needs braces as we've been told by her dentist. We are considering our options as we don't have dental insurance. So, I took the 4:30 appt because my other child has gymnastics until 5. I was told the appt would run between 30-40 min. I thought that would be ok in terms of being there to pick my daughter up from the gym. I got there with plenty of time to fill out the paperwork and such. We got into the 2nd room at 4:35 and were told the Dr would be in shortly. I reminded her that I had an appt at 4:30 and I have another child to pick up. When 4:50 came around, I knew the appointment would take an additional 1/2 hr so I chose to leave. Foolish on their part as we have no dental insurance and we have to spend our cash somewhere! It won't be with Dr. Flores. read more

I am not a patient of Dr Flores I had a real problem with a permanent retainer over the holiday weekend which would have ruined my weekend. My ortho and dentist were both closed as was Dr Flores office, but I was in Fallbrook, in pain, so I tried knocking on the door. fortunately there was someone there answering phones (Lisa). She was a lifesaver, she helped alleviate my problem and couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this Dr to anyone living near Fallbrook. read more
